We guess Britney Spears isn't the only one moving right along from her called-off engagement! The pop superstar's former manager/fiance Jason Trawick was spotted grabbing lunch with a mystery woman yesterday in El Lay, and while we can't be too certain, the body language between these two is DEFINITELY looking more than just platonic! Ch-ch-check 'em out (above)! And according to witnesses, Jason even gave his tattooed lady a big hug before they parted ways! Aww! That's actually really sweet! We're glad to see that both Brit Brit and her ex are moving on with their lives without too much back and forth or heartbreak, and seem genuinely happy with new people! Keep it up, guys! Posted: 20 Apr 2013 12:01 PM PDT Following a divorce settlement that took almost 500 days longer to come to than the marriage itself, Kim Kardashian is a FREE WOMAN! And how exactly did the pregnant reality starlet celebrate her officially-Kris Humphries-free life?! With a pedicure, of course! Kim was spotted looking considerably more relaxed yesterday afternoon in Studio City, having traded in her satin black empire waist dress from earlier in the AM for a much less restraining leggings and button-down combo as she left her appointment! Posted: 20 Apr 2013 11:42 AM PDT Well, this isn't on the potentially-dangerous scale of CNN's incompetence covering the Boston Marathon bombings this past week, but it certainly is worth raising an eyebrow over! Especially as it implicates our beloved Zooey Deschanel in the tragedy! That's right, apparently, a closed captioning program used on a local Fox station misunderstood the news anchor's pronunciation of 19-year-old suspect Dzhokhar A. Tsarnaev during their coverage of the 24-hour manhunt that took place in Watertown, Massachusetts yesterday, and transcribed it for all viewers to see as:
Eek! Ch-ch-check out the gaffe for yourself (above)! Of course, Miss Zooey pretty quickly caught wind her name being involved in the last possible situation she'd want to find it in, and took to Twitter to share:

| Boston Bombing Suspect PARTIED At College After Marathon Monday Attack! Posted: 20 Apr 2013 11:21 AM PDT It's difficult and disturbing enough to believe that brothers Dzhokhar and Tamerlan Tsarnaev were behind the devastating Boston Marathon bombing that took the lives of three people and severely injured hundreds of others Monday afternoon, let alone grasping how the younger of the siblings could then continue to go about his life as a college student afterward! Yet, somehow that's exactly what the 19-year-old - who is currently still hospitalized in serious condition following last night's dramatic stand-off - managed to do, as new reports claim he returned to his dorm on UMass Dartmouth's campus...even even went partying Wednesday night! According to an eyewitness from the party, which was attended by the members of his intramural soccer team:
And even his RA, 22-year-old Pamela Rolon, thought his potential involvement in the attacks was so far-fetched that when she saw his photo on the news as a suspect, she and her friends laughed about his likeness:
Further reports go on to claim that while Dzhokhar was an excellent student in high school, his grades dropped significantly over this past year of college, and Rolon went on to say that she hadn't seem him around campus over the past two weeks. All just seems so unreal, doesn't it? But obviously, there were things in this young man's life that he was keeping intensely private, and as we all attempt to make sense of his unforgivable and horrific actions, we just hope that he recovers from his injuries, ready to repent and cooperate with authorities, so we can ensure that this kind of meaningless, devastating violence does not happen again. Posted: 20 Apr 2013 09:41 AM PDT It's been an intense, horrific, and truly tragic week, but finally, the American public can start to breath a sigh a relief, knowing that after a 24-hour manhunt through suburban streets, the second suspect in the Boston Marathon bombing, 19-year-old Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, has been arrested. And while President Barack Obama held a press conference from The White House last night to address the nation and congratulate not only the local, state and federal authorities, but also the people of Boston for their bravery, resole, and determination in this time of crisis, all sorts of celebrities descended to Twitter to join in the celebration...and give their own, personal thanks for a job truly well-done! | President Obama Addresses The Nation After Boston Bombing Suspect #2 Apprehended By Authorities! Posted: 20 Apr 2013 08:24 AM PDT This nightmare may be far from over, but now that the second suspect in the Boston Marathon bombing, 19-year-old Dzhokhar A. Tsarnaev, has been apprehended alive in Watertown, Massachusetts following a 24-hour-manhunt that left his older brother and first suspect Tamerlan Tsarnaev and MIT officer Sean Collier shot dead, the nation can at least begin to move toward healing with the comfort of knowing that justice is on its way to being served. After the incredible heroism displayed by local, state and federal officers in the Boston suburb last night, President Barack Obama held a press conference at The White House, where he addressed the nation and commended the citizens of Boston for standing up in the face of terror and proving what a united, compassionate community they truly are. Ch-ch-check out his powerful words (above). According to the latest reports, Dzhokhar is still being treated at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital, where he remains in serious condition from the wounds he sustained during the the manhunt. After such a trying, horrific and terrifying week endured by so many, we can only hope and pray that authorities will be able to gather the information and answers they need to fill in the still very bewildering and heartbreaking pieces in this puzzle with no further difficulty than necessary, so we all can begin to move forward, stronger and more resilient than ever. Our thoughts are with the victims, their friends and family, and all of those affected by this tragedy. May we all keep standing strong together. |
