Posted: 30 Jan 2013 12:48 PM PST Looks like Nick Loeb is trying to wine and dine Sofia Vergara, in order to keep the Colombian actress by his side! Things have reportedly been pretty rocky for the engaged couple, as they've been seeking couples counseling, ever since their NYE blowout fight! We even recently heard they're even planning on breaking up and have called off their house hunt! However, by the looks of it, things can't be THAT bad! Check out the pic of the couple (above) while out to dinner last night at Katsuya in Brentwood! Perhaps this was a post-counseling dinner date?? We hope they manage to work things out! | 50 Cent Calls Out Rick Ross! Thinks He Faked Shooting! Posted: 30 Jan 2013 12:40 PM PST That is one serious allegation! But 50 Cent is sticking by it as he is just not buying Rick Ross' drive-by shooting story. Rick was supposedly driving when another car drove up to his and shot at him while he was leaving Miami's LIV with one passenger in the car. He ended up not being shot, but shell casings were found at the scene where he then crashed his vehicle. But 50 Cent ain't sold on the tale of a person who couldn't get one shot to actually hit the car as he posted a pic of Rick's car on Instagram (below) along with the message:
He then continued with his accusations and jokes on Twitter:
Damn! Feud time! So does this mean Rick doesn't need all that security?? It has been confirmed that no bullets hit the car, but stores in the area apparently did suffer some damage. James Franco's seXXXy younger brother Dave Franco arrived at the premiere of indie-zombie-romance flick Warm Bodies at the Arclight cinema in El Lay Tuesday looking EXTRA fine in a tailored suit and snazzy tie (above)! Our temperature has risen a bagillion degrees... we're MELLLTTTIINNGGG from Dave's radiant hotness! We are SUPER thrilled to see the younger Franco in more films! | Posted: 30 Jan 2013 11:56 AM PST At least three people -- some are reporting five -- are in critical condition after being shot in the lobby of an office building on Glendale Avenue in Phoenix, AZ. Police are currently searching for the gunman -- a white male -- who remains at large, and those injured have been transported to a nearby hospital. Sgt. Tommy Thompson of the Phoenix Police Department states:
The shooting took place moments after former Congresswoman Gabby Giffords gave an inspiring introductory speech at a congressional hearing for gun control (above). Gabby was one of the unfortunate victims of a shooting spree that occured in 2011 in Tucson, and has first hand experience when it comes to the horror that guns can inflict. So, so sad. Our thoughts are with those who are currently suffering due to this terrible incident in Phoenix. |

Former American Idol contestant Corey Clark (season 2) is already part of the 9-people group who are trying to sue AI for being a giant, bubbling pot of racism... But now the man who was kicked off the show after producers found out he had previously been arrested is filing ANOTHER suit claiming he was DEFAMED through negative comments regarding his circumstances for leaving the series... AND through the inaccurate media depiction of his alleged Paula Abdul affair! Clark is suing FOX, E! | The Damning Kardashian Diaries Leak More Disturbing Nonsense! Posted: 30 Jan 2013 11:39 AM PST Ugh! WTFFFF. We'll admit -- this makes for a GREAT original Lifetime movie. But that's because the crap that's been found in these leaked "diary entries" of Robert Kardashian is so ridiculous, it has to be fiction. As we previously reported, Kris Jenner felt the fire after Robert's widow sold these supposed journals to the tabloids, journals that "exposed" her abusive behavior. Well now there's even more disturbing details behind 'em, claiming that Kourtney once called Robert "crying and hysterical" over Kris pulling her hair and twisting her arms. In an entry dated Oct. 20, 1993, Robert allegedly wrote:
And in another new passage lies claims of Kris buying Todd Waterman $12k gifts with Robert's money! Hmm.... Ellen, the widow of Robert and the leaker of said journals, claims:
Right... we're sure SHE'S the expert on the family, LOL! After the first round of diaries was sold to the tabs, Kim and Khloe took to Twitter to bash their semi-stepmother... understandably so! But clearly she's unfazed as she keeps goin' for the gold. Meanwhile. Kris gets HER OWN television show. Ha! How 'bout that!? Obviously we don't buy into the journals at all. | Lindsay Lohan's New Lawyer Speaks! Posted: 30 Jan 2013 11:27 AM PST Following his first big round of courtroom fun with Lindsay Lohan, new lawyer Mark Heller gave a press conference outside the courthouse Wednesday. With his lucky rabbit foot by his side, he said:
The reporters continued to mention that if Lindsay were to plead no contest, she would agree to six months of lock-down rehab and no jail. Mark insisted he was not up to speed on the case and that he would be reviewing the file as soon as possible. However, he pontificated that "justice has to be tempered with mercy; mean spirited people should want to see an alternative used to jail." He jested that he did "not have a crystal ball" so he was unaware of how the case may turn out, but that Lindsay is no different than any other twenty-six year old girl, adding that she feels "the challenge" of this case but that she's "brilliant, very worldly, and can rise to the occasion." When asked about her health, Mark addressed her suffering and that she traveled to court at her own detriment. He agreed that it was a wise decision on her part to prove that she is respectful of the process. He noted that -- at the time of press -- she was resting. Earlier today Lindsay confirmed to Judge Sautner that Heller would indeed be representing her for these trials, leaving us all to mourn the loss of beloved Shawn Holley. When asked, Mark denied reports that Lindsay has been begging Shawn to return. It was also noted in court that even if Linds were to be found NOT GUILTY in her lying case, her probation could still face the fire of violation with the jewelry-theft case as the standards are lower.
