Bobby was handcuffed and led out of Los Angeles court to jail to start his sentence for an October arrest in Studio City, stemming from a DUI... but if you think that 55 days is a long time, never fear: California overcrowding is here! If you're tired of seeing celebs get a slap on the wrist because of jail overcrowding, you're not going to be very happy to know that Bobby might only actually spend nine days in the slammer because of that very reason. | Lindsay Lohan Could Go To JAIL Cause There Is NO SUCH THING As "Locked" Rehab In NY! Posted: 20 Mar 2013 01:18 PM PDT LOLLLLZ LOLOLOLOLLLLLz. Sorry, it's just... KARMA is sometimes the best kind of BITCH! So Lindsay Lohan's totally competent lawyer Mark Heller might have made a MAJOR booboo during Monday's court hearing that could actually land the troubled starlet in jail instead of the previously agreed upon "locked" rehab facillity... Because as it turns out, recent research shows "locked" treatment centers DO NOT EXIST in New York, and NY is the state where Lindsay has chosen to serve her 90 days of confinement. The prosecution apparently only accepted the last minute plea deal in the first place because they made the mistake of assuming that Mark Heller knew what he was talking about (HA). But no worries, cause Lindsay's deal doesn't actually stipulate that she must serve her 90 days in locked REHAB, it just states she must be kept in CUSTODY for 90 days... So if Lindsay's team can't find a sufficient "locked" rehab center, then it's reportedly straight off to jail for that ass! It's always hard to tell whether Robsten is up or down, but maybe now that their reunion has finally happened, nothing will ever stand between them again... except for that exceptionally lucky lady posing with her thumb up in the pic (above)! Seriously, have you seen her Twitter or Instagram or know absolutely anything about her? Weed was discovered on one of RiRi's tour buses after ten buses were stopped at the border between Windsor, Canada and Detroit. Officials smelled marijuana while checking things out, so a search was conducted. But here is the SHOCKING part to this story! Only a SMALL amount of marijuana was found and it wasn't on Rihanna since she wasn't on any of the buses at the time. That's right, the Queen of Weed WASN'T a factor.
