The Avengers star is suing Gregoire Delacourt for using her name without permission in his novel The First Thing We See. In Delacourt's book, he describes his leading lady as looking like Scarlett Johansson. The problem is, he didn't ask her first, which ScarJo and her legal team consider "breach and fraudulent use of personal rights." He wanted the Scar? She gave him a scar! Ouch! It's the green light Warner Bros. has already given to a sequel! Between the increased fervor of fans and great early online ticket sales, the studio has decided the franchise will continue. Both director Zach Snyder and writer David S. Goyer will return, which bodes very well for the movie. Job security is the best review you can get! And if seksi Superman Henry Cavill isn't back, we're going to fly around the Earth until time goes backwards! Goyer is also being tapped to write the still uncertain Justice League movie. Of course, that will only happen if Man Of Steel can break the box office open first! |

Justin Bieber and his bodyguards stand accused of stealing a paparazzo's camera equipment and then strangling him!! We aren't sure whether these nasty allegations are accurate, but photographer Jeffrey Binion called up the police and accused the Boyfriend singer and his band of belligerent bros of harassing him in Miami outside of The Hit Factory on Wednesday. We knew Biebs and his crew liked to play 'monkey in the middle' but this newly-released 911 call brings a whole new side of darkness that we don't like! | Chris Brown Could Face Trial After Allegedly Faking Community Service Hours! Posted: 11 Jun 2013 11:50 AM PDT While Chris Brown AND his lawyer SWEAR that he did not misreport community service hours, the judge isn't so sure. Breezy was ordered to complete a number of hours of manual labor in his native Virginia for his probation thanks to the 2009 Rihanna beat down, but during his review yesterday, the judge demanded the singer provide clear evidence of his proper participation OR ELSE. If the famous troublemaker doesn't resolve the dispute between prosecutors by July 15, the judge WILL call for a mini-trial to determine the R&B star's fate. We bet RiRi's ex wishes he spent more time scrubbing floors and cleaning the stables now!!! No word on what will happen to Chris if he is proven guilty of falsifying community service documents, but we're going to assume it will NOT be fun. Between this and the pending Frank Ocean battery charges, could it be possible that he is in for a taste of his own vicious medicine in the slammer??! There is no way to tell whether or not he is trying to side step the legal system, but we're certainly happy that this judge isn't giving him any special treatment because of his celeb status. If only it wasn't such a rarity!!! |

Joel Madden could've been in some hot water after marijuana was found in his hotel room in Sydney, Australia, but thanks to policy there he escaped major dramz. And, just to quiet the noise, he also quickly issued a simple statement about the whole thing. As he's been there filming The Voice Australia, we're sure he doesn't want any trouble starting up so we're glad to see him handle the matter so professionally. While the world questions every step Amanda takes thanks to some VERY questionable behavior, her former Nickelodeon co-star insists that his apparent BFF's recent arrest, bizarre Twitter rants, and obsession with beauty is all thanks to the media's negative attention and NOT poor mental health. YUP. Actually, Drake swears he just had lunch with his "close" friend and vows that "she's brilliant, she's good, and she's healthy." The Splash star defended her by saying:
Hmmm...inneresting. We'd LOVE to believe that our old friend Amanda is just fine, but actions speak louder than words. We already know that Selenita had a MAJOR problem with Biebs hanging out with Miley Cyrus, because Miley and Biebsie allegedly hooked up a while back which stirred the metaphorical pot of jealousy. Then Miley was seen sneaking out of Bieber's studio session, both sparking hopes of a musical collaboration between the two as well as some anger from Miss Gomez. Now that Justin and Selena are officially donezo, Justin has been spotted making house calls to a certain Mileybird!!! And we mean "spotted" in both the SIGHting sense AND the literal sense. Literal as in spots, SO MANY SPOTS!!! Because Bieber was driving his flashy leopard-print Audi (surrounded by a flock of security cars) when he made the visit, LOLz!! Now we AB-solutely understand why Demi Moore is lovin' all up on the yogi adventurer. Demi's new hunky BF was one step away from pounding his chest as he was spotted swinging from a cliff at Ben Buckler Point in his native Australia and we're not hating his untamed Tarzan-like behavior!!! ..especially with THAT bare buff bod. HA! To make matters seXXXier, the long-haired hottie finished his 30 foot cliff climb with push ups, and a sprint on the sandy Bondi Beach. No wonder he's so ripped!!! That Demi is one lucky Jane, even if things are 'complicated' between them. Let's just say, if things unfortunately don't work out between him and Demi, he can swing on our tree any time! LOLz!!!
