Well, at least not yet. 50 Cent celebrated his Independence Day, by literally celebrating his independence. Ha! The rapper -- who's been charged with kicking down his baby mama's door and then kicking his baby mama -- apparently got a kick out of releasing Instagram photos with captions like: "I'm not in jail I'm in my kitchen fool," and "I'm not in jail I'm on my Gucci couch." However, his Instagram privileges might be taken away soon, as he could face up to 5 years in jail!!
