This is JUST like what happened with the Modern Family cast this summer! Well - if Modern Family were a VH1 reality show, that is! But yes, apparently the ladies of Basketball Wives are causing some serious drama while they begin shooting the fifth season of the series, as they refuse to sign their contracts until network execs agree to increase their salaries! Shaunie O'Neal, Evelyn Lozada, Tami Roman and Suzie Ketcham all believe they are entitled to a significant pay raise, given the amount of money they make for VH1 and despite execs asserting before production began that anyone unhappy with their compensation could be replaced! The women, however, began filming under the assumption that a deal would be worked out soon, and as neither side has budged, now are planning to walk-out as soon as next week if their terms are not met! WOWZA! This could be getting VERY inneresting, and FAST! Definitely more inneresting than anything we've seen on that show so far! LOLz! We can't WAIT to see how this is resolved...or just re-cast! While the country cutie is notorious for spilling the deets on her failed relationships in the lyrics to her wildly successful, painfully catchy songs, she recently revealed that when breaking up with one of her famous, unnamed ex-boyfriends, she promised him he would NOT become the source of inspiration for her album! And, of course, she's the first to admit that it was a bold-faced LIE! She explains:
Well, with the exception of Dear John! LOLz! We kid! We don't know if it was REALLY about him But hey! We need emotional honesty to connect with artistic works...and to be emotionally honest, people have to write from what they know! And obviously, given her massive success, people connect with Taylor's music for that very reason! So hey! Posted: 18 Nov 2012 11:23 AM PST Whether or not she was lying about knowledge of her recently-confirmed half-sister during her interview on Good Morning America, one thing is definitely for certain: Lindsay Lohan wants NOTHING to do with 17-year-old Ashley Horn! But she shouldn't take the news too personally, as the troubled starlet's main reasons for avoiding her sibling are more so the fault of their mutual father Michael, with whom she's telling friends she's officially DONE! According to sources, Lindsay has not spoken with her dad since he leaked the the phone call she made to him during her fight with Dina last month, and since things have been going much more smoothly for her since removing him from her life, she has no plans to open the lines of communication...even if that means losing out on a relationship with Ashley by extension! However, she HAS told friends that she has no ill feelings toward the poor girl, and finds what her father has done to she and her mother Kristi Horn "disgusting"...especially because it proves that he was stepping out on his family while still having kids with Dina! We think EVERYONE can agree to that sentiment! Sadly, he wasn't just content contributing to his own family's issues, he had to go out and mess with other people's lives, and while Ashley may not have a relationship with LiLo and her siblings because of it, she herself said during DNA test reveal that she, too, wanted no part of the Lohan family "trainwreck," so we doubt she's too torn about it all! And of course, the lucky gentleman who now gets to call the genius singer-songwriter his boyfriend is a male model! If you follow Ocean on Instagram, you may have noticed the reoccurring presence of a very handsome, slightly androgynous male model Willy Cartier, who is from France and seems to be spending quite a bit of time with the man behind Channel Orange! Posted: 18 Nov 2012 10:17 AM PST While Selena Gomez may be keeping her heartache at bay by spending time with gal pals like Taylor Swift, her ex-boyfriend, Justin Bieber, is handling the demise of their relationship by focusing on work...and more specifically, his performance tonight at the American Music Awards! The pop sensation was spotted hard at work in rehearsals yesterday afternoon - less than a day after being denied admittance to his lady-love's home following a volatile dinner date - and according to sources, spent about two hours on stage as he and his dancers went through his song medley multiple times, as well as his Beauty and a Beat duet with Nicki Minaj! Insiders reveal:
Good for him! We can't even begin to imagine how difficult it must be to focus on work with so much personal drama going on, but sometimes, the best way to cope is by keeping busy! | Nicollette Sheridan's Desperate Appeal To The California Supreme Court Has Been DENIED! Posted: 18 Nov 2012 09:43 AM PST Yes, Nicollette Sheridan's legal war against ABC and Desperate Housewives is STILL going on, and YES, the courts are STILL not ruling in her favor! And this time, it went as high up as the California Supreme Court! As we all know, the actress' now-two-year-old lawsuit began when she asserted that she was wrongfully fired after series creator Marc Cherry struck her during an argument over her dialogue. These claims have since been dismissed, while her case against the network and producers resulted in a mistrial. And although she filed for a re-trial, her request was rejected, which led her to appeal to the Supreme Court! But its chief justice Tani Cantil-Sakayue has determined:
Yeesh! We hate to say it, but we think it's time for gurl to throw in the towel on this one! But don't hold your breath! Because we're hearing that she'll probably be back in the courtroom with the argument that Desperate was in violation of labor codes when they sacked her! And luckily for her, she's got a bestie who's pretty much been through it all when it comes to disastrous relationships: Miss Taylor Swift! Just a day after the former Disney starlet was seen storming out of a dinner date gone-bad with her ex-boyfriend, Justin Bieber, our Selenita and Swifty were spotted clinging tightly to each other as they entered Osteria La Buca last night in El Lay! Ch-ch-check 'em out (above)! So sweet! We know this whole ordeal really must be throwing her for a loop, so we're glad to see that she's surrounding herself with good friends and keeping herself busy during such a difficult transition! Not gonna lie, though - what we wouldn't give to be a fly on the wall during THAT dinner conversation! Biebs better watch out! Gurlfriend's got a new album on its way in March, and some song-writing contributions from Miz Swift could be VERY telling as to what exactly sent her friend's relationship to its demise! Posted: 18 Nov 2012 08:39 AM PST Jeremy Renner may be uncertain about the future of his Avengers character in upcoming Marvel flicks, but last night during his hosting stint on Saturday Night Live, he got to the opportunity to resurrect Hawkeye...with HIGHlarious results! Ch-ch-check out the sketch comedy show's take on the super-friends blockbuster (above)! Oh MAN! Not only are we excited to see the actor showing off his SEKSI guns in that HAWT leather get-up once again, we're glad to see there were others who were equally as initerested in what would happen if he ran out of arrows! Seriously! It's not like they come in ENDLESS supply! LOLz!
