Jones' off-kilter religious rant to a mass suicide that killed 39 people, his former Two and a Half Men co-star is back with more Surprisingly, Charlie doesn't blame the young actor for making the ill-advised video. In fact, he won't even blame the Seventh-Day Adventists! The blame bus has to leave their tire tracks on someone's chest, though, right? Enter show-runner Chuck Lorre! Mzr. Sheen revealed:

| Halle Berry's Baby Daddy GRANTED Visitation! Posted: 28 Nov 2012 01:19 PM PST Yesterday Halle Berry's baby daddy, Gabriel Aubry, is headed to a El Lay courthouse Tuesday to talk to a judge about his daughter's safety. According to an insider Gabe asked the judge to prohibit Halle's fiancé Olivier Martinez from having ANY contact with 4-year-old Nahla and also: "...re-instate his visitation with Nahla after Halle obtained a protective order after Gabe's arrest which doesn't allow him to have any contact with his little girl." The result: the judge has ruled that Gabriel Aubry WILL be allowed to resume visitation with Nahla! However, Gabe's dream of keeping his daughter away from the man that broke his face last week will not be coming true. That's right! Olivier gets to spend as much time with Gabe's toddler as he wishes, AND (thanks to the fact that Halle's security camera footage has been erased) he will NOT be charged for the Thanksgiving beat down with Gabe. Just last week, Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez reunited post-breakup after the AMAs, but that after a dinner date gone horribly wrong! The duo, despite calling it quits a few weeks ago, joined back up last night in the Big Apple, after Selenita attended the UNICEF Snowflake Ball! No wonder she had a special glow about her -- she had a date with JB afterwards! Justin and Selena arrived at the Dream Hotel together at 1am and shared a romantic dinner at a table for two at Marble Lane! Eyewitnesses say the couple was all smiles and did anything but fight! One source spilled:
The Young Hollywood lovebirds were supposedly joking, giggling and looked "happy and in love" throughout their outing! Another insider revealed:

Then, after a few shaky days Justin Bieber became Selena Gomez' Boyfriend again. NOW it appears Danny DeVito and Rhea Perlman are Love IS real after all! The recently divorced couple have been seen spending a LOT of quality time together. Wednesday morning the famous exes were seen giggling and walking side-by-side through LAX airport. When a nosey photog asked it they plan to reconcile, a shy smile crept onto Rhea's face. Though, neither answered the question, it's clear they are more than good terms. Wonder where they're flying to together... Romantic getaway perhaps?? Fingers crossed! Danny may have been accused of cheating throughout his 30 year marriage, but these two really seem to make each other happy. | Dark Knight Massacre Lawsuits Get Court Date! Posted: 28 Nov 2012 12:01 PM PST On May 5, 2014, all seven lawsuits filed against Cinemark for their alleged lack of proper security will go before U.S. District Judge R. Brook Jackson. Aurora Century 16 was the site of James Holmes' brutal shooting spree during its infamous midnight screening of The Dark Knight Rises. Twelve died after James Holmes entered the theater from a back emergency-exit door, and 58 were left wounded. The massacre, which shocked the nation and brought the issue of gun-control back to the water-cooler, angered many and arguably could have been prevented had proper security been in place, claims the lawsuits. We can only hope for peace for the families and friends of the victims, and the fortunate ones who did make it out alive that night. Hopefully the judge will help see to it. [Image via AP Images.] |

Mariah Carey joined artists like Rod Stewart, Cee Lo Green and even The Muppets last night in NYC, to pretape the annual Rockefeller Christmas tree lighting ceremony!
