She has decided to dedicate her Unapologetic album release party at Jay-Z's 40/40 Club to helping out the victims of Hurricane Sandy. Fans won't be charged to come to the event, but are asked to bring disaster relief materials such as diapers and wipes, coats, blankets and lots of cleaning supplies instead. The generous singer told sources:

We previously told you about how Bieby performed for the show in NYC on Wednesday, all while GF Selena Gomez was filming her Wizards Of Waverly Place reunion in El Lay! Well, now it seems JB got a little closer with one model in particular... AFTER the show! On Thursday night, Justin was spotted at the Lion King show on Broadway, along with his friend, Lil' Twist and a VS model, Barbara Palvin! Hmm... was the Biebs just trying to hook his friend up with the gorg girl or is Jelena facing some troublesome times?! Not one to soak up the media attention, Amber Heard tried to keep low when she went to dinner at Beverly Hills' Matsuhisa. Reports of a Johnny Depp-reconciliation have recently sent Tinsel Town into a whispering fever, especially after the two were spotted flirting at AV. ...in a section exclusively blocked off them, no less. Oh and btw, that same club report WAS CONFIRMED by the club's rep!
