While you might think Jennifer Lopez would be cruising around in a Fiat, she's actually got a pretty sweet ride already - a tricked out Bentley, full loaded with everything a diva could need on the road. Yesterday, however, it was J.Lo spotted cruising around in the car, but her new boyfriend Casper Smart. | Christina Perri Fights Off Carjacker! Posted: 14 Dec 2011 01:10 PM PST Don't mess with Christina Perri! The Jar of Hearts singer fended off a woul-be attacker. Perri was targeted at around 2 AM. The attacker tried to get into her car by pulling the driver's door. While she was in the car!!!! The suspect ran away before police arrived on the scene. The attacker also allegedly punched Perri in the head as well as hit her in the body a few times. Perri said she did not need immediate medical attention. | No Jail Time For Flo Rida In DUI Case Posted: 14 Dec 2011 12:50 PM PST Some good news for Flo this holiday. Seems Flo Rida's lawyers were able to finagle him a sweet deal in his DUI case that effectively kept him out of going to jail. As you might remember, Flo was busted in Miami Beach last June for driving his million-dollar Bugatti with a blood alcohol level of .185. In case you can't do the math, that is more than TWICE the legal limit. Anyway, his legal team was able to persuade the prosecution to show him some lenency as a first time offender. Now, instead of being thrown in jail, he'll be hitting the books in a DUI first-time offenders program. Should he complete all the require classwork, his charges will be lessened to reckless driving. Such a deal! Let's hope he appreciates it and doesn't let something like this every happen again. Thankfully, no one was hurt this time. But he shouldn't press his luck. [Image via WENN.] |

The diva paid $465,000 on a small, 190 square foot cabana in a Miami condo complex in 2002, basically to use as a beachfront room adjacent to the pool, but apparently, she has sold it off for a mere $110,000 - 75% less than its original fee! Brutal, right?! Well, about as brutal as it can be for someone with the finances to pay almost $500k for a glorified changing room! [Image via WENN.] |
| Anton Yelchin Helps The Smurfs Make History! Posted: 14 Dec 2011 12:10 PM PST Just so you know, this totally makes sense. He was the voice of Clumsy Smurf in the movie. LOL! Yesterday, a very special ceremony was held at Grauman's Chinese Theater as The Smurfs were asked to leave their hand and footprints in the iconic courtyard. Accompanied by Anton Yelchin, Papa Smurf, Clumsy Smurf and Smurfette all received the honor of leaving their mark amongst other Hollywood icons. Wonder if this is going to upset as many people as the Twilight kids did a few months ago? Anyone feel the need to riot about this latest addition? | Private Lives Starring Kim Cattrall's Broadway Run To End Early! Posted: 14 Dec 2011 11:50 AM PST Aww! The Broadway revival of Noel Coward's Private Lives, which stars Kim Cattrall and Paul Gross, will reportedly close early on December 31st! Apparently, the comedy was expected to run until February 5th, but due to poor ticket sales, the schedule was cut short! Producer Paul Elliot says:
Well, at least they're being realistic! Still, such a shame! We heard this was worth checking out! Hopefully the impending end will boost ticket sales for the rest of the month! |
