FIGHT NIGHT: Did K. Michelle SLAP Mimi Faust BACKSTAGE At Her NYC Concert?? Posted: 20 Feb 2013 09:14 AM PST It seems like some ATL drama followed K. Michelle all the way to New York City with reports that she and "LAHH ATL" co-star Mimi Faust had some type of slap-style altercation last night at B.B. King's.  Get the deets inside......   Yesterday, K. Michelle made a few promo stops through NYC, including a much talked about interview with Power 105's The Breakfast Club that we told you about. During the chat fest, K. shared a few opinions that may have come back to haunt her.  First, she went in on Mimi Faust's new man and stated that she thought he was on "the down low."  Also, she made a few jokes about the whole Lyfe Jennings concert where she went ham after finding out she was expected to open for a dude who had just gotten out of jail. So...faast forward to Tuesday evening at NY's B.B. King's venue where K. Michelle was slated to perform.  Sources say Mimi Faust arrived to the concert with her bff Ariane Davis (they were there to "support") but ish went LEFT backstage.  Reports are saying that there was verbal altercation backstage which resulted in K. Michelle slapping Mimi in the face. We can only imagine that hearing your "friend" dissed your man on the radio and questioned his sexuality must have made Mimi feel some kind of way.  But is that what led to the altercation?  Only time...and Mona Scott Young's camera crew...know for sure.   Meanwhile on Twitter, Lyfe Jenning was also responding to The Breakfast Club Interview saying,    One thing's for sure, K. Michelle's mouth keeps her in some mess.  There have also been more leaks about drama during the "LAHH ATL 2" taping, which may include more fighting with Rasheeda.  Plus, she's already revealed to NY listeners that she's cursed out most of her castmates.  And since K. Michelle has been VERY verbal about her own anger management issues, when we hear a stories about her causing conflict, we're inclined to believe that she's at the root of them.   But just like her fights with J.R. Smith, maybe the Mimi Faust/Lyfe Jennings drala will make for great songs on her upcoming Rebellious Soul album.  We'll be waiting....

NEW GIGS: Shaq Re-Releases His PUMP Reeboks With Swizz Beatz & Tyga + Jay-Z Cops New Publishing Deal Posted: 20 Feb 2013 08:38 AM PST Throwback is everything these days. And NBA legend Shaquille O'Neal has joined Swizz Beatz, Tyga & the Reebok fam to re-release his classic Reebok PUMP Shaqnosis shoe.  And we've got the pics from their big reveal day, plus Jay-Z's newest money move..... Debuting for the first time in 1995, Reebok Classic is bringing back the Shaqnosis on July 19th.  The sneakers--which will run for $125 at key retailers--will come before another Reebok Classic re-release, the Shaq Attaq dropping on April 19th ($160). At a packed press launch at the Project Trade Show in Las Vegas yesterday, Reebok Classic welcomed the legendary Shaq back to the family fresh off the heels of the Iverson collection re-release.  And this business move is all thanks Swizz Beatz, the Reebok Classic Creative Director. Swizz brought Shaq on stage to reminisce about being the first athlete with a signature shoe for Reebok, his days in the league, his first Reebok ad, doing music with Shaq, and more.  And spokesman Tyga also popped up for the photo-op. The 90's live on! And in other big business moves, Jay-Z isn't just making his money touring, buying/repping companies and making music.  He's taking care of the publishing side of his music too, i.e., the MONEY side. Music publishing is not talked about much--but it should be.  It's where songwriters either keep or sell ownership rights to their music, which dictates just how they will be paid from here on out every time their song is used anywhere.  Plenty of artists care more about the lights, camera, action and only making a couple cents on each album.  But certain artists, one being Jay-Z, care about their long term behind the scenes money.  And they nab serious publishing deals for their music. The NY Times reports: Led by Mr. Platt (a 6-foot-8 figure widely known in the industry as Big Jon), Warner/Chappell has signed Jay-Z to a publishing administration deal for his future work as well as his music since 2008. Through a separate deal, Warner/Chappell will also represent the songwriters at Jay-Z’s entertainment and management company, Roc Nation. .... According to two people briefed on the talks, Mr. Platt is also said to be in advanced negotiations with another top EMI Publishing artist who is very close to Jay-Z: Beyoncé, his wife. Mr. Carter said in a statement: “The real meaning of success is being in the position to work with an individual you consider a friend. Jon Platt is such a person. He’s a man of extraordinary character as well as a remarkably talented executive with an ear for music and an eye for talent. It’s great to watch him grow to be one the best in the business.” Taking care of his own...and his wife and signees.  Nice!

Terrence J. & Selita Ebanks SPLIT....Over "Scheduling Conflicts"? News host Terrence J. & model Selita Ebanks have split.  Deets inside on why... It's official--cutie Terrence J. is SINGLE.  He and Selita Ebanks were always an odd match to us--and since they shared the same management it seemed like a relationship of convenience anyway (a la Future & Ciara).  But it was the "inside" info about the split that had us raising an eyebrow as to who's trying to get the upperhand. Page Six reports: The pair, who dated since November 2011, split over “scheduling conflicts.” “Selita is just so busy,” says an insider who tells us the beauty is working on a TV pilot and will be releasing a single soon. Now....we all know damn well the only person who has receipts for being incredibly busy is Terrence.  From his new nightly hosting stint on E! News, his Crown Royal Life spokesman commercials, red carpet reporting, and more....it's pretty clear whose schedule is "just so busy." So did Selita send over this "insider tip" herself?  And chick is "releasing a single?"  Everybody wants to be a singer. The model chick also has been celebrating her 30th birthday all week in NYC at Bagatelle and Asselina with two-days of parties.  And reportedly, video cameras were rolling.  Guess we'll be seeing something new from her soon.  Hmmm....

REAL STARTER WIFE DRAMA: Siohvaughn Wade ACCUSES Dwyane Wade Of IGNORING Their Kids' Life-Threatening HEALTH Concerns Posted: 20 Feb 2013 07:06 AM PST Dwyane Wade's ex-wife Siohvaughn Wade is back in the papers (and the court system) with new allegations against her famous ex, claiming that he's not providing their children with their life-saving medications. Find out more inside.....   The original starter wife, Siohvaughn Wade, is not going down without a fight in her ongoing custody battle with Miami Heat baller Dwyane Wade and now she's back with a new set of allegations.  This go round, she's filed papers saying Dwyane "has never obtained any asthma inhalers or asthma nebulizer machines for the children since [Dwyane] was awarded children in his custody on March 11, 2011."  And the docs go on to say, "[Dwyane] recklessly failed to provide the five and ten-year-old children with any medication for a life-threatening illness." According to TMZ, Siohvaughn also claimed in the docs that Dwyane is "continuously and willfully making every effort to alienate the children from [her]." While we understand Siohvaughn is concerned about her children's health, we're pretty sure that the Dwyane has some good old health insurance through the NBA and didn't need to get any asthma machines shippped from Chicago.  You can get those type of machines in Miami. Clearly, Dwyane and Siohvaughn aren't communicating outside of their lawyers, and you can't really blame him since she was accused of trying to abduct the kids during one of their prior visits.   We just hope the ex-couple can drop the drama and start putting the kids first.

Lil Wayne has opened a can of worms.  It's no secret that Adrienne Bosh is well known for being on that groupie scene pretty hard--trying to get chose--a few years ago.  Chick lived in Atlanta's VIP-section nightlife and modeled for your favorite booty magazines, including Smooth. But once she finally landed her prize--an NBA baller--she flipped her image into a perfect little Stepford Wife. But she's not fooling folks like Cam'Ron who took Weezy's announcement and ran with it.  The Dipset member posted the above throwback pic of Ms. Adrienne--before she met Bosh--and blasted her for getting it in with his homie. International superstar Rihanna celebrates a quarter of a century today, ringing in year number 25.  Since entering the spotlight, Rihanna has had her share of ups and downs and we've been with her each and every step of the way.   Now, she's just debuted her River Island fashion line and she branching out into cosmetics with a new partnership with MAC.   While speaking with WWD about the new line, the singer revealed that the press may violate her privacy (apparently there's other private moments she doesn't blast herself on her social media networks)...but they can't invade her creativity.  And a part of her decision to link with the company was that they've allowed her to expand on her own creative side. “Being creative is something that I love, so I can put that into different outlets. Music happens to be the first thing that I gravitated to, and now music opens doors to just so many different opportunities, and they all tie in. My makeup looks, my fashion looks…they help me to express myself as an artist. I think it helps people to understand me or my mood, my story.” She adds,  "When you think of makeup, the brand that pops into your mind — for something legit — is MAC. Whatever color you want, it’s like ‘Let’s go to MAC.’ I’ve been using MAC on tour for such a long time it was a natural fit for me. I have always loved makeup, and I always said that if I do it, I want to do it with a credible brand.” And about her own collection... "There’s so much to choose from, and you can mix different textures with different colors and different greens in different eye shadows. I learned so much about the detail of makeup and what makes things look different. What makes it apply different is really important. Every little detail is important.” The four collections will be known as RiRi [Hearts] MAC and will break throughout 2013.  According to WWD, the signature piece of the lineup, RiRi Woo (a lipstick), will be sold with all four collections. The summer collection also includes two additional lipsticks, a Lustre Drops shade and a powder blush duo.  And fans rolling out to see her on stage for her Diamonds tour will be able to pick up RiRi Woo at her concerts (it will also be available online). And for the rest of the year, fans can look forward to a summer collection (online), a third collection that will hit retail stores and an on-counter holiday collection. Happy Birthday Rihanna! You may have heard that some "groupie" sent around a letter today claiming that she's sexing Gabrielle Union's man, Dwyane Wade.  We received her letter as well and decided not to engage in that drama since more than a few factors from the letter didn't check out upon further investigation; however, Gabrielle Union did post her own response to the nonsense. Gabby's "flying above" the haters like Kandi Burruss would say.  And we'll all being watching her "Being Mary Jane" when it drops later this season. P.S. Gabby Instagrammed a pic of her boo helping her out with her lines today in between takes of his Gatorade commercial.  Well isn't that sweet.   The Randomness: 1.  Jay-Z and Justin Timberlake will be headlining the Wireless Festival in London, England July 12-13. The "Basketball Wives" Do London Fashion Week Posted: 19 Feb 2013 01:02 PM PST The "Basketball Wives" have skipped over to the UK for London Fashion Week.  And the cast of season 5 was spotted taking in the shows today.  Pics inside.. Looks like all the girls are getting along--for now--on this season of "Basketball Wives."  Suzie Ketcham, Tami Roman, Shaunie O'Neal, newbie Tasha Marbury and Evelyn Lozada all left Miami for the cooler skies of London to see what's hitting the runways for Fashion Week.  And they were spotted looking fab in the city (above) right before walking into the shows today. Yesterday, Ev showed off her outfit of the day with her daughter, Shaniece, who tagged along as well. And the ladies took in the shows over the weekend as well. Tasha Marbury, Stephen Marbuy's wife, tweeted about her hot Alexander McQueen blazer.  Nice. But all the niceties don't occur all of the time.  Tami said in a recent interview that this season will show more positive aspects of their lives, but she's got a new beef with co-star Shaunie:   "I have always been a person that is going to speak my mind and say exactly how I feel. For the first time, I actually have a little to say to Ms. Shaunie O'Neal…So, that's going to be quite interesting for the people to see." “This time around we decided to present more of a balance. I mean you’re going to get all of the drama. You’re going to have what we’re known for, everybody not getting along. We’re going to have those moments, but I think it was important to show me as a mother; to show me as an actress; to show me as a spokesperson; to show me really living my real life, because my life doesn’t revolve around Evelyn, Shaunie and whoever else may be on the show. Keri Hilson recently posted a few peeks into her weekend Cabo vacay with boyfriend Serge Ibaka of the OKC Thunder.  She rocked a multi-colored striped bikini as she posed up against a wall of bamboo at their beach front pool casita suite at the One & Only Pamilla Resort.  And she wasn't shy about showing off her bronzed & toned bikini bod.  She tweeted, "wish u were here oh wait..."  The twosome posted a pic of their romantic dinner. And the sexiness that is Serge jetted to Mexico, after missing his first flight, as soon as he finished coaching Team Sudden with LeBron James in Houston at the Sprite Uncontainable Game that kicked off All-Star weekend.   Yes please!
