Posted: 27 Oct 2011 08:30 AM PDT

Kimora Lee Simmons and Travie McCoy both stopped by BET's "106 & Park" yesterday.  See their pics inside...

Kimora Lee Simmons, new President and Creative Director of JustFab.com, stopped by "106 & Park" yesterday to talk about her new position.

The mom of 3 looked uber cute in a pair of sparkling jeans (from the website) paired with a brown top and black blazer.

And her shoe game was nice as always.

She kicked it with Terrence J as they dished about her style and new job.

She also showed love to her fans in the audience...who she actually recognized as one of her twitter followers.

Check out her chit chat above.

Also on the show.....

Gym Class Heroes lead singer Travie McCoy stopped by the show to promote the group's upcoming projects.

Acting silly as usual.

The "Billionaire" singer says the group is nearly done with its next disc Papercut Chronicles II.

Solange & Serena Get FASHIONISTA FAB For Burberry

Posted: 27 Oct 2011 07:20 AM PDT

Solange & Serena Williams hit the Burberry store for in Beverly Hills as they celebrated the reveal of their brand new "Burberry Body" fragrance.  Solange looked amazing in head to toe Burburry Prorsum.  And we've got the pics inside...

I absolutely adore this look on Solange.  Straight from Burberry's Spring 2012 Ready To Wear collection, Solo was laced with a faux wrap ruffled hem sky blue skirt with a soft print, which was paired with a burnt orange and brown striped and spotted blouse.

And the orange & yellow beaded shoes from the Resort 2012 collection are hot as well.

Fab.

Of course she DJ'd the event.

And kicked it with her girl Serena, who donned a fitted nude short sleeved shift dress for the occasion.

There is love spreading all through the cities.  Fab couples Ameriie and new hubby Lenny along with Zoe Kravitz and "Gossip Girl" Penn Badgley were spotted out strolling through LA and NYC recently.  See their pics inside....

"Gossip Girl" star Penn Badgley was spotted walking through the streets of NYC with his new girlffriend Zoe Kravitz.  Still such an odd and random couple to me.  But he's hot...so I don't even blame her.

They were spotted sharing a cigarette while on their stroll.

These housecoats Zoe...

The twosome was holding hands, but stopped as soon as they saw photographers.

They also grabbed a bite to eat.  Awww....

And on the west coast......

Ameriie was spotted strolling through Beverly Hills with her husband Lenny Nicholson.

The newlyweds (Lenny's her manager also) are still putting the final touches on Ameriie's next project, Cymatika Vol. 1.

Cute.

Eddie Murphy COVERS November 2011 Issue Of "ROLLING STONE," DISHES On His SNL Feud, Losing The Oscar & Returning To Stand-Up

Posted: 26 Oct 2011 02:41 PM PDT

Eddie Murphy covers the latest issue of ROLLING STONE Magazine where he gives a very rare interview that covers the highs and lows of his career.  And also chats about his "SNL" feud and how he really felt about losing the Oscar. Get the deets inside...

Eddie Murphy rarely does interviews.  There are no sit-downs with Robin Roberts, long magazine profiles, and radio is clearly out of thew question, so it's very shocking that he talked to ROLLING STONE this month.  His chat is a part of a promo campaign designed to put him back at the forefront of comedy.

With his movie Tower Heist dropping and an upcoming gig hosting the Oscars, the man of the hour has a lot to promote. Here are the highlights from the issue hitting stands on October 28:

On his SNL feud:

"They were shitty to me on Saturday Night Live a couple of times after I'd left the show," he says. "They said some shitty things. There was that David Spade sketch [when Spade showed a picture of Murphy around the time of Vampire In Brooklyn and said, 'Look, children, a falling star']. I made a stink about it, it became part of the folklore. What really irritated me about it at the time was that it was a career shot.. I felt shitty about it for years, but now, I don't have none of that."

On losing the Oscar for Dreamgirls:

"Alan Arkin's performance in Little Miss Sunshine is Oscar-worthy, it's a great performance. That's just the way the sh*t went. He's been gigging for years and years, the guy's in his seventies. I totally understood and was totally cool. I wasn't like, 'What the fuck?' Afterward, people were like, "He's upset," and I'm like, "I wasn't upset!" What happened was after I lost, I'm just chilling, and I was sitting next to Beyoncé's pops, and he leans over and grabs me and is like, [solemn voice] 'There will be other times.' And then you feel Spielberg on your shoulder going, 'It's all right, man.' Then Clint Eastwood walks by: 'Hey, guy... ' So I was like, 'It's not going to be this night!' [Mimes  getting up] I didn't have sour grapes at all. That's another reason I wanted to host the show – to show them that I'm down with it."

On returning to stand-up comedy:

"If I ever get back onstage, I'm going to have a really great show for you all," he says. "An hour and a half of stand-up and about 40 minutes of my shitty band... But I haven't done it since I was 27, so why fuck with it? But that's just weighing both sides. It comes up too much for me to not do it again. It's like, when it hits me, I'll do it, eventually."

On bringing back Axel Foley:

"They're not doing it," he says. "What I'm trying to do now is produce a TV show starring Axel Foley's son, and Axel is the chief of police now in Detroit. I'd do the pilot, show up here and there. None of the movie scripts were right; it was trying to force the premise. If you have to force something, you shouldn't be doing it. It was always a rehash of the old thing. It was always wrong."

Eddie's back....

MC Hammer Goes LEGIT Political--Remixes "2 Legit 2 Quit" Video For San Francisco Mayor Candidate!

Posted: 26 Oct 2011 02:00 PM PDT

MC Hammer is putting his political bandana on and putting his 1991 hit song "2 Legit 2 Quit" to good use.  In addition to hitting the streets to Occupy Oakland, check out the hilarious remix video he just did with celebs like will.i.am in support of San Francisco mayoral candidate Ed Lee inside....

San Francisco Giant Brian Wilson, will.i.am, and plenty others threw on their Hammer pants to support interim mayor Ed Lee becoming the official mayor of San Fran.

MC Hammer remixed "2 Legit 2 Quit"...complete with the dancers and all.  Peep the video above that took $18,000 to make (but everyone involved did it for free).  By comparison, 1 week tv air spots cost $200,000 for candidates.  So Hammer is also working with politicians and tech folks in Silicon Valley (Twitter co-founder Biz Stone also appears in the vid) to prove internet technology is more impactful than other media, especially when content goes viral.

Here's his latest tweets about the Occupy Oakland movement:

The unabated abuse of the PEOPLE can never be tolerated! They were expressing systemic frustration and pain, peacefully. #OOAK

You knew this would happen. You cannot eliminate the middle class and expect quiet resolution. #occupyoakland

The unification of the poor, the underserved and the middle class has begun ... The forgone conclusion is at hand. #occupied

EXCLUSIVE UPDATE: Tamar Braxton's Husband Vincent Herbert Now Stable & Talking After Collapsing From Blood Clot

Posted: 26 Oct 2011 11:10 AM PDT

Vincent Herbert, husband to Tamar Braxton and producer and label head for Lady GaGa, collapsed while in New York City last Friday.  Following yesterday's reports saying he was in serious condition and on a respirator, we've confirmed, as of today, he's more stable.

Details inside...

While in NYC for music related meetings this past Friday, Vincent collapsed and was rushed to the hospital for treatment.  He was initially in the Intensive Care Unit.  Our production source for the "Braxton Family Values" show confirmed to TheYBF.com that while the situation was indeed serious at one point, Vince is more stable at this time, and even talking to friends and family who are currently with him at the hospital.

Our source confirms it was indeed a pulmonary embolism, a blood clot in the lungs that can easily be fatal.  Tennis star Serena Williams also suffered from this extremely serious condition following her foot surgery several months ago.

It has not been reported yet the exact cause of the embolism.

We're told Tamar was extremely distraught by the whole situation, and hasn't left her husband's bedside in New York.  And we've also learned the We TV reality cameras were (and are still) rolling, since all 19 episodes of the upcoming season of "Braxton Family Values" (which kicks) off next week have not yet been taped.  So we will likely see this whole emergency play out on tv.

Tamar and Vince were slated to attend President Obama's $35,000 per plate fundraising dinner this past Monday at Will Smith's business partner and movie producer James Lassiter's L.A. home.  But since Vince is still hospitalized in NY, they skipped out.

Tomorrow's scheduled reality show press dinner in L.A. has been postponed.

Toni Braxton also dropped her brother-in-law Vince as her manager recently, and is now being managed by Baumgarten Management & Productions, Inc. with publicity headed by The Chamber Group.
