Which is exactly what Jason Luis Rivera received this morning when he was officially charged with two counts of trespassing and one count of resisting arrest after attempting to enter Miley Cyrus' El Lay abode to um... cut off more of Miley's locks? According to reports, Jason hopped the sky-high haired starlet's fence this past Saturday when Miley wasn't even home, simply because he wanted to meet her! AND this whoe scurry home invasion occurred before an apparent bar brawl went down Saturday evening between Miley's finace Liam Hemsworth and some random dude, who Miley allegedly ended up punching in the face! | Miley Cyrus: 'Moving Is Not An Option' After Horrifying Home Intrusion Posted: 10 Sep 2012 12:41 PM PDT Even though some creeper wielding a pair of scissors jumped the fence surrounding her El Lay home on Saturday night, "moving is not an option" for Miley Cyrus. A man named Jason Luis Rivera claimed to be her husband and friend "for five years" after cops found him hiding in the bushes on her property. It sure sounds like a scary incident and we imagine Mileybird was pretty shaken up, but she's not letting the incident "ruin her life." Although the thought of moving initially crossed her mind, a friend has told sources she plans to stand her ground. The source explained:
Since this is the SECOND time some random guy has tried to sneak onto her private property, we're a little scurred for her safety. At least we're comforted by the fact that she's got Thor's little bro around to protect her if any other stalkers decide to show up in her backyard. [Image via WENN.] |

| Miley Cyrus Punched A Dude In Bar Brawl?! Posted: 10 Sep 2012 11:18 AM PDT It was a drama stuffed weekend for a certain MileyBird!!! Not only did her scissor-weilding stalker show up outside her home, some dude filed a police report Sunday morning accusing Miley Cyrus of criminal battery! If this IS legit, then that is SO NOT pretty cool!!! But we have our reservations... Apparently, the supposed victim of Miley's wayward fists claims he and some friends were enjoying an evening at Beacher's Madhouse at the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood this past Saturday, when some of their group MAY have bumped into a chair occupied by Liam Hemsworth, who was sitting with his bleach-blonde fiancée. Apparently words were exchanged and things got heated, fast, to a point where physical violence seemed imminent. Miley supposedly got in between Liam and the 'victim' to break them apart, and then allegedly hit the man in question, in the face. Womp womp. However, there is no physical evidence of this person's claim, and another witness to the incident agrees there was an argument, but never saw Miley getting handsy with a dude.
