| Adrienne Maloof Awarded Temporary Custody, Husband Allegedly Choked Son?? Posted: 20 Sep 2012 01:22 PM PDT Nothing boils our blood more than to hear that someone has been physically abusing their kids, and that's exactly what we're hearing of Dr. Paul Nassif (allegedly). This means that Adrienne Maloof has been awarded temporary custody of the three boys that the estranged couple share, even with Paul asserting that she was abusive to him. According to Adrienne, Paul choked one of the sons last Thursday. More specifically, she claimed Paul picked their 3 boys up from school and 2 of the boys were horsing around and kicking each other like siblings do, when Paul allegedly reached back and choked one of the boys around the Adam's apple. Unfortunately, that's not all. The boys were taking a bath together when one of them decided to use the tub as a bathroom -- leading to a fight amongst the kids. That's when she claims that their dad grabbed one of them, brutally spanked him and followed up by "[throwing] him in the corner." Just awful. Oh wait, there's more? The family chef said he saw Paul kick the family dog when it peed on the floor, and a DEA agent who is friends with them filed yet ANOTHER report saying he saw Paul putting his hands around the neck of one of the children. Paul denies this all. Here's what his lawyer said:
Well, if it DID happen, congrats on representing a child abuser without hesitation. We bet those kids appreciate it. We can't even believe this stuff might've gone down -- just be a good parent. | Fiona Apple Does Not Look Happy To Be In Jail Posted: 20 Sep 2012 01:08 PM PDT Fiona Apple has been placed behind bars for the first time in her life and, based on the mugshot (above), it doesn't look like she's enjoying the experience. She was arrested for possession of hashish -- a potent form of cannabis -- when her tour bus was stopped at a border checkpoint in West Texas on Wednesday. Still no word has surfaced about whether or not she'll be bailed out in time to perform for the Austin audience that was expecting her arrival tonight. Despite the report from a Gossip Girl set spy, B's not eating more cuz she has to feed another... Her rep shot that rumor down fast and said, "it's completely untrue!" But that doesn't mean we won't ever see what a teacup human fusion of her and Ryan Reynolds would looks like! She actually told Allure she'd have THIRTY children if she could! Ha! Try telling that to RyRy though... ANYWAYS! Doesn't she look great back on the set of GG (above)?? Her character might wade through the different swamps of brattiness, but damn! Rocking out with his cocktail out seems like an impossible mission so soon after the Katie Holmes divorce finalized but we NEVER underestimate Tom Cruise! We caught him leaving a London club at 3am this morning and who knows what brand of risky business transpired last night?? Other beautiful A-listers at the poppin' party included Tara Reid and Benicio Del Toro! Wow!! We hope it went down like that orgy scene from Eyes Wide Shut, LOLz!! It's good to see Tom rebounding so quickly and, knowing him, we bet the actor was far and away the life of the party!! You can be our wingman any time, Maverick! | Behind-The-Scenes Look At Les Misérables Give Us An AH-Mazing Glimpse Of The Movie Posted: 20 Sep 2012 12:29 PM PDT Musical theater fans should be absolutely THRILLED that Tom Hooper, the Oscar-winning director of The King's Speech, was chosen to helm the upcoming big screen adaptation Les Misérables because it looks like he's revolutionizing the genre. Instead of recording the vocal parts in a studio months before production even begins, then simply asking Anne Hathaway, Russell Crowe, Hugh Jackman and Amanda Seyfried to lip sync on set, he's the first to ask actors to sing their hearts out on film. Based on the extended behind-the-scenes look (above), that's exactly what they did and the stars LOVED the opportunity to do so. The problem with the usual method, as hottie Eddie Redmayne explains, is that "you have to make all of your acting choices before you've even met the actor you're working with." Hmm...with that insightful look into the production process, it sounds like the film business has been robbing us of even more AH-mazing performance for years! We were a little bummed to learn that the release date had been pushed back by 11 days, but we're VERY happy to see that it's totally going to be worth the wait! |

Jessica Espinoza, who somewhat reminded us of Idol season eight's Alison Iraheta, quickly became one of the judges favorites last night with her stirring Pink cover! | Honey Boo Boo's Dad At Risk Of Losing His Leg!! Posted: 20 Sep 2012 11:51 AM PDT Well this isn't very good news at all -- Honey Boo Boo and her family have rushed to the side of Sugar Bear, who is in the hospital with a chance of losing a leg to amputation after a mud boggin' accident! Sugar Bear has already had a surgical procedure to remove the infected tissue -- and now everyone is waiting on word as to whether or not he might have to lose the limb. We're hearing, though, chances are pretty good that he won't. If the surgery worked completely, he's expected to make a full recovery and should return to work in four weeks. He's lucky that it wasn't even more serious, as the ATV he was riding wasn't built for that kind of terrain! We hope he gets better, for sure! Oh, and while she's there at the hospital, maybe Honey Boo Boo should make sure she doesn't have a cold... or at least take some tissues! LOLz! [Image via Splash News.] |

| Ready For A New Playlist From Destiny's Child?! Posted: 20 Sep 2012 11:20 AM PDT While we may not be getting a reunion tour anytime soon, THIS should at least keep up satiated for the time being! Destiny's Child will be reportedly releasing a retrospective album of their greatest hits, titled Playlist, on October 8th, in celebration of the 15 year anniversary of the group's first single to go number one in the United States, No, No, No, Part 2! And that's not all! Playlist will ALSO feature many more of our ass-shaking favorites, including Bills, Bills, Bills, Independent Women, and Bootylicious! And although Matthew Knowles has confirmed that there's no plans for Beyoncé, Kelly and Michelle to reunite in the near future, he IS also planning a second album to be released this year of b-sides and rarities! AH-Mazing! Well - here's hoping that this resurgence of old material will inspire the ladies to want to perform some of it live! Fingers crossed, anyway!
