It seems as though the Brit boyband One Direction won't be changing their name anytime soon! We previously reported on how the chart-topping Brit group had been caught up in a $1 million lawsuit from another group with the same name! After 1D's record label decided to countersue back in June, it looks as though a resolution has finally been reached! One Direction will continue to use their name, while the US-based group will be changing its name to Uncharted Shores. Phew! Onlookers said the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star behaved himself though by sipping on beer while chatting with friends and posing for pics with fans. Still, this is exactly the type of activity that is rumored to be destroying his relationship with the mother of his two children. With Kourtney & Kim Take Miami scheduled to begin shooting this fall, sources close to the Kardashians fear the Florida city will only offer the Lord Disick MORE temptation to party hard instead of taking responsibility for his fam. | Omarosa Responds To The Death Of Fiancé Michael Clarke Duncan Posted: 04 Sep 2012 12:07 PM PDT So heartbreaking. As we previously reported, Hollywood lost truly one of its best, with the passing of actor Michael Clarke Duncan on Sunday. Fans and friends alike have taken to Twitter to express their condolences, as well as Duncan's former co-stars, including Tom Hanks. One of the people MOST affected was his girlfriend Omarosa Manigault, who was revealed as his fiancée, after keeping their engagement under wraps and out of the spotlight. Omarosa stated:
We can't even begin to imagine. We mentioned earlier that the couple had been planning to wed in January, which makes Michael's passing even more upsetting. Back in July, Omarosa saved the actor's life when she performed CPR, after he went into cardiac arrest. Our thoughts are with all of Michael's loved ones at this time. Rest in peace, Big Mike. We know you don't get to 500 million friends without Pradeep Manukonda, a.k.a. Mark Zuckerberg's apologetic stalker, now claims the Facebook founder tried to have him whacked. Pradeep filed suit in an Indian court claiming Mark and an unnamed local politician sent multiple people after him with at least one incident ending with him being "stabbed from the back side." Yowzers!! We're betting Mark wishes he could untag himself from all this dramz!! In early 2011, courts granted Zuck and his future bride Priscilla a restraining order against Pradeep because he constantly threatened the entrepreneur and lingered around his home. Surely the CEO wanted Pradeep to leave him and his future bride alone but we seriously doubt any contract killers were consulted in the process. It seems Kanye West was in a reflective mood this Labor Day weekend, as he took to Twitter to pose some questions about the use/misuse of words that have derogatory, damning origins, such as 'b-tch' and 'n----', in modern popular culture. We guess calling Kim Kardashian his Perfect Bitch was kinda gnawing on that intricate brain of his?? Kanye began his pondering with the tweet:
