In the latest issue of LA Confidential, Diddy, one of the world's most influential tastemakers, proved that he lives a normal life...just like the rest of us.  (But just with more money.) "'I like nice things, but life's pretty normal around here. 'People think. ''Oh, Diddy's probably running around his mansion spooning caviar into his mouth. 'I don't even like caviar." And when asked about having "yes" men and spoiling his family, he told the mag, 'A lot of people say yes to me, I admit that. And Cici will be dropping the Ciara disc on July 9.  Chick looks flawless in the shoot, as expected.   And in new weaves..... Karrueche Tran took her new weave on a stroll at the Vibe Vixen BET Awards kick off at Just Extensions Salon.  The company had Kae come in to give her a brand new look. Before hitting the event, she tweeted a Thank You for her Just Extension’s Mico Links treatment.  You feelin' her new look?   The Randomness: 1. Blue Ivy Gets The Crown....And Clothes Fit For A Queen + K. Michelle Pushes Album Back, Drops "The Holdover" EP Posted: 28 Jun 2013 06:50 AM PDT She's already rocking the crown!  The heiress to music's billion dollar power couple throne, Blue Ivy Carter, was pictured rocking royal head gear in pics with her mom Beyonce.   Check out Bey's new Tumblr pics inside, plus K.Michelle's new music project to hold over the fans.... Bey posted a few pics of herself with her daughter Blue and the cutest mini designer looks for the little cutie.  The "Standing On The Sun" singer took to her Tumblr and posted pics from the set of her VOGUE cover shoot, her daughter rocking a crown, and THESE adorable designer duds:   We have a feeling these pink Tom Ford baby heels Bey slipped her feet in are for Miss B.I.C. And she also posted a pic from her suite at Summer Jam XX a few weeks ago.  Cute.   Speaking of music chicks, K.Michelle is pushing back her debut studio album Rebellious Soul to make it absolutely perfect for her fans.  She tweeted: “I can’t thank my fans enough for the unconditional love and support. I want this album to be perfect! Thank you for your patience." The studio album will drop a few weeks later than scheduled, August 13th.  But she's not leaving the fans hanging.  The "Love & Hip Hop ATL" star released an EP called The Hold Over.  And it's got 3 songs, "Pain Killa," "Million Hearts," and "Wish I Could Be Her." FAMILY VACAY: Steve & Marjorie Harvey HIT THE BEACH With The Kids In St. Tropez Posted: 27 Jun 2013 05:14 PM PDT Comedian Steve Harvey was spotted on the beach with his wife Marjorie and their kids Lori and Wynton.  Check out their fab family pics inside...  Bestselling author Steve Harvey whisked his wife Marjorie off for a vacation to St. Tropez, France recently. And they brought son Wynton and fab daughter Lori along too.  Steve recently wrapped up his annual Father's Day Weekend, welcoming 120 boys without fathers into his Steve Harvey Mentoring Program. He spoke about the program to The Dallas Weekly saying, "I have taken the fame he bestowed upon me and I use it in a way that would be beneficial to some young men who otherwise may not get opportunities to sit with some positive men who can show them what manhood is really about."   And in addition to the good news that Steve's talk show was renewed through 2016, TLAM Too (based on his hit book) will be hitting theaters this  fall.   This guy deserves a vacay...     Photos via INF

NO NO NO...I DIDN'T SAY THAT! Mathew Knowles FILES DEFAMATION Lawsuit OVER DISPARAGING Remarks About Beyonce + Lauryn Hill RANTS About RACISM Posted: 27 Jun 2013 03:33 PM PDT Mathew Knowles plans to take a British tabloid to court after it printed what he called a mispresentation of his relationship with Beyonce and Blue Ivy. Read his statement inside....   Music World owner Mathew Knowles is suiting up for a fight now that he's dropped a bombshell lawsuit on THE SUN, a UK tabloid for "knowingly and maliciously misrepresented [his] relationship with his daughter, Beyoncé, and with his granddaughter."   You'll recall that we told you about a salacious interview printed in The Sun that painted the relationship between Beyonce and Mathew as "tense" and even insinuated that he had not met his granddaughter Blue Ivy.  Of course, we found out that Mathew had indeed met Blue Ivy once Bey's HBO documentary, Life Is But A Dream aired.  And now, Mathew is suing for unspecified damages, defamation and breach of contract. In a statement to E! News he said, "My daughters and my family mean the world to me," he said. "The barrage of repeated falsehoods spawned by the British Sun's defamatory article has been exhausting and personally damaging to me. No matter how many papers it sells or web hits it generates, The Sun, like any newspaper, needs to maintain a basic level of journalistic integrity. The Sun crossed the line when it went after my family. The Sun needs to be held responsible for its lies in a court of law. This happens too often to too many people, and it is simply unfair." News Corp., the owner of The Sun, has not responded to the lawsuit.  No surprise there...   And in strong political statements.....   Ms. Lauryn Hill has posted a long blog about reverse racism.  And it's all stemming from her big IRS case she's been going through.  Here's a portion of the essay.... MLH On Racism The concept of reverse racism is flawed, if not absolutely ridiculous. Most, if not all of the negative responses from people of color toward white people, are reactions to the hatred, violence, cruelty and brutality that they were shown by white people for centuries. Much of the foundation of the modern world was built on the forced free labor of black peoples. The African Slave Trade, the institution of slavery, colonialism, its derivative systems, and the multiple holocausts throughout history, where whites used race as the defining reason to justify their oppression, conquest, and brutal treatment of non-white peoples, are how race became such a factor to begin with. The initial claim by the oppressors, followed a moral imperative (so they said) that people outside of Occidental and European birth were in savage and cursed conditions, and that God justified the captivity of these people, and the rape and pillage of their lands. Ironically, these oppressors would try to discard this same God, who supposedly justified this brutality, in the name of Darwin, whose famous line ‘survival of the fittest’ was used to justify criminal behavior once the Bible could no longer be used as a hiding place for economic domination and evil intention. Spirituality and morality were replaced by capitalism, and with it a conscious shift of focus toward the exploitation of the vulnerable. In order to justify reverse racism one would have to first create an even playing field, undo the generations of torture, terror, and brutality, and then judge whether or not a non-white person is in fact a racist. This approach would require people to examine the need/addiction to feel superior to someone else for no justifiable reason, and the myriad policies: Spiritual, political and social, that it bore. True dominion is self evident and not the result of sabotaging another in order to achieve it. That would be an illegitimate as well as a fleeting position. CUTENESS: Mel B & The Kids Rock Their Mouse Ears At Disneyland Posted: 27 Jun 2013 02:16 PM PDT Mel B. took some time away from judging "America's Got Talent" to whisk her super cute kiddies away to Disneyland.  Check out the gals rocking their mouse ears and having some fun inside.... How precious!  Melanie Brown took her youngest baby girl Madison Brown Belafonte and her second youngest Angel Iris to Anaheim, CA for a day trip to Disneyland. The ladies and a family friend were spotted trekking it around the park in their mouse ears.  How adorable is that little Madison?! ON THE SET: Tamar Braxton SHOWS Her Post-Baby Bod While REHEARSING For "The Real" + Tamera Mowry-Housley POST NEW PICS With Adam And SON Aden Posted: 27 Jun 2013 12:10 PM PDT New mommy Tamar Braxton was spotted on the set of "The Real" with her fabulous co-hosts as they rehearsed for their upcoming national debut.  See the ladies bonding inside and see new pics of Tamera Mowry-Housley with her husband and son....   Although it's only been a few weeks since Tamar Braxton gave birth to son Logan Vincent Herbert, the new mommy is already back to work.  She showed off her post-baby body while on the set with her co-hosts Tamera Mowry-Housley, Loni Love, Adrienne Bailon, & Jeannie Mai. The ladies are in LA prepping for the national debut of the newest & most diverse daily panel talk "The Real" which starts its test run on July 15 in LA, NY, Washington DC, Philadelphia, Phoenix, Houston and Tampa. And the female bonding seems to be going very well as Jeannie Mai tweeted,   And in other "The Real" news... Tamar's fellow co-host Tamera Mowry Housley posted pics of her family on a getaway to Yountville last weekend....the same place she and Adam got married. "Last weekend, Adam and I took a weekend trip to Yountville. We love this place – it’s where we got married and there’s nowhere else where I feel more at peace. This trip though, we had a brand new addition to the family – Aden! I can’t believe how fast time has gone by. I can remember visualizing bringing my son or daughter to this very spot on the day Adam and I got married. And now taking Aden to his second home just takes it to a whole other level. When we visited the spot, I just had to take a picture!" During the trip, Aden top his first dip in the pool his dad.  "It was such a surreal feeling. All I can say is that every day I fall more and more in love with my baby boy. I love being a mommy!! And it doesn’t hurt that I’ve got an amazing hubby to help me along the way :)" And don't worry about Aden getting any sunburn. TV FAB: Eve Talks Hot Cars & Babies On "Chelsea" + Chris Bosh Makes The Rounds On "Piers Morgan" & "Conan" Posted: 27 Jun 2013 11:18 AM PDT Eve is still making a few promo rounds for her new album Lip Lock.  And last night, she stopped by "Chelsea Lately" to dish with Chelsea about babies and her boo.  Check out a few clips inside, plus Chris Bosh addressing all those viral photobomb pics of him with...."those" looks he gives folks.... After ten years, Eve finally released a new album, and she's still out promoting it.  She stopped by "Chelsea Lately" to dish on why it took her so long and she spoke about her UK boyfriend.  Oh yeah, and once again she's letting us know she's more than ready to have some babies.  "It's baby poppin' time." And Chris Bosh and Adrienne (y'all know she's front and center with her husband everywhere)... Gilbert Arenas OVER PREPARED For July 4th? Arrested For Having 100 Pounds Of Fireworks Posted: 27 Jun 2013 10:27 AM PDT Gilbert Arenas is up to his foolish activities again.  Check out his arrest inside thanks to way too many fireworks... The former Washington Wizard just copped a misdemeanor felony charge after getting caught with 100 pounds of fireworks.  While he was riding down the highway in Cali around 2:30AM this morning, cops pulled Gilbert and his Ford truck over for speeding.  And thanks to all the fireworks being uncovered in the bed and cab of the truck, cops saw it all in plain sight.  He was immediately booked for possession of illegal fireworks, speeding, and driving without a license. TMZ reports the cops even had to call the BOMB SQUAD because there were so many fireworks. He's since been released without having to pay bail, but he's got to return home to his fiancee Laura Govan and their kids with no fireworks for the 4th of July.  Womps.  But seeing that Gil was popped for gun possession when he foolishly whipped out a loaded gun in the locker room back in 2010, his fam may not even be surprised by this. REALITY TV: OXYGEN REVEALS The "Preachers Of L.A." SUPERTRAILER Posted: 27 Jun 2013 09:58 AM PDT OXYGEN has revealed the supertrailer for "Preachers of L.A." and you'll see why this is going to be one of the most-talked about reality shows to hit the small screen.  Watch the controversial promo inside.   There's a new reality show headed to the small screen and it stars a group of handsome men in LA who drive Bentleys, wear expensive clothes and jewelry, live in fancy homes, have tons of women (wives, girlfriends and baby mommas) AND some gang affiliation.  It could be the perfect brew for an urban reality show about athletes or rappers, but.....it's about men of the cloth.   Though previous reality tv series devoted to "the church" failed to connect with audiences (remember The Sisterhood?), the supertrailer for "Preachers of L.A." looks like it has the right amount of foolywangery  to connect with folks at the watercooler.   According to the press release,  "Preachers of L.A." will give viewers a candid and revealing look at six boldly different and world renowned mega-pastors in Southern California, who are willing to share diverse aspects of their lives, from their work in the community and with their parishioners to the very large and sometimes provocative lives they lead away from the pulpit." And from the looks of it...the lives they lead aren't too different from the ish we see on "Basketball Wives" and "Love & Hip Hop".    Here are the cast bios: Bishop Noel Jones (@BishopNoelJones) A Jamaican born into poverty, Bishop Noel Jones has made his way to the other extreme, now living on a hilltop with a view of the Pacific Ocean, Malibu at his feet, and across the street from the former home of the late L.A. TV FAB: Rihanna's NEW "Styled To Rock" PROMOS Posted: 27 Jun 2013 09:27 AM PDT   Pop star Rihanna has revealed new promo shots and a video for her upcoming STYLE Network show, "Styled To Rock".  Watch it all inside.... A while ago, we told you about pop star Rihanna bringing her UK-reality show, "Styled To Rock" to the US on the STYLE Network, and now she's released a promo for the upcoming series. Riri's already nailed down hip hop producer and Billionaire Boys club founder Pharrell as one of her judges for the show which is expected to hit the airwaves this fall.  In the meantime, "Navy" fans can wear River Island fashions and rock makeup from Riri's MAC collection until the show gets an airdate.
