FAMILY FACTOR: Kanye West & Kim Kardashian ROLL To "X-Factor" To Support Khloe Posted: 22 Nov 2012 09:04 AM PST It was a family affair as sisters Kim Kardashian, Kendal Jenner and Kylie Jenner arrived at an 'X-Factor' taping with Kim's boo Kanye West. See their pre-Thanksgiving fun inside.....     Kanye West was spotted heading into an "X-Factor" taping yesterday with his girlfriend Kim K. in Los Angeles.  The leather-riden couple was spending time with the K's before the Thanksgiving fstivities we're sure Kanye will be spending with that fam too.    Kim's younger sisters Kendal and Kylie also attended the taping and they looked like one big happy family....dressed in black. Though Kanye seemed comfortable on camera when he filmed with family for their "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" show this season,  Life and Style Weekly reports that he wants Kim to leave reality tv.  With Kim's contract with E! ending next year, insiders say Kanye is really pushing Kim to focus on acting and ditch reality tv.  Dudes always want you to leave the game that you were in when they met you don't they? Hmmm....we don't see that happening though.  Kim loves the constant attention being followed around gives her.  And frankly, her job is to live out her life on camera.  What ever would she do with her time if she didn't?   Also..... VIDEO FAB: Trey Songz's "Never Again" + Lil' Wayne's "No Worries" + Future's "Neva End" (Remix) Ft. Kelly Rowland Posted: 22 Nov 2012 08:02 AM PST   R&B singer Trey Songz has dropped a video for his latest single "Never Again."  Watch it inside and see new videos from Lil' Wayne and Future.... Trey Songz has released a video for "Never Again" from his Chapter V  disc.  The video uses the city of Philadelphia as a backdrop while Trey reflects on a past relationship.   Watch Mr. Steal Your Girl's "Never Again" vid here:     And in Lil' Wayne news.....   Weezy teamed up with Detail for his "No Worries" vid.  The video, which was inspired by the film Fear & Loathing in Las Vegas,  was directed by Colin Tilley and shows the rappers kicking it at a casino and spending stacks at the strip club. You know, the usual rapper happenings.  He told MTV's Sway Calloway: "I told all my friends, I told everybody 'We don't have no script, this video [we] don't have a time to be there, we're just going to shoot and have fun,' and that's what we did." That's exactly what it looks like.  Watch it above.    Also in new videos.....   We told you previously that Kelly Rowland (the new "go to " girl for singing hooks) had linked with Future for the remix to his "Neva End" single and now the video has dropped.  The Erik White-directed clip was shot at the former Hollywood Hills home of Madonna and stars Evelyn Lozada’s daughter Shaniece Hairston as Future’s love interest. When asked about working with Future, Kelly said “He’s such a pleasure to work with you.  I love his style. I love the fact that he’s so refreshing, bringing something so cool and extraordinary to music.” Watch it above......

Posted: 22 Nov 2012 07:02 AM PST Alicia Keys stopped by "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon" last night where she discussed her Girl On Fire disc and performed a stirring rendition of the theme song from “Adventures of the Gummi Bears.” Watch the clips inside and find out what Mashonda had to say about Alicia denying that she and Swizz Beatz carried on an extramarital affair.....     Last night, Alicia Keys chatted with Jimmy Fallon about her latest cd, Girl On Fire and revealed that she took the song's title from a news article she had read.  She said the phrase inspired her because at this point in her life, she really feels like she is on fire (in the creative sense).   Earlier, Jimmy asked her to perform the theme song to the "“Adventures of the Gummi Bears” cartoon and it led to a spirited discussion about their favorite childhood cartoons including "He-Man," "She-Ra," and "Thundercats." Alicia went for a sexy look last night showing off her--cleavage--and wearing a body hugging red pencil skirt.  She looked great! I see that Alicia-was-on-the-Cosby-show bit will never get old. Swizz Beatz's ex-wife Mashonda has responded to Alicia's recent cover story in JET where Mrs. Beatz says that she and Swizz didn't get together until AFTER he and Mashonda had split up. Well...we all know that Mashonda has always mantained that the two carried on an extramaritial affair (we've also provided proof he and mashonda were at least somewhat together) and she spoke to Global Grind to address the comments Alicia made in the interview.  Here are the highlights: What was your initial reaction when you caught wind of Alicia's JET Magazine interview? Not much surprises me anymore when it comes to this situation. I truly thought that everyone’s priority was the well being of the children involved. I don’t see the sense in throwing oil on a fire, it just takes us back to point A. The Jet interview just added insult to injury. I can’t figure out how this makes us better. How is it a positive, humanitarian gesture? But artists must protect their reputation and I get that. In the interview Alicia Keys says "…[They] were apart for some time before we ever got together…that doesn't matter to those who take pleasure in trying to knock others down…there's no need to fight what's not true…" Did you feel like this was a indirect stab at your open letter? There have been many stabs and shots taken, thankfully they don’t bother me the way they used to. I’ve never lied about one thing involving the demise of my marriage. No, we were not “apart” or separated, and that’s just a fact that can be proven in many ways. Blessings have a way of disguising themselves. This situation has helped me to understand life and what really matters. Most people have to deal with their divorces and infidelities in private, but your situation unfolded in front of the public. How has this taken a toll on you? There is a level of humiliation and criticism that the average person wouldn’t be able to conceive, it really altered my life, but gave me a super thick skin. It’s been a rollercoaster ride. I’ve lost weight, gained weight, lost some hair and almost lost hope and mental focus. For months I saw a therapist because I needed someone to assist me in putting the pieces back together. There was a lot of stress and pain, it’s been challenging. I’ve found ways to cope and not get consumed in a dark space. You have to take care of yourself and move forward. In my case, I have a child and live for him. I have a purpose and I won’t give up on it. It's clear now that Alicia, Swizz, their marriage and their child have to be a part of your life, being that you two share a son. Do you think the public/media will ever get over the "triangle" and allow you all to be adults without pointing fingers? The public/media enjoys sensationalism, they take pleasure in seeing celebrities make dysfunctional choices. People have unrealistic expectations for celebrities and they don’t realize that they are only human. They have unresolved pain, scars and they make mistakes. What happened in my “triangle” is an old chapter. I forgave everyone involved and I’ve been in a great space. It took five years to get here but I made it, I feel like a victor. At the end of the day, no one can tell me about the life I’ve lived and what I’ve endured as a wife, mother or human. My divorce was just one lesson of many to come, I’ve moved on and I’ve done so in a great way. Alicia and Swizz are two people in the spotlight, when, if ever, will you be comfortable to sit down with the pair to clear the air? They are normal people who have been blessed with talents and great opportunities. Being a star in my eyes isn’t solely about your success in the business, it's about your success in your personal life, the success of your soul. I’m always ready and willing to sit with the co-parents of my son, that’s not even a question. There isn’t one doubt in my mind that one day it will all come together the way it’s supposed to. We are all a work in progress.   It's great to see that Mashonda hasn't let the situation make her bitter or jaded....at least not anymore.  Hard to move on but it's what a chick's gotta do.

Kelly Rowland Posted: 21 Nov 2012 06:54 PM PST Solange Knowles has released another song off her upcoming EP.  Have some Holiday vibe out sessions to her new "Lovers In The Parking Lot" track inside, plus her girl Kelly Rowland is featured on Big Boi's new video for "Mama Told Me".... NEW GIG: Nia Long Nabs STARRING ROLE In Tyler Perry's "Single Mom's Club" Posted: 21 Nov 2012 03:34 PM PST Nia's got a job!  Actress Nia Long has been added to the cast of Tyler Perry's upcoming flick Single Mom's Club. Get deets about the casting and the movie inside.... The hot 42-year-old signed on to star in Tyler Perry's Single Mom's Club.  Nia joins Colombian-American actress Zulay Henao and Bridesmaids and "Reno: 911" star Wendi McLendon-Covey to complete the trifecta of moms.  The ladies will play mothers from different walks of life who are brought together by a crisis and their kids' school.  Actors William Levy and Tyler Perry will play the male leads with Tyler also writing, directing, and producing.  You know, the usual.  Not mad at that though. With a multi-racial cast, Tyler really seems to be reaching for a broad demographic with this project and expanding his base.  Lionsgate says the film will open on May 9, 2014.

Kimora Lee Simmons CONFIRMS Split From Djimon Hounsou, Says They Were "Never Married" Posted: 21 Nov 2012 02:55 PM PST So...Kimora & Djimon Housou have admitted to calling it quits after a second round of split rumors hit the net this week.  And not only that, they've finally answered the age old question if they actually got married legally.  Check out what Kimora had to say about it inside... Back in June, when rumors started that Kimora & actor Djimon Hounsou were divorcing (assuming they even have a valid marriage license here in the US after their ceremony abroad), both Kimora & Djimon shot the rumors down. Today, they admit they've indeed been split for months.  AND that they were never "married" in the first place.  Kimora tweeted this evening: There have been quite a few hurtful rumors circulating. The truth is Djimon+I have been separated for some time. We have remained happy, loving, co-parenting friends+family. We all have much to be thankful for. #HappyThanksgiving Djimon's rep told People that the couple of 5 and a half years were never legally married: "Djimon Hounsou and Kimora Lee Simmons have officially separated after 5½ years.  Though never married, they have one child together, Kenzo Lee Hounsou, who is 3½ years old." Not quite a Brandy fake marriage situation...but a bit misleading nonetheless. Especially given that Kimora kinda takes his last name on her official Twitter account as well. Oh wells.  We wish each of them the best....and we know they'll continue to be a big happy family despite the breakup.

REALITY BEEF: "Love & Hip Hop" Newbie Tahiry BLASTS Ex Joe Budden, Says SHE Makes Him Relevant Posted: 21 Nov 2012 01:49 PM PST Tahiry Jose, the ex-chick of Joe Budden and possible star of the new season of "LAHH NY" took to Twitter to blast Joe for rapping about her on his latest mixtape.  Find out what she said inside..... Though an official cast list for the upcoming season of "LAHH" has yet to be revealed, we told you earlier that Tahiry Jose would likely be one of the newest cast members.  And during a recent Twitter rant, where she blasted Joe for talking about her on his recently released A Loose Quarter mixtape, she all but confirms that she has been filiming scenes for the show in NYC and that VH1 is hard pressed to have her tape scenes with Joe.   Tahiry feels like she is the one who makes Joe relevant since VH1 is only interested in him because of her.   So it seems like Joe hasn't filmed any scenes with Tahiry....yet.  And the fact his new girlfriend is supposedly on the show too makes things extra interesting.  But once Mona Scott Young gets a whiff of all this, there's no way she'll let this pass her by.

Posted: 21 Nov 2012 01:27 PM PST 'Tis the season to be giving back and many celebs have the holiday spirit. Ne-Yo, RL, Jazze Pha and Russell Westbrook were among the celebs out giving back yesterday. See the pics inside.... Last night, former reality star Chanita Foster's Beyond The Game Foundation hosted a fundraiser for the school she founded in Swaziland, Africa. Chanita is graduating her first class this year and she celebrated with her friends like Monyetta and Sabrina Rowe (Q Parker's sister-in-law). She posed with RL from Next at the event. The fundraiser was held at Nancy's Pizza in the Buckhead area of Atlanta where the celebs did karaoke.  Monyetta sang TLC's "Baby Baby Baby" to Ne-Yo.  His face says it all... Next's RL dedicated Joe's "All The Things" to his fiancee Lena.   Jazze Pha posed with RL and his new girl group Arin & Alex.   Fun times were had for a good cause.       And in Oklahoma City.... NBA baller Russell Westbrook, who is recently engaged and plays for the Oklahoma City Thunder, spent yesterday feeding underprivileged families in Oklahoma on behalf of his newly formed Russell Westbrook Why Not? Foundation.  Who says ballers only spend money on strippers?  They indeed do some good too. The foundation hosted the Thanksgiving Dinner along with the United Way of Central Oklahoma’s Emerging Leaders at the Boys & Girls Club of Oklahoma County. The two groups fed over 400 people. Meanwhile, Russell’s parents and brother hosted the Russell Westbrook Why Not? Foundation First Annual Thanksgiving Dinner at Jesse Owens Park in South Central Los Angeles (where Russell grew up). Nicki Minaj Pops Off On The Breakfast Club For Not Playing Her Music...And Having The Wrong Turkey Bacon Posted: 21 Nov 2012 11:44 AM PST As she makes her rounds to promote Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded-The ReUp and her Pink Friday perfume, Nicki Minaj stopped by The Breakfast Club to shoot the ish with the crew. And brought her attitude with her. Check out what she had to say about why she still couldn't get her way as Exec. Producer for her E! show, why she's mad at NYC radio and more... Interesting parts of Nicki's interview you may (or may not) care about: Nicki revealed this ReUp album is hard to get because many retailers--like Target & Walmart--aren't carrying it All because her previous re-release(s) didn't sell well so they didn't want to take the risk. Damn. While she is Executive Producer of her 3-part E! reality series, she didn't have full control over which scenes were in there since "they" had their own agenda on how they wanted to make her look. She was pissed Charlamagne didn't have the correct extra crispy turkey bacon she loves. She called her own team wack for not giving her necessary info like "The View" was taping live the day she was 15 minutes late for the taping. She's signed two artists to her own label already. Nicki says she's not a violent person and she doesn't promote violence (oh?) so no, she didn't want to smack the ish out of Mariah Carey on "Idol" nor did she ever threaten her with a gun. She also said she was "joking" about wanting to do a duet with MiMi. Oh. Nicki popped off on the Club for not playing her lesser known music and accused them of not supporting her. Sigh. She spent some of the interview multi-tasking and checking her phone while chatting. She gave out Turkeys back in Queens at her elementary school. Nicki popped off a few times on the co-hosts for being unprepared and not watching her new videos, so she got a little pissy.  And got mad they don't know anything about the "Freedom" video.  "I'm going to start holding you all to a certain standard...I'm not here for your entertainment, I'm here to talk about what you know I'm here to talk about.  you all on here on the radio in my hometown."  And yeah, she did threaten to walk out.  It was slightly just jokes--but she def was a little pissy. SMH. Her fave sex position is being on top.  Obvi. I guess anyone who just doesn't like her non-radio singles is a hater--as Nicki said.  It can't be the fact they're just not feeling her music.  Chick's different personalities were on full display today.  Check it below:

Blige, Amber Rose and the Smith family were spotted out and about by the paparazzi yesterday.  Find out what they were up to inside..... Hard working R&B diva Mary J. Blige was spotted at the LA Lakers v Brooklyn Nets game at the Staples Center in LA yesterday.  Though the Lakers went on to beat the Nets (95-90), we're not so sure Mary was awake to see it.   The Queen of Hip Hop Soul has been working on multiple projects including "Betty and Coretta" which she stars in with Angela Bassett.  The Lifetime film focuses on the lives of Coretta Scott King and Dr. Betty Shabazz after the deaths of their husbands. Mary plays the role of Betty while Angela stars as Coretta. It must be nice to be able to sleep through a game....while sitting courtside!  But the tickets didn't go to waste as Kendu seemed a bit more interested in the game.   Elsewhere in the LA area...... Amber Rose is STILL pregnant...and she's actually still got a few months to go.   The fiancee of Wiz Khalifa was spotted leaving the Cheesecake Factory (obviously her fave spot during this pregnancy as she's been spotted there several times) in Sherman Oaks with her mother.   She tweeted about pending motherhood saying, "Got our 3D ultrasound 2day! Our Baby smiled the whole time! I couldn't believe it! He looks like me & Wiz but def has his Daddy's smile :-)"  Sweet! And in Hawaii........ Jada Pinkett Smith was spotted out on the beach with her kids Jaden and Willow.   Jaden was seen hanging ten on his surf board and going for a run on the beach.
