MODEL FAB: Karrueche Tran Shoots Her First COVER + Jessica White Gets "WHITE HOT" For "Page Six" Magazine Posted: 18 Dec 2012 08:16 AM PST Karrueche Tran shot her first magazine cover recently and we've got a photo she shared inside. See the pic, as well as Jessica White's photoshoot from Page Six magazine inside..... Now that Chris Brown is spending his spare time rekindling his friendship with Rihanna, Karrueche Tran seems to be putting her modeling career first (yeah, she  and recently posted a pic to Instagram (above) saying she shot her first magazine cover.  She said, "Today I shot my first cover.. Pretty cool!"  No word yet on where her photoshoot will appear, but it seems like she's going to use 2013 to make a name for herself outside of her famous semi-boyfriend.   And in other modeling news.... One Model Management's Jessica White was spotted out last night at the Charity Meets Fashion Holiday Celebration Honoring The World's Children at Affirmation Arts in New York City. She pulled and Angelina Jolie and put her best leg forward. And in Page Six Magazine.....   Jessica White teamed up with photographer Kareem Black for a hot spread featured in the latest issue of Page Six magazine.  And we're loving it. Jessica, who's had her own Naomi Campbell-styled diva fits in public, spoke about maturing in the magazine, "In my youth, I had all these questions, and no answers. And now I'm finding out the answers. I've made a lot of bad decisions, but God led me to such a beautiful place when I turned 27 [in June 2011]-it was a pivotal moment. I started feeling more beautiful. I felt like I'd never been so happy. The light bulb turned on for me. This is the new journey. I feel like I'm starting over." Also, she revealed her celebrity crush on Rihanna saying,  “She [Rihanna] knew my name, and I freaked out. That was my celebrity groupie moment. I really admire that girl and what she does. She told me, ‘You have to continue being yourself. You’re a rock star, and don’t let anybody change you.’ It was powerful that somebody I’m such a huge fan of said she was a fan of me. I thought that was dope.” Looking fab Jess. EXTRAS: 1.  In an apparent murder/suicide, a man in Colorado shot and killed a woman as she called 911 for help.  When cops arrived the shooter was found dead along with three other bodies.  Story.    2.  Earl Shuman, who wrote the 1970s "Lonely Boy," is suing Alicia Keys for allegedly sampling his hit for her "Girl On Fire" track.  Story. 3.  The Hollywood premiere of the Jamie Foxx/Kerry Washington flim Django Unchained has been canceled in the wake of the Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Conn. TV FAB: VH1 RELEASES "LAHH 3" Trailer + "Tiny Tonight" DEBUTS Posted: 18 Dec 2012 06:53 AM PST The season 3 trailer of "Love & Hip Hop" has been released and promises an exciting season set in the Big Apple. Watch the trailer inside and see highlights from the debut of "Tiny Tonight"....   VH1's hit reality show "Love & Hip Hop" returns for season three with veteran castmates Yandy Smith, Rich Dollaz, Erica Mena and Olivia Longott facing new challenges ranging from childbirth to making hit music.  This season, they will be joined by a new cast of characters who are surely set to bring a ton of drama and keep things interesting.  The new cast includes: • Joe Budden- Fierce free-styling artist Joe Budden is widely considered one of hip hop’s most gifted lyricists. His Grammy award-winning song “Pump It Up” was featured in the hit movie 2 Fast 2 Furious. This ladies’ man is also known for posting about his very public relationships and break-ups online. • Tahiry Jose – Tahiry is a charismatic urban model who is best known for her rapid-fire sarcasm as well as her painful and very public break-up with Joe Budden. • Raqi Thunda- Radio personality and DJ Raqi Thunda has no problem keeping it real. Raqi and Joe Budden insist they are just long-time friends. His five year relationship with fellow cast member Jen Bayer and their 1-year old son Caiden has left the couple bickering about how to raise the child based on differing cultural and religious beliefs. • Jen “The Pen” Bayer- Known for dishing up gossip with DJ Whoo Kid and The Hot Boyz of Chicago, Jen has spent the past year raising Caiden, her son with cast member Consequence. • Winter Ramos- With a brief appearance in the second season of “Love And Hip Hop,” Winter Ramos, former assistant to rapper Fabolous, is making her name in hip hop history as she writes a tell-all book on her roster of famous ex-boyfriends and her life in the music industry. She is currently the Creative Costume Designer for Flavor Unit Films. • Rashidah Ali- Known as the “Blinged Out Bombshell,” Rashidah is most known for being a shoe consultant to the stars and is currently working on launching her own shoe line, Encore. Earlier this evening, Alicia Keys debuted her new video "Brand New Me" on BET's "106 &  Park."  She tweeted the theme behind the song saying, "#BrandNewMe is about finding bravery, LETTING GO & being myself."  The Diane Martel-directed clip shows Alicia backstage singing the inspirational track to herself while staring in the mirror and then transforming into a new woman.  And hottie Kamar de los Reyes, formerly of "One Life To Live," also stars in the vid. Esther Baxter DENIES Smashing Bow Wow When He Was 16! Posted: 17 Dec 2012 02:54 PM PST Esther Baxter took to Twitter recently to deny allegations that she seduced Bow Wow when he was 16 and took his virginity.  Get the deets inside....     While popping off about his sex life on "Sway In The Morning" last week, rapper Bow Wow revealed to listeners that he lost his virginity to popular video vixen Esther Baxter.  The issue of who did what has now become an issue of he said/she said as Esther took to Twitter to deny taking his virginity at 16.   She said... Then...   We're not sure this clears anything up since Esther is basically denying sleeping with Bow Wow when he was 16...but she doesn't say they've never smashed.

Porsha Stewart DISHES On DRAMA With Kenya Moore And GAY RUMORS About Kordell ON "The Breakfast Club" Posted: 17 Dec 2012 02:09 PM PST "RHOA" starlet Porsha Stewart is making the rounds in NYC to promote the show's fifth season and to dish on the drama she's stirred up with Kenya Moore and rumors about her husband.  Get the deets inside... Atlanta native Porsha Stewart dropped in on Power 105.1 this morning to discuss this season of "RHOA" and her fights with Kenya Moore.  She explained that she and Kenya bumped heads from their first meeting when Kenya seemed to be annoyed at her talking about plans to have a baby and how happily married she was.  And things reached a boiling point when Porsha mistakenly called her "Miss America" instead of "Miss USA" during a charity fundrasier.   While discussing their fight in Auguilla, which nearly came to blows, Porsha said she thinks Kenya is envious of her life and longs to have a husband of her own.  And while Kenya had to be restrained by Nene, Porsha added that she would never get into a physical fight with another woman...but would sue her if she was attacked. The host then asked Porsha about internet rumors about her husband Kordell and his sexuality.  Porsha said that she does not believe the rumors and she knows that he husband loves her.   She also owned up to her "video vixen" days and said she made some choices when she was younger that she wouldn't make today, but she isn't ashamed of anything she's done. And when it came to Kenya and her relationship with Walter, she wouldn't say she thought the couple was "acting" but she did say it didn't feel right and that Kenya and Walter didn't have chemistry.   Watch the interview:      In case you missed it last night, Kenya Moore spewed this season's most memorable line when she let the ladies know that she's "Gone With The Wind fabulous!"  Watch clips of she and Porsha's discussion about their two previous encounters that eventually erupts into a war of words.

Joseline Hernandez CELEBRATES Her 26th Birthday With Stevie J, Deelishis And Dondria Posted: 17 Dec 2012 11:06 AM PST   Reality tv starlet Joseline Hernandez celebrated with her birthday on Friday night with Stevie J, Deelishis and tons of fans.  See their outrageous pics inside...   Joseline Hernandez celebrated her 26th birthday with a huge bash at "The Jungle" in the ATL on Friday.  Because Joseline's birthday was actually November 3rd, we suspect this party was thrown for "LAHH ATL" cameras.   Joseline, who was once accused of being transgendered while on "LAHH ATL," chose "The Jungle" (a local club that features men in drag) as a venue,  showing that she is welcoming to fans of all backgrounds. She was escorted into the venue by Stevie J, who smoked a cigarette, and wore a dapper suit. And former reality tv star Deelishis was the official hostess for the event where she greeted the arriving guests, including model Sheneka Adams. R&B singer Dondria also came out to celebrate with Joseline. Evelyn Lozada & Chad Johnson In Court...TOGETHER...To Drop Restraining Order Posted: 17 Dec 2012 10:41 AM PST Chad Johnson and Evelyn Lozada were together again for the first time publicly since they're divorce...in court today.  The two--who have been exchanging romantic words via Twitter--made for a united front as they moved to have the restraining order dropped.  Check it inside... For the first time since their August divorce, Chad & Evelyn were in the same room together (publicly) as they got the restraining order dropped after their domestic violence incident. The ex-couple made their way to a Florida courthouse to face a judge after Evelyn copped a restraining order following an alleged head-butting incident...over a receipt for condoms.   In the video above, taken by TMZ, Ev answered "No" to the judge when asked if she felt like her life or safety was still being threatened by Chad.  And if she felt unsafe. The judge granted her wish and dropped the restraining order at Evelyn's request.  And she reportedly has told friends she wants to start speaking to him again. Of course.

STILL AROUND: Marlo Hampton Flaunts Her Fashion In DENIM Magazine's Holiday Issue Posted: 17 Dec 2012 10:00 AM PST If you thought we saw the last of Marlo Hampton when she wasn't asked back for this new season of "Real Housewives of Atlanta," think again.  Chick is putting her flair for fashion on full display in the winter issue of DENIM magazine's Holiday issue.  And she's revealing her most expensive bags and where her love for fashion began.  But remains mum on how her obsession is funded... Covering the DENIM issue in thigh high Louboutin boots and a fur shawl and hair laid by Miss Lawrence, Marlo Hampton is giving you fashion heads some tea to sip on.  Nope, we still don't know how someone affords every single high fashion and couture item that hits the runway every season when she doesn't have a job (outside of being rumored to be sponsored by one or more old rich sugar daddies). But I guess we'll overlook just how someone--with a record of several arrests and writing bad checks--can afford a certain lfestyle and simply take in what they have to offer.  And we must say, chick should consider creating a line or styling her fave ATL friends. Many of them could use her touch. Inside the issue, Marlo rocked the black version of the Tom Ford zipped back dress with sexy Giuseppe Zanotti glod and black sandals. And our fave look, this two-piece Versace beach-inspired citron & cream crop top and pencil skirt.  And she paired the look with red Pigalle Plato Spiked Patent Leather Pumps.  And Versace & Chanel gold accessories.  Gorgeous look    We love her style.  The Chanel and Givenchy loving socialite did a Q&A with the mag about her fashion loves, her fashion bible, and whether she would gift her future daughter with a Birkin: So what or who made you love fashion as a teen? "As a teen I was in and out of foster care; so having the best fashion was something that seemed unattainable. I didn't win Best Dressed, but I understood at an early age I couldn't afford certain kinds of clothing when I was growing up. But, what I do remember about my mother was that she loved nice things. At times, when we did get clothes; we would get them from a second hand store. And she always kept us clean and extremely polished. What designers can you not live without? "I think this may be sort of obvious, and a little birdie might have let you know... all things CHANEL. I am very partial to their clothes because CoCo Chanel was an Orphan. I can relate to that. She didn't have parents to raise her, but look at what she's overcome. Her story reminds me of mine. She had humble beginnings but Chanel is the Queen of Fashion, all of their pieces are classy and timeless! What designer would you want to collaborate with on a collection? Would it be high end or price friendly? "I would love to work with the designers of J. Crew. Their pieces are simply stunning and they have a good mix of everything. Our collection would be what I call "Fashion Affordable.” Nice pieces, for an affordable price, with great style, trend but quality material. There would be something for everyone. We all deserve a piece of Marlo." How many handbags do you have? "Now that is a tough question. I haven't counted, but I do know too many for sure ... actually, I take that back; a girl can never have too many bags"! What is the most you have ever spent on a bag or was gifted? "I am always working on my etiquette, lol and a lady never tells prices unless you want to buy one yourself. However, my crocodile Hermes Birkin is my most expensive handbag"! What fashion accessories does a women need to be fabulous? "The one accessory that EVERY women needs to be Fabulous is CONFIDENCE. it's the one accessory that's Priceless. Money can't buy it and as long as you wear that; nothing else matters"! Would you ever give your daughter or son a Birkin bag? "I would absolutely gift my daughter one under one condition, that it was EARNED! A Birkin is way too expensive just to "give" so if she earned a college degree, was getting married, or achieved a milestone in her life worthy of such a nice bag" Every woman deserves at least one nice bag whether it's a Birkin or another bag of their choice. Have you ever seen other girlfriends' collections of shoes or bags and felt I have nothing on theirs "I don't covet anyone's achievements or closets! Lol! I applaud all women who are enjoying their luxuries and if they have great taste, then we need to go in to their closet and play dress up with a glass of wine and have a good time"! Last year, you took one of your best friends Daniel/stylist/ assistant to Paris for Fashion-Week. Tell me how was it to do that for someone else who is as passionate as you are about fashion? "It was amazing and truly rewarding for both of us. Being a lover of fashion, Paris Fashion-Week is something that is a must. I spent a week in London and then Daniel came over to join me in Paris for an additional week. We shopped until we dropped (literally) or until my cards daily limit was reached. lol. His eye for fashion is amazing; not having him accompany me in the fashion capital of the world seems absurd. We were treated like royalty and I can't wait to do it all again soon"! I understand you gave 20 families turkeys along with meals through your Simply Giving campaign. What are you doing for Christmas? "It’s my way of “Simply Giving Back” to families during the holidays or a special time of the year. I was able to bless 20 needy families for Thanksgiving with a full meal and all the fixins. I will also be giving back during Christmas and recruiting my Glam It Up girls to show them what it means to give back and do good service at at a soup kitchen" Like most other women around the world is Vogue magazine your second bible? "Hmmm, while Vogue is an amazing magazine which I read monthly, I would have to say it’s a fair toss-up between Harper’s Bazaar and Elle. Let’s just consider each publication as a different book in the fashion bible." What was your first high-end buy? "My first high-end buy would probably have to be a Gucci bag in college. It was very special at the time because I worked for it, saved my money and bought it! Since we are in your closet right now give me one fashion secret that you can’t live without? "ELECTRICAL TAPE. It’s an instant breast lift without surgery. Makes your Breasts look real nice and perky"! Interesting answer about buying her daughter a Birkin if only she earned it.  How ironic. Vaughn and many others donned some of their most stylish gowns and suits for the UNCF’s 29th Annual Mayor’s Masked Ball in Atlanta. See pics of all the celebs who came out to support Mayor Kasim Reed inside...   On Saturday, the UNCF’s 29th Annual Mayor’s Masked Ball was held at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis.  The annual ball, which has raised almost $10 million for students attending Atlanta’s four UNCF member institutions, was hosted by Mayor Kasim Reed, who attended with girlfriend Sarah Langford. Actress Dawnn Lewis, who looked hot in a cleavage revealing gown, arrived with former NBA Dikembe Mutombo on her arm.  Still looking good Dawnn! Terri J. Vaughn, who founded the Take Wings Foundation, supported the cause.   Radio personality Egypt Sherrod came with her husband Mike Jackson. Actor Romany Malco flashed his pearly whites while posing with tv journalist JaQuitta Williams. Trina Braxton wore a black and gold mask with her gown. And during the evening, the guests were treated to a special performance by Maze Featuring Frankie Beverly. Fun times.
