Some of rap's legendary femcees like Lady of Rage, MC Smooth and Monie Love joined MC Lyte in LA for a panel discussion on female rappers in the music industry. And even Lil Mama, who finally has a look we can get with, made her way on the panel. See pics inside....
Yesterday, rap icon MC Lyte hosted the Female Legends of Hip Hop Interactive Panel Discussion at The LA Film School in Hollywood, CA. The panel was a part of MC Lyte's "Hip Hop Sisters Legend Series: Who Are They, Where Are They, What Happened & Why?" taking place this weekend.
In addition to veterans MCs like MC Smooth, Lady of Rage and Monie Love, the "Paper Thin" rapper included newbie Lil' Mama in the event too. The weekend includes a series of events like the search for the "Next Top Female MC" and a "Legends" concert starring all of the ladies from the panel as well as Yo-Yo. And we must say, the ladies are still looking fabulous and cold rocking the mic. Love that these ladies are still keeping things on the up and up over a decade later.

Beyonce, Chris Rock, Jamie Foxx and other entertainment A-listers have recorded a public service announcement for Demand a Plan, in response to the Sandy Hook Elementary mass shooting. Watch the PSA inside and find out how you can help..... In the wake of the tragic mass shooting that took the lives of so many angels at Sandy Hook Elementary last week, some of Hollywood's brightest stars are shining a light on the need for revamped gun control. Teaming up with Demand A Plan, A-listers like Reese Witherspoon, Cameron Diaz and Ellen DeGeneres are asking fans to demand action from lawmakers, including better gun regulation, to prevent tragedies like the Newtown, Connecticut shooting from happening again. Also, the PSA stands in stark contrast to proposals from the NRA to send armed guards into schools and suggests that "More Guns" ARE NOT the answer.

The "Hollywood Exes" all donned lingerie and showed off their slamming bodies for the 'Sexy Girlz' Birthday Party in Beverly Hills last night. See the party pics inside.....
Jessica Canseco threw a lingerie party at a private mansion in Beverly Hills to celebrate her birthday on Wednesday. She was joined by her "Hollywood Exes" castmembers who also decided to show off their fabulous bodies. While many of the party guests wore daring and revealing outfits, Sheree Fletcher, who's married to a pastor, kept it sexy but classy. Y'all know how the First Ladies do..
Meanwhile, 44-year-old Nicole Murphy was a bit more daring with her pink and black fur lined ensemble. Not bad for a mother of five!
Dancer Mayte Garcia, the ex-wife of Prince who's a bit more reserved that her costars, wore a long sliky black gown while posing next to Nicole and Jessica's friends.
Jessica was also seen planting a friendly kiss on former NFL player Wille Gault during the festivities. Oh....

Olympic medalist Gabrielle Douglas is one of the YBF celebs featured in TIME Magazine's "Person of the Year" issue. See her photo inside along with Joan Smalls' "Vogue Brazil" cover and the trailer for Arsenio Hall's upcoming talk show. After a stellar performance at the 2012 Olympics in London, Gabrielle Douglas had a huge impact on the world of sports this year. In honor of her achievements, she was photographed for TIME magazines's "Person of the Year" issue with President Obama on the cover. Gabby, who hopes to compete again for Team USA in the 2016 Olympics, was also named the "Female Athlete of the Year" by the Associated Press recently. But the awards, accolades and endorsements deals have done very little to change who the young gymnast is at her core. Having written a best-selling autobiography called Grace, Gold, and Glory she spoke about her future saying: "I think there's even higher bars to set." She adds, "I may be meeting cool celebrities and I'm getting amazing opportunities...But I'm still the same Gabby." Congrats Gabby!

Pilar Sanders has lost custody of her two sons and had her child support payments slashed in half as she continues her divorce/custody battle with former NFL great Deion Sanders. Get the deets inside..... The end of the year hasn't been looking great for Pilar Sanders, the estranged wife of Deion Sanders. On Wednesday, she lost temporary custody of her two sons and had her child support slashed from $10,500 to $5,500 a month, according to Page Six. Though Pilar retains custody of the couple's daughter (Deion has visitation rights) it's another crushing blow to her. Devastated about the decision, Pilar said, “I am sad that Deion has been able to keep my boys away from me since Oct. 26 — no Halloween, no Thanksgiving — and now he is threatening to keep them away from me for Christmas. . . . He is using our innocent children as a pawn in this ugly, ugly divorce.” Her publicist, Kali Bowyer, said, “Pilar has become a victim of Deion’s celebrity status, which has swayed the courts and blinded justice . . . It has become evident at this point that there is an absolute prejudice against Pilar, and this has become a completely one-sided court circus.” The way the case is playing out seems pretty similar to that of Usher vs. Tameka Raymond and does make one question whether celebrity status plays a role in how cases are decided. We see this didn't end well for Tameka and Pilar may be walking the same plank. So what's her next move? Pilar's attorney is trying to have the couple's 13-year marriage annulled and have all their assets declared community property. They'll meet back in court to fight over custody on January 9, 2013. Good luck on that annulment. |

Rihanna and Chris Brown turned Throwback Thursday on Twitter/Instagram into their very own love session. Check out the romantic pics the twosome tweeted from their times together in the very recent past... Yesterday, Chris posted these cutesy photo (above) of him and Rihanna from a few weeks ago in Paris. The two were obviously hugged up and spending some time together while Rih gave him a fake kiss. And she's wearing the same red furry coat she was rocking before she left her hotel (that Chris was also spotted leaving) to tape a French tv show. Looks like those two did spend some time together while Karrueche was in town as well. Chris left the pic up for 15 minutes before he snatched it down...possiby realizing that reliving that old thing was getting him into some trouble with someone else.
This didn't stop Rihanna from posting a "Throwback Pic" of her own. It's a pic of she and Breezy holding hands...with their hands strategically placed on her thigh. How interesting. Seems like any hard feelings after that last Paris love triangle have been squashed. Meanwhile Rih is in Barbados chillin' back home for the Holidays at her private villa at Sandy Lane:

Supermodel Naomi Campbell didn't let a little ankle injury stop her from looking fabulous as she hobbled through NYC in a fur coat earlier in the week. Find out what she was up to inside.....
"Healing" never looked so good as supermodel Naomi Campbell, who was spotted on the streets of New York, was pushed around in a motorized wheelchair. With her shoulders covered in a brown fur, Na Na worked a leg brace while healing from a torn ligament in her ankle.
Later.....
The supermodel was spotted wearing a white fur coat while walking into the Beatrice Inn where she dined with Vogue editor Carlyne Cerf de Dudzeele and photographer Steven Meisel. Once inside, she was greeted by Donna Karen and Calvin Klein who all took the time to say hello to her. And the crutches didn't stop her fabulousness.
