Jessica Chastain has been offered a role in Marcus Sakey's novel Good People.

If that happened then the amazingly talented actress would join hottie James Franco in this interesting flick, which is about:

"A couple in debt from fertility treatments steals a stash of cash from their dead tenant's apartment, putting them in jeopardy from criminals and police in search of the money."

The two of these stars in that would be just purrfect.

Please say yes, Jessica, PLEASE!!!

Santa Claus Gets A Parking Ticket?!

Merry Christmas, Santa! It's a... parking ticket???

A man dressed as Santa Claus was given a parking ticket in El Lay on Thursday. It seems while he was inside spreading good cheer, his car was outside expiring a parking meter.

Santa tried to talk his way out of it with the parking enforcement officer but to no avail.

Oh come on officer! That's not the meter blinking red- it's Rudolph's nose!

Besides, the sleigh was only parked there for three nanoseconds before he had to rush to the next house!

He's just trying to get ho-ho-home to his elves!

Are you sure you checked your list twice?

Anne Hathaway Makes Anne Hathaway Cry At Les Miserables Premiere

It's her movie, and she'll cry if she wants to!

Anne Hathaway's performance in Les Miserables is moving a lot of filmgoers to tears- and Anne herself is one of them!

The Dark Knight Rises star cried when she saw herself as the famous ill-fated prostitute. She says:

"I cry, but I think it's because I'm still connected to the experience of making it, the process. For me, when I see it, I actually have to be aware when I'm doing press, because it brings me a lot closer to Fantine.

She's so broken that I actually have to protect myself a little bit. So when I saw it, I did cry, but not because of what I was doing [on screen]. It was because I was back in the process of making it."

So what was so bad about the process? Anne deprived herself of food for at least 13 days in order to lose a whopping 25 lbs for the film!

Eesh, we're getting a little teary just thinking about not eating for two weeks!

No wonder Anne is trying to get pregnant- she's planning on making up for lost time by eating for two! LOLz!

Don't worry!! You'll be able to sip on your milk and cookies in peace because we've got the scoop on Neil Patrick Harris, Reese Witherspoon, Hilary Duff, Emma Roberts, and more!!

Neil will be spending the holidays with his hubby and twins.

The father of two said:

"We'll be here in L.A. celebrating it with our kids and parents. We're getting them lots of presents, for sure."

Reese Witherspoon will be having a holiday of firsts! Not only will the Oscar winning actress be spending her first holiday with new hubby, Jim Toth, but this will also be baby Tennessee's first Christmas too!

Reese said:

"It's so fun. It's chaos with three kids, but it's so fun, you know? It's great to have all those experiences, to be able to share them with the baby. The kids are super excited."

Hilary Duff will similarly be spending her first holiday as a married woman with 9-month old baby Luca.

The Lizzie McGuire star explained:

"We're really worried that he's going to be very spoiled because so many people are buying presents. I'm sure he's going to be able to rip into a few presents. We don't really know what to expect but we're really excited. I told somebody earlier he's actually getting his two front teeth for Christmas."

George Clooney lady friend, Stacy Keibler, divulged more than we ever hoped for about the leading man.

The former female wrestler revealed:

"I'm just going to be in Mexico with my friends and family, just relaxing and enjoying each other. He's the hardest person in the world to get a gift for."

Emma Roberts will spend her day at the theater.

The big sis said:

"My sister's little, so we usually get up really early and open presents and have breakfast together. This year, my little sister really wants to go see Les Misérables. She's dying to see it. I'm like, 'What 11-year-old is dying to see Les Mis?'"

Who needs presents when you have baby on the way?! Jenna Dewan and sexXxy hubby Channing Tatum will be reenforcing family bonds while they wait for their first bundle of joy.

"This year we are not doing gifts and we are going on a really wonderful, lavish vacation," the pregnant starlet explained. "So that's our gifts to each other. Just time together. At this point, we don't really need anything else. We just want to spend some much needed time together"

Ahh so much Christmas cheer!!! Whether it's lavish vacations or a day at the movies, celebrities, just like the rest of us normal folk, will be celebrating with the ones they love most!! After all, isn't that what the holidays are about??!!
