We know she's tough and scrappy, but she's still quite tiny and she obviously was unable to defend herself against such inexcusable violence. A source has sent us this EXCLUSIVE PICTURE of Avril Lavigne, showcasing the damage done to her face from the bar brawl she was caught up in this weekend at the Roosevelt Hotel. As you can see, she suffered a really heavy blow to her eye, with a pretty deep gash just above the lid, as well as some nasty scratches on her cheek and face. Our source reports that Avril is hanging in there and that she is thankful for her fans for all their love and support. We're also told that Avril hopes that this horrible ordeal will send a message to others and encourage them never to resort to such violence themselves and respect others despite any circumstance. We've said it before and we'll never stop saying it: Violence is never the answer. |

Yet another former National Restaurant Association employee has come forward to claim that Republican presidential hopeful Herman Cain seduced and harrassed her after a dinner meeting in D.C. This woman, however, has gone so far as to say that Cain reached for her genitals as well as forced her head near his own crotch! This afternoon, Sharon Bialeck spoke with her lawyer Gloria Allred at a press conference to share her tale with the press, noting that her employment with the Education Foundation at the National Restaurant Association was terminated in July 1997 and that she went to Cain for help. What he offered was a chance to not only get her job back, but prosper beyond that. He invited her to Washington D.C., where he provided her with a huge hotel room, took her to dinner and then offered to show her around NRA headquaters. It was during this part of the evening where Cain allegedly crossed the line, as Sharon claims that he pulled the car over, and then:
When she asked him to stop, Cain allegedly replied: "You want a job, right?" When she asked him to stop again, he did. As to her creditability with this story, Gloria Allred pointed out that Sharon could have sold her story for some serious $$$, but that she wanted her words to be taken very seriously. | Conrad Murray Found Guilty In Michael Jackson Trial!!! Posted: 07 Nov 2011 01:17 PM PST To massive cheers outside the courtroom and gasps inside, a guilty verdict was reached on Monday! On June 25, 2009, Michael Jackson was pronounced dead of an overdose. Over two years later and after a grueling six-week trial, the involuntary manslaughter case against Michael Jackson's doctor, Conrad Murray, has finally reached an end. The jury turned over a GUILTY verdict in case, siding with the prosecutor, who argued Murray was a reckless physician, who put his own agenda before that of his patients. It took the jury only 16 hours to come to this conclusion. We hope this brings closure to MJ's family and fans. UPDATE: Murray will face sentencing on Tuesday November 29th, 2011. | Poor Avril! Pic Of The Punk Rock Princess Post-Fight! Posted: 07 Nov 2011 01:10 PM PST You can see, she's pretty worse for wear and really shaken up. OUCH! As we've reported, a brawl broke out at the Roosevelt Hotel this weekend involving some drunken patrons, Brody Jenner and his girlfriend, Avril Lavigne. Avril took to her Twitter to discuss the extent of the damage done to her, but now we can see some of that for ourselves from this paparazzi shot. If you look closely, you can see the bruising and the cut just above Avril's eye, along with the haggard look on her face from fighting. Earlier today, we learned that Kim Kardashian had fled to Minnesota late last night to see he ex-hubby Kris Humphries. We had heard that she wanted to see him face-to-face so they could "talk things out." Now, we're hearing more details about the ex-couple's visit, and a source is saying the visit was all about closure:

| A Verdict Has Been Reached In The Conrad Murray Trial! Posted: 07 Nov 2011 12:21 PM PST The jury in the Conrad Murray trial has finally reached a verdict. They went into deliberations last Thursday and reached a verdict this morning. In case you've been living in a cave or under a rock, Conrad Murray is accused of causing the death of Michael Jackson by giving him lethal amounts of propofol to treat his insomnia. If he is found guilty of involuntary manslaughter, Murray faces up to four years in prison and the loss of his medical license. Meanwhile, MJ's parents, along with his siblings La Toya, Jermaine, and Randy have been notified that a verdict has been reached and are en route to the courthouse from Calabasas to Los Angeles. They are said to be "anxious." We don't blame them. As for Michael's kids, they will be staying home and will NOT be watching the verdict live on television. As reported earlier, Chastain has been cast as Tom Cruise's main squeeze in his upcoming sci-fi flick. Now the actress will be protraying none other than Princess Diana in a dark thriller highlighting her steamy affair with Dr. Hansat Kahn. Juicy! Caught in Flight will show Princess Di in a darker light as she chases after Kahn in the aftermath of their affair broken off months before her death. The film is in competition with two other biopics on the former princess, with names like Charlize Theron, Ewan McGregor, Keira Knightley and Dame Helen Mirren attached to the other films. Chastain will be flaunting a British accent and cutting and dying her beautiful locks (boo!) to match Princess Di.
