| Christina Applegate Is Returning For Anchorman Sequel! Posted: 31 May 2012 01:10 PM PDT The cast of Anchorman: The Legend Continues is complete! Christina Applegate's presence was missing from the teaser trailer and writer/director Adam McKay had said her character was "expendable", but David Koechner (Champ Kind) has confirmed that the hot blonde is back! "Yes, yes," he answered when asked about Veronica Corningstone's return to the Channel 4 Evening News team. Even better, he revealed what major "change" the boys (and girl) will be facing in the sequel to the HIGHlarious 2004 comedy. Koechner told sources that the new film is "set around the advent of the 24-hour news channel." Sweet! It sounds like CNN, MSNBC, and Fox News are about to get roasted with some serious satire. The actor continued to explain, "They're writing a script right now, so no specific details." Those are all the details we need for right now anyway. | Sesame Street Tortures Prisoners At Guantanamo Bay Posted: 31 May 2012 12:50 PM PDT This is just unholy. We already knew Guantanamo Bay used loud and jarring pop music to keep prisoners on edge. You attack a country and then you're forced to listen to 12 straight hours of BritBrit. It's a peculiar brand of justice, but one we can wrap our heads around. But now they're torturing prisoners with the Sesame Street theme song! Whaaat?? We thought it was a cruel joke too but, according to the documentary Songs of War, this is ACTUALLY happening. Shiver-me-Timbers may be headed for matrimonial bliss with Jessica Beil, but we're sure he'll never forget his alleged first love, girl group singer Veronica Finn! Finn has recently revealed all the not-so-juicy details of her and JT's puppy love partnership, which began in 1997. The Innosense group member expressed:
Unfortunately for Finn - now 30 - the relationship ended in 1998 due to suspicion of JT's wandering penis while on the road. (Hey! He was in N*SYNC! N*SYNC!!! What did she expect?! LOL!) At least she has her giant box of JT mementos and love letters to keep her warm at night! |

While One Direction are off traveling all over the States, one animator had a little free time on his hands...and transformed the boys into cartoons! Though it's just one of those things you HAVE to see for yourself, basically, the boyband is turned into superheroes -- think the Power Rangers -- and are called on to save the world! Sir Paul McCartney and Simon Cowell also have cartoon-cameos, as well! Check out the HIGHlarious webisode of The Adventurous Adventures of One Direction (above)!!! We have no words. The accents...the pussy magnet...ha! The Recording Academy recently announced the 55th Annual Grammy Awards will air live Feb 10, 2013, from the Staples Center in El Lay on CBS. And if Adele were to release a record before September 30, 2012 - the date when considerations for the Grammys cease - we're sure she would dominate for the bagillionth time. | The Devil Wears Prada Gets A Sequel! Posted: 31 May 2012 11:20 AM PDT Glorious news!! That 2003 best-selling roman à clef The Devil Wears Prada is getting a sequel! Author Lauren Weisberger is back in Showing main character Andy as editor of The Plunge, a popular bridal magazine, Weisberger continues the story with our heroine somewhat traumatized and fearful of her former boss. But at least now Andy has her nemesis-turned-bestie Emily by her side as well as fiance Max (who also happens to be referred to as a media scion.) Simon & Schuster plans on publishing the novel April 2013. And you can bet we plan on buying a copy to add to our fabulous library!! Fingers crossed a film adaptation will follow shortly after! We'd LOVE it if Meryl Streep and Anne Hathaway hooked up again!! |

According to various reports circulating the web, The Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon actress was allegedly paid millions of dollars for an Indecent Proposal-type deal with Chinese politician Bo Xilai and others between 2004-2007! But now, she and her publicist are not only speaking out to deny it all, but they want an apology from the website on which the report originated! Her rep explains:
