| Madonna's Knife Stalker Headed Back To Court! Posted: 30 May 2012 12:40 PM PDT As we reported earlier this month, Madonna's stalker Robert Linhart's case had been dismissed after prosecutors failed to meet deadlines. Now, a judge has picked the case back up again! Too bad, so sad for Robert, though -- the judge decided to reinstate the charges from his arrest outside Her Madgesty's NY apartment in 2010! Linhart's charges include criminal mischief, graffiti AND possession of a weapon -- an ice pick! Robert was found by police with a sign that creepily read:
Now, it looks like the judge had originally "miscalculated" the 180 days prosecutors had to bring him to trial! This time around, prosecutors now have 15 days to bring him to trial and hopefully, are able to get him locked up for good! Yesterday, we were delighted to share with you a PerezHilton.com Live & Exclusive performance of Walk Over Me, a new track from The All-American Rejects off their new album, Kids In The Street. Two months after reuniting for the second time, Chord Overstreet and Emma Roberts have reportedly broken up again! The last time the pair were spotted together, it was during the Nylon Young Hollywood party earlier in this month, but according to witnesses, they spent the night on opposite ends of the V.I.P. section! A source confirms:

Plans to perform at Queen Elizabeth II's Diamond Jubilee are still on!! We can just picture it now. The Queen's lil' corgis will just fall in love with Elton's piano magic! Ha! While he still had to post-pone his Vegas shows, Elton's rep says he's doing remarkably better now. In an official statement, the rep declares:

We recently reported that Amanda Bynes was involved in yet ANOTHER hit and run accident days after her April 6th DUI arrest, and now, Amanda is adamantly denying she had ANYTHING to do with it! On Sunday, Bynes tweeted:
A woman had come out saying Amanda hit her on the 101, but the case was quickly rejected as there were no witnesses at the scene to confirm. Gurl, with your track record of driving incidents, maybe you need your license taken away and some traffic school??? Might be the safest option...for everyone! We've already seen the release of some of the year's biggest blockbusters, like The Avengers, but there are a few more coming down the pipeline. One of those is totally going to be Total Recall. The television marketing campaign is underway and we've got another short preview (above) of Colin Farrell fighting for his life after he discovers he is not who he thinks he is. This movie isn't just relying on Colin's seksi star power either. Leading ladies Kate Beckinsale and Jessica Biel will be duking it out in the remake of the 1990 science fiction thriller. Total Recall hits theaters on August 3, will U be at one watching? |

But unfortunately it seems not only is Kat Von D lacking in basic fire safety knowledge, she's also lacking in general common sense According to court documents, back in 2010 a fire that claimed the life of Kat's poor pussy Valentine - along with the rest of her home - began because of multiple lit candles left unattended. At the time, State Farm insurance covered the $909,199 in damages, but because Kat is now being held accountable for the blaze, the insurance company want their $$$ back! Sad sad sad.
