| Lindsay Lohan Has NOT Approved A New Lawyer And Has NOT Arrived In El Lay For Her Trial Tomorrow! Posted: 17 Mar 2013 12:04 PM PDT Just in time for the legal circus that is going to be Lindsay Lohan's trial tomorrow! MORE CRAZY from the perpetually-troubled starlet! With any chance of a plea deal out the window and prosecution urging Judge James Dabney to allow no more extensions to her lawyer Mark Heller, the man chastised as "incompetent" during his last appearance in the courtroom is desperately moving to find a California-licensed attorney to take the lead for him, and Fox News legal analyst David Wohl has agreed to do just that, on behalf of Michael Lohan! However, according to Paul Wallin, the owner of the firm where Wohl works:

What's the EFFING hold up?! It's either him, or she signs a waiver tomorrow basically acknowledging that she knows Heller is incompetent in California law! Of course, it should then come as no surprise that LiLo hasn't even arrived in El Lay yet, despite her trial beginning tomorrow morning! According to sources, she was SUPPOSED to leave New York at 9pm last night, but at the last minute decided it was more important to go see the band City of the Sun! Worse yet, she hasn't even scheduled a new flight yet! Guess that means come tomorrow morning, we're going to either see a West Coast, courtroom sh-tshow OR a bench warrant for her immediate arrest issued! While it kind of seemed like a given that Taylor Swift was showing Harry Styles exactly what we would be missing during the sultry rendition of Trouble, the country cutie has not only all-but-explicitly-stated that that's exactly what was going through her brain while on stage, but also ADMITTED that the smash single off of Red was written ABOUT the One Direction singer! During a recent interview, when asked about the attention-grabbing performance, Swifty explained:

Despite persistant reports that George Clooney and Stacy Keibler had ended their two-year relationship, the pair were spotted looking happy and very much still-together as they held hands en route to a dinner date at the Grill Royal restaurant in Berlin, Germany! Just look at them (above)! Such big smiles! Definitely not the expressions we'd expect on their faces if there were trouble in paradise! At last night's 24th Annual GLAAD Media Awards, held in New York, Anderson Cooper was the recipient of the "Vito Russo Award," which is given to an "openly lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender media professional who has made a significant difference in promoting equality!" While that itself is incredible and exciting news, Madonna was on hand to present her longtime friend with his honor, and donned a complete Cub Scout uniform for the occasion! Ch-ch-check out her rousing, articulate and thoughtful speech, during which she called on the Boy Scouts of America to end its ban on gay scouts and scout leaders, criticized the Russian government for its imprisonment of Pussy Riot, and called for a much-needed social revolution here in the US of A (above)! INCREDIBLE! All we have to say is that Anderson is one lucky silver fox! Her words have so much fire, passion, and most important of all, TRUTH, behind them, and we couldn't be more proud to have such a powerful ally in the fight for equal rights and a better tomorrow! TWO EFFING WEEKS until Game of Thrones is once again upon us all! And by the looks of the latest teaser trailer for the upcoming third season of HBO's big-budget adaptation of the George R. R. Martin medieval fantasy novels, it's not just vengeance, dragons, and winter coming to Westeros and Essos! It's a whole lot of WAR! Ch-ch-check out footage of Daenerys, played by Emilia Clarke, UNLEASHING her army of Unsullied for an attack on the city of Astapor (above)! Uh-oh! | Man Willing To Pay $10,000 To Ensure Casey Anthony May NEVER Ca$h In On Child's Death! Posted: 16 Mar 2013 03:02 PM PDT We never thought we'd hear ourselves saying this, but this is one money-making deal we DEFINITELY think Casey Anthony should accept! As we've reported, Lady O.J. currently owes $800,000 to up to 80 creditors, but a man named James M. Schober has offered to alleviate $10,000 from that number...by paying she and her team that much to obtain the RIGHTS to her life story! But get THIS! It's not to ca$h in on her highly-publicized court case or the details surrounding her alleged guilt in the murder of her daughter, Caylee! According to legal documents, it's to "prevent Ms. Anthony or others from publishing or profiting from her story in the future." OUCH! At least for her! But can we get a HELL YES in this guy's honors? Weirder yet, however, is the fact that the trustee responsible for handling Casey's bankruptcy - whose job it is to identify anything of value that can be used to pay back her debt - really wants to go for the deal, and has even asked the court if he can start a bidding war over the offer!
