The singer lit up the Jazz In The Gardens and Women's Impact Conference in Hollywood, Florida last night. We've got the pics inside...
Yesterday, at the 8th Annual Jazz in the Gardens Press Conference at Pangea at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel, Fantasia popped up in her sequin black dress as she spoke about performing at the festival kicking off today in Hollywood, FL.
She chatted up Mayor Oliver G. Gilbert III and host of the weekend, radio personality Michael Baisden. Charlie Murphy was also there.
Glad to see her getting back to what she does best. And over at the Women's Impact conference portion of Jazz In The Gardens, singer Latocha Scott was at Shula's Hotel & Golf Club to promote her new role on "R&B Divas":

Save the drama for ya mama! And in French Montana's case....for your friend's mama. Because his manager--who's also Waka Flocka's mom--Deb Antney, is suing the "Pop That" rapper for over $50K. Find out why inside, and the latest update on why Waka and his bestie Gucci Mane are beefin' over Twitter.... Deb Antney has served her own client French Montana with legal papers, which he received while walking into an ATL concert venue last night. She claims the Moroccan rapper went behind her back to book gigs, and shorted her out of her 20% commission. Deb claims she and French entered into an exclusive contract in November of 2010, which gives her a 20% commission of all paid acts & gigs. She has reason to believe that French brokered some concert deals in secret, and therefore, according to TMZ, she's owed $50,000. So she's suing for her ends. Especially since French went on record in interviews confirming she was his manger and calling her the "best" at it. Folks always seem to be in some drama with Deb--whether they're her clients or not. Remember her beef with Nicki Minaj when the rapstress nixed her as her manager? Chick doesn't take kindly to being pushed out or let go.
And that brings to Deb's son and client, Waka Flocka. As we know, Deb's been managing both Waka and Gucci Mane since their careers took off. They're like two peas in momager's pod. But no so fast. Last night, Waka went on Twitter to publicly diss his good friend Gucci over some Brick Squad label drama. And the reasons are unknown Gucci let the world know HE dropped Waka off the Brick Squad label saying, "Waka flacka flames officially dropped off brick squad 1017. Big Guwop say give me a offer fa this disloyal lil nigga." Waka responded with, “Somebody tell Gucci Mane 2 SUCK A D**K.” Then erased the tweet and said, "Can’t tweet beef #HucciKnowHowIrOck" Miss Info revealed that Gucci's manager said Gucci's Twitter was...you guessed it...HACKED. Sigh. Meanwhile, Waka released his mixtape DuFlocka Rant 2 just minutes after this whole Twitbeef went down. And Gucci dropped his Trap Back 2 mixtape at the same time. How convenient. But paired with Gucci threatening to change his name a few weeks ago (what celebs often do to get out of contracts), we have to wonder if he's plotting his escape from Deb Antney's management as well. We all know how she and her son like to pop off when folks try to do their own thing....

The YMCMB fam is flocking to Cedars-Sinai Hospital to visit their head honcho Lil Wayne. A somber Drizzy inside.... After reports hit the net last night that Wayne was in critical condition in the ICU after suffering more seizures, rapper Drake was seen leaving Cedars-Sinai Hospital around 8:50pm PT Friday night after visiting his good friend. As previously reported, the 30-year-old rapper was admitted to the hospital Friday afternoon after one of his bodyguards found him in his room, on the floor and unconscious. While Wayne's publicist confirmed another seizure occurred Friday, after he was just released on Wednesday for the same issue, TMZ reported further info that Wayne's prognosis was uncertain, that he's in an induced coma, and people were coming to say their goodbyes. Wayne's friends and family (and a tweet from Wayne's account) deny those stories and maintain he is recovering. Ronald “Slim” Williams, co-founder of Cash Money records, called in to Seattle's Eric Powers & Karen Wild radio show yesterday to Wayne is fine and may be released the next day (Saturday). He was at Lil Wayne's side in the hospital:

Lil Wayne's friends and fam are blasting TMZ's report after speaking directly to the YMCMB head honcho/crew. Find out why Toya Wright, T.I., Reginae Carter and more are calling B.S. on the site's story.... While TMZ reported Friday evening that Lil Wayne was in an induced coma and in critical condition, with family gathering around to say their goodbyes, Wayne's closest people are saying it's all B.S. And it's because they've spoken to Wayne himself or members of YMCMB. And if Wayne is speaking at all....he was also likely NOT in a coma just a few hours ago. Wayne's publicist has already confirmed the "No Worries" rapper did have another seizure, but the rest of the story from TMZ--regarding being on life support and in a coma--is being deemed FALSE by the rapper's closest friends and fam. T.I. tweeted: Just holla'd @my Lil bruh Tunechi...& he skraight! TMZ some fuck-niggaz for reporting that hoe-ass-shit!!! That man daughter is like mines. Still, TMZ is sticking by their story and nothing (aside from their removal of the "last rites" tweet and update) has been changed. To have two stories so far apart--yet from all credible sources--is pretty odd. One explanation for the totally conflicting stories is that TMZ received info about Wayne being admitted today, and either exaggerated the story or was fed incorect details by "their source." Another explanation is that Young Money & friends are covering for the moment. But based off T.I. being ready to "Ride Out" on folks..... Either way it goes, we're following this story throughout the night. And we're wishing Wayne a full and speedy recovery.

Young Money has released an official statement on Lil Wayne's health, plus conflicting reports still allege he is on life support.... Here is the official statement from Young Money's publicist on Lil Wayne's current condition: "We can confirm Lil Wayne did have a seizure and that he is recovering." As we previously reported, TMZ gave a detailed report about Wayne being read his last rites, being in an induced coma, and him being on breathing tubes and in critical condition after seizures today. Lil Wayne's Young Money crew--Birdman & Mack Maine--denied the breathing tubes and near death status. Mack also just tweeted "F*ck TMZ". TMZ now reports Wayne's mother Cita is on her way to L.A., and no medical decisions can be made without her--including any decisions to remove Wayne from life support (that the site still claims he is on). The site has also now removed the "last rites" update they previously posted. Lil Wayne's crew has not denied the syrup binge accusations. *UPDATE 9:55p ET* A tweet came from Lil Wayne's account:
Some are not convinced he actually tweeted it himself. And TMZ, who we all know gets pissy when they get called a liar, said the following:

Rapper Lil' Wayne has reportedly been put into an induced coma in the ICU of Cedars-Sinai Hospital. And while one credible reports claims he's been convulsing uncontrollably and "is being read his rites," Wayne's crew is oddly tweeting that he is FINE. Details inside....
Lil' Wayne was reportedly admitted to the ICU of Cedars-Sinai hospital in L.A. following another round of seizures today. Wayne, who had already been hospitalized and released earlier this week, was rushed back to the hospital after one of his bodyguards allegedly found him unconscious. According to TMZ, Wayne was put in restraints to control his shaking, and when he did not stabilize, he was placed into an induced coma. The site reports he is now breathing through tubes. The site also reports that witnesses tell them a lot of tears are being shed at his bedside and members of his family and other prominent rap artists are at his bedside. A source told TMZ that the alleged cause of the mystery seizures were due to Wayne going on a Sizzurp binge after he got out of the hospital on Wednesday, and his stomach had to be pumped three times to get Codeine out of his system. Oddly enough, both Mack Maine and Birdman--close members of Weezy's crew--have been tweeting that this reports is untrue. At least in part. Mack Maine said just a few minutes ago about YMCMB's commander in chief:

Oprah Winfrey and her staff her joined in the Harlem Shake craze. Watch the staff at OWN do the shake and see what Oprah said about making out with Terrence Howard on "The Butler" set and how he "misbehaved." Even Oprah Winfrey has joined in the viral dance craze "The Harlem Shake." A few employees from OWN turned one of their studios into the ultimate dancefloor where they turned it up....before Lady O magically appeared on the big sreen like the Wizardess of Oz!
And speaking of Lady O... She stopped by "The Steve Harvey Show" where she talked about her upcoming film The Butler and her steamy love scene with Terrence Howard. Terrence made headlines recently after he talked about his Oprah's love scene saying, "To be able to make out with Oprah and to have love scenes with her and those tig ol' bitties. She's such a lovely, voluptuous woman. She's very beautiful, and that was wonderful." And from the looks of it, Oprah was far from offended by the comments. She told Steve, "Well, I do have big breasteses." She said that initially the scene with Terrence was supposed to be "small" but because he "misbehaved" the scene got bigger and bigger. Check out what she's up to, plus her mom getting her producing on, inside... 12-year-old Willow Smith has signed on to help end cyberbullying for good. Fashion designer Nanette Lepore teamed up with Seventeen Magazine to design a multicolored DELETE tee that celeb supporters will be rocking. And they're on sale for the public as well. The campaign serves to empower young women to disengage from cyberbullying by deleting hurtful comments they see about themselves or others online. Other celeb faces supporting the cause--"Pretty Little Liars" stars Ashley Benson, Shay Mitchell and Lucy Hale, as well as Kendall & Kylie Jenner and plenty more.
Meanwhile, Willow's mom Jada Pinkett Smith is getting to work. She posted the above pic today of her and her good friend Queen Latifah preparing for Queen's upcoming talk show. Jada is serving as an Executive Producer on the project as she said, "Wearing my Executive Producer hat, standing beside the next daytime talk show superstar. Starting September 16, 2013, you will be able to kick it with Queen Latifah everyday." Get ready for a fall premiere of Queen's show as she takes another stab at daytime TV.

"Girl of Fire" singer Alicia Keys just launched more designs from her new shoe collection with Reebok geared towards girls on the run. She appeared at Nordstrom at The Grove where she joined Reebok in launching their new collection of Freestyle Hi Wedge A.Keys sneakers.
To celebrate the launch, Alicia did a brief Q&A with Maria Menounos where she talked about the process of designing the shoes and her own style inspirations. She said,
For the design, Alicia took her favorite Classic silhouette to new heights by re-introducing the iconic Freestyle silhouette. She stayed true to the DNA of the Freestyle product, with characteristic double straps, 3 iconic collar puffs and Freestyle heel counters and anon-trend twist. And this is Alicia's second time teaming up with Reebok. The first Reebok Classic X Alicia Keys collection was released in September 2011.
The Reebok Classic X Alicia Keys Spring/Summer 2013 collection will be introduced on April 1st with the Chi Street Pack. It features bright, sporty color blocking, candy pop color explosions of neon pink and bright yellow with a real sport luxe feel (shown above on Alicia). A couple of NSFW photos, reportedly of rapper Method Man, have been making the rounds. And all we can say is....we hope they're real. Since he's our long time crush and all. Check out what all the excitement is about inside.... In the age of thirsty jumpoffs, men need to keep in mind that the "d*ck" pics they send via text and email, may come back to haunt them. Or in the case of rapper Method Man, they may generate a new fan base. A trio of "XXX" photos (claimed to be Method Man) have been making the rounds. In the photos, the guy takes a few self-portraits of his piece, while standing in front of the bathroom mirror. No face included. In one of the photos, several arm tattoos are visble and they seemingly match up (aside from the flipped mirror image) with the well-known tatts of Wu-Tang Clan rapper. We can't say for certain if these pics are geninue, but we did enjoy this photographer's...."methods."
