James was rolling in sexy $$$, but who would EVER fathom the fantastical sexual appetites of the average woman is worth 50 million So here is the business breakdown of the Twilight inspired erotica fan-fiction BEAST that is the Fifty Shades trilogy: On July 2, the combined US sales of Fifty Shades paperbacks and ebooks hit around 19 million units. Tack on another 12 million sold internationally, and you have yourselves 31 million ladies uniting in self-pleasure all across the globe! Let's say E.L. James is getting the standard paperback royalty rate at 7%, with ebooks at 25% - that's AT LEAST $35 million, plus $5 million for movie rights, PLUS international royalties... According to eyewitnesses, Britney Spears high-tailed it off the Greensboro X Factor set after a contestant gave a riveting tribute audition with her classic You Drive Me Crazy. The North Carolina man was partially dressed in drag: hair in a bun, kitty-cat glasses, a bejeweled denim jacket, and some boots. Another accessory for his performance? TEARS! He told the judges that not only was he recently put on welfare, he almost missed this chance of a lifetime because he doesn't even have enough money for a phone bill! But sob-story or not, Britney walked off the set after watching his Crazy stylings (with Demi Lovato and LA Reid in tow). Simon Cowell stayed behind and told the contestant, "I don't think she understood your tribute." But clearly she had a change of heart. Because upon the princess' return, she told the contestant:

| X Factor Auditions Suspended Indefinitely?? Posted: 10 Jul 2012 12:00 PM PDT IT'S OVER!!! Apparently the man upstairs is NOT an X Factor fan! He made his message clear by striking the show's on-set production truck with a bolt of lightening during a taping in Greensboro, North Carolina, earlier today. The blot of electricity knocked out power to Greensboro Coliseum Complex, where Britney, Demi, L.A. and Simon viewing auditions. That means the mics, the lights and all the cameras are shut down! Our source tells us the lady judges are currently hiding in their dressing rooms "freaked out because of the thunder." SADFACE!! Word is, the auditions have been suspend indefinitely. As of now, the crew is waiting it out -- but if the storm doesn't let up, Greensboro singers may not get their shot to sing for the judges! |

Viacom wants a 30% fee increase from DirecTV, but DirecTV says that's more than a billion dollars they don't wanna slap on their customers' bills. Since they can't reach an agreement, channels like MTV, VH1, Comedy Central, BET, and Nickelodeon will (most likely) be yanked from DirecTV customers at midnight... TONIGHT! Posted: 10 Jul 2012 11:10 AM PDT Lindsay Lohan's antics are usually the subject of parody, but now, she's apparently trying to partake in the spoofing fun herself! That's right, fresh off the heels of her tumultuous gig in the Elizabeth Taylor bio-pic, Liz & Dick, the troubled actress has reportedly signed on to appear opposite Ashley Tisdale in Scary Movie 5! According to sources close to production, the franchise's original star Anna Faris isn't expected to return for the next go, once again directed by David Zucker, who also helmed parts 3 and 4, and so LiLo has met with Dimension head Bob Weinstein to discuss filling the void! Inneresting, indeed! We're certainly curious to see if a major studio will be willing to insure her, especially after the drama that she caused for Lifetime! But hey! Charlie Sheen made it through two of these relatively unscathed, so maybe she will, too!
