| Snoop Banned From Norway After Weed Bust! Posted: 29 Jul 2012 12:40 PM PDT Actions have consequences! Luckily for Snoop, he doesn't seem to be losing too much sleep over this particular set of them! The rapper once again found himself in a little bit of a pickle last month when he was busted in Norway for carrying eight grams of weed in his luggage while on his way to a music festival, and now because of it, the country has BANNED him from admittance for the next two years...and slapped him with a $8,600 fine! However, his legal representative in Norway, Holger Hagesaeter, reveals in a statement that his client "can live with the decision" and, having paid his fine, has no plans to appeal! Well, at least he's taking responsibility for his poor judgment in this situation, and isn't trying to make a stink about it! Sorry, Norwegian Snoop fans! He'll see you in a few short years! Ha! We didn't think so, but it's becoming more and more clear that Ryan Murphy has attached some SERIOUS talent to his second season line-up for American Horror Story! The latest to join the ranks - alongside Chloe Sevigny, Joseph Fiennes, James Cromwell, Mark Consuelos, Clea Duvall, Jenna Dewan and Chris Zylka - is Run Lola Run and Bourne Identity actress Franka Potente, who has reportedly signed on to play a "mysterious patient" in the mental facility run by Jessica Lange for two episodes! Yes! We are LOVING all of these actors prepping to play crazies! They are going to be CHEWING through their scenes like rabid dogs! Now is it October yet?! Seriously - WE CAN'T WAIT! How about U?? | Riot At Madonna's Paris Club Show Not Over Length, But Protest Over Marine Le Pen! Posted: 29 Jul 2012 11:40 AM PDT If it's not one thing getting everyone's panties in a twist over Madonna, it's something else! The pop icon apparently caused quite a ruckus at her last-minute, 45-minute live-streamed MDNA show at Paris' famed l'Olympia, and while early reports suggested it was due to disgruntled fans being furious with how short her performance was, many have now come forward to assert that the contention was instead due to protestors, yelling about Marine Le Pen! Watch footage of the disgruntled audience members (above)! If you recall, Madge has been including projections of the French right-wing leader's face with a swastika super-imposed over it during the tour, which has already incited threats of a lawsuit! Guess a few angry people decided to take their anger to her directly, though, as members of the crew later revealed that the authorities informed them that the riot was pre-planned by locals and most audience members in attendence knew that most of her club shows run on the short side! So there you have it! Oh, gurl! We can only happily wonder what you'll do next that will cause this kind of uproar! |

In its second weekend in theaters, The Dark Knight Rises has pulled in around $64.1 million, which means it's down 60% from its opening, and $25 million behind what its predecessor, The Dark Knight, was making this far into its run a few years back! But if there's any consolation, it's that it's still making MILLIONS more than any other movie out there right now, including Ice Age: Continental Drift, and this week's debuts The Watch AND Step Up Revolution! Paris Hilton's youngest brother, 18-year-old Conrad, was arrested Friday evening after testing positive for marijuana, which as you may remember, is a violation of his probation for a previous weed-related arrested! Not too smart! Especially because he has to wait to be released from custody until he sees a judge - and he most likely won't be able to do that until tomorrow! | Tenacious D Concert Shut Down After STABBING In The Audience! Posted: 29 Jul 2012 09:20 AM PDT What on EARTH is going on with people these days?! This is the LAST place something like this should have happened! The Tenacious D concert at Mandalay Bay's House of Blues in Las Vegas had to be shut down unexpectedly last night after a huge fight broke out in the audience, which left at least one person hospitalized for STAB WOUNDS! According to reports, Jack Black and Kyle Glass were in the middle of their set when the altercation started in the crowd. It's unclear what exactly went down, but one individual was stabbed in the leg, but is expected to recover. Authorities have confirmed, meanwhile, that they have one person in custody and they are not on the look-out for any other suspects at this time! Ugh! Such a terrible shame! Seriously! WHO brings a weapon to a Tenacious D show?! So unnecessary! And so, so WRONG! We sincerely hope that the person injured has a quick recovery! Stay strong! [Image via WENN.] |
