Dark Knight Shooter James Holmes Gets EXPLOSIVE Outburst Thrown At Him In Court!

But really... are you shocked?

After (allegedly) killing 12 and injuring almost 60 during Aurora's Dark Knight Massacre this past summer, James Holmes has been thrown in a whirlwind of court proceedings.

But this week, James got a NASTY earful from the father of victim Rebecca Wingo.

During the proceedings on Friday, Steve Hernandez -- suffering from the sorrow and anger of his daughter's death -- shouted:

"ROT IN HELL, HOLMES!!!"

Doing their jobs, deputies surrounded Hernandez, who then apologized to the judge and said:

"I meant no disrespect. I promise no further outbursts."

That poor man. We can't even begin to imagine what he's going through right now!

As we previously reported, Holmes' arraignment has been delayed to March 12, giving his lawyer ample time to explore all of the information and opportunities available under the law.

Adam Lambert DROPPED From Label!

Was Adam Lambert spending a lil' too much time harshly critiquing Les Mis to ensure longevity at his record label?

The fiery-mouthed American Idol alum and 19 Recordings have split the eff up, doing so "amicably" according to both parties' reps.

While he and 19 Management broke up back in August 2011, the current move with 19R is one that's being sung as the next step in Adam's "evolution."

...apparently January was the expiration date for his contract, though he's still currently on the roster at RCA Records.

One of the insiders close to the situation insists:

"It's good for both sides. Adam can move forward with his plans and 19 isn't stuck in the middle."

Hmm.. we wonder what Adam's evolution will include.

Maybe he'll get with Roger Ebert now! Then he can get PAID for his movie reviews! Ha!

Britney Spears & Jason Trawick's Split: What REALLY Tore Them Apart!!

We are DEVASTATED!

Britney Spears was supposed to live happily ever after with shiny white knight Jason Trawick. But by the will of the Hollywood Romance Gods, storms brewing within their relationship eventually led to ultimate disaster.

Both parties have confirmed the utterly depressing news, having released their statements with their rep on Friday. SORROW!

But while we were all led to believe her suffocation with his part in her conservatorship was the main X factor in the break-up, sources reveal the REAL truth, explaining it's all about the kids.

...future kids!!

According to sources directly connected to Jason and Brit, she wanted to make more babies with him, but he was determined to chill and sit tight with Sean Preston and Jayden James.

Insert a thousand sad faces.

The insiders also say Britney's fame really took a toll on Jason's ego individuality, basically causing an identity crisis that wedged a sword in their hearts. While he wanted to expand his business and provide his services to more clients, apparently Britney wanted his agency talent all to herself.

Omg... insert A MILLION tear faces!

Britney doesn't need a man to be happy, but we were soooo banking on this relationship being the ultimate bonus in her already fabulous life.

Sniff. Sniff. Excuse us... we really need to get some tissues.

Fabulous producer Pharrell -- who helped Gwen Stefani rock her solo career -- has us so FREAKING amped for her new music, it's hard to contain ourselves!

Proud of being able to work with Liam Hemsworth's fiance, he says:

"She is an old soul that was trapped in a younger situation who just bursted at the scenes and I was just happy to be there during that transformation. I remember when they use to ask me about the same questions with Justin Timberlake; people be like why you going in with *NSYNC? Because there's somebody in there that you don't know."

Britney Spears Dumps Jason Trawick AND Her Agency!

Britney Spears is getting a whole life makeover!

She quit her judging job at X Factor, she called off her engagement to Jason Trawick and NOW she has left her agency!

Perhaps the memories of her old agency (aka - where she met Jason) was just too much to handle, cuz the former judge made a serious move and signed on with talent agency CAA (Creative Artists Agency).

And in Hollywood, a new agency is MAJOR, but what oh what could that mean??

Well, it might mean she's leaving Live Nation, who produced her Femme Fatale Tour. We're sure Brit Brit is totes sorry.

But, it could also mean something big like the rumored Las Vegas show we heard about or possibly a new tour really is going to happen.

Or maybe, just maybe, a switch to movies? Crossroads 2 anyone??

With Mz. Spears, the possibilities are endless.

We just hope for something grand, fierce and soon!!

Jennie Garth has moved on from the man who broke her heart for a sexy, young Big Gigantic musician Jeremy Salken!!

A friend close to the Beverly Hills, 90210 star said:

"Jennie told me, 'I never thought I'd fall in love again, but it's happening, and I couldn't be more excited!'"

The mama of three first met her 31-year-old musician boytoy at last year's Coachella Music Festival in Indio, Ca when she was still married. When the marriage felt apart Jeremy was right there to catch her!

The eclectic couple starting hooking up in October and Jennie even went with the band on tour!

We were really hoping she was hooking up with Luke Perry, but this is too sweet!!!

Demi Moore's NEW Man Is Lindsay Lohan's Ex!

Having once dated "troubled starlet" Lindsay Lohan back in 2006, restauranteur Harry Morton has found himself a new romance with Demi Moore following her tumultuous times post-Ashton Kutcher split!

It is now being said to be confirmed that he and Demz have been dating for months, galavanting around El Lay and New York like two kittens in love heat!

Their most recent shows of affection have been based in Beverly Hills, with a date at the South Beverly Grill being described by one eyewitness as:

"Demi was very giddy during her date with Harry. She was really into him and seemed to very much enjoy his company."

Oh and if you're wondering -- yes, Demi gets to be a cougar once again!

While she represents a lovely 50, the Pink Taco founder is 31. That's even younger than Ashton, who's 34!

Sources close to the relationship revel the dynamic a lil' like this:

"They have been trying to keep it a secret. It's not a serious thing... but it may develop into something. They have a lot of fun together and have been meeting in secret places in New York and Los Angeles. It's no surprise that she would be attracted to him, as he's a catch. They are just getting to know one another... she's in a really good place at the moment and is hopeful about the future."

Hmm... perhaps this was the mystery man she was seen with last!

Well here's to wishing them well!! We're just so glad to see Demi with a distraction from Ashton's serious relationship with Mila Kunis.

FYI -- Morton has also been linked to Jennifer Aniston... but right now we're reveling in these photos we've found of him and Linds back in the day.

Jennifer Lawrence Sets Us Ablaze With Catching Fire Deets!

Burn us with your fiery info-arrows, Katniss! We wanna know MORE!!

Critics' darling and our actress OBSESSION Jennifer Lawrence recently discussed the latest installment in the Hunger Games film franchise, Catching Fire...

And girl talked about what it's like filming in Hawaii, how her experience has changed with so many new cast members, and what she does to keep herself grounded as the savvy hunter-gatherer tribute from District 12!

When it comes to filming in a tropical locale, Jenny Jen Jen dished:

"We were shooting on this beautiful beach and there were sea turtles everywhere. In between takes Josh and Sam and I were running and jumping and swimming in the water. I was like 'I'm getting paid to do this? This is awesome!' "

The Silver Linings Playbook star also revealed what it was like welcoming new addition Sam Clafin AKA the nautical tribute Finnick from District 4. Jennifer shares:

"We've all pretty much established that I'm the little brother of the cast, so I get picked on by everybody else -- Woody, Lenny, Josh, everybody. I'm always the target. I had a party for everybody in Atlanta. When Sam, who is obviously the new one, walked in, I was chasing Woody and we'd flipped over my couch and Woody had a sock all the way down his throat...

When you first walk into a scene like that, it's odd. But he's actually really fun."

Jennifer ALSO revealed the best piece of advice she's ever received concerning her role as Katniss! The side-braided lady explains:

"Whenever Gary and I would talk about Katniss, it was '[you're from] District 12 and you're a hunter.' I didn't feel like an action star, I didn't feel like a superhero. I felt like a hunter. That helped keep it grounded in this reality of, she's good at this not because she's a trained killer but because she's a 16-year-old girl who happens to be great with her senses. And still, in this second movie, I'm a hunter."

Oh SO many hearts for you, Mz. Lawrence!
