SUPER BOWL FAB: Usher's Fancy FOOTWORK In Mercedes-Benz AD + Beyonce's BTS Halftime Show Rehearsal VIDEO Posted: 31 Jan 2013 09:21 AM PST International superstar Usher will be one of the famous faces starring in a highly touted Super Bowl ad this Sunday.  Watch the ad inside and see Baddie Bey's BTS rehearsal footage for her halftime performance.....   In addition to the actual football game (yes....there really is a game happening), one of the major selling points for watching Super Bowl 2013 are the high-quality star-studded commercials that take place (in between the actual game that really does happen).  This year, we already know that we will see Usher popping up in a CLA-Class Mercedes-Benz all-new four-door coupe ad that also stars Kate Upton and Willem Dafoe.  The ad shows how owning a Mercedes will literally change you life. Watch Usher's appearance in the extended clip of the ad...   In other Super Bowl news... With three days till kickoff, millions will be tuning in to watch Beyonce take the field for her much-anticipated halftime show.  And te 49ers vs. the Ravens too.  Baddie Bey, who has been teasing fans with football themed pics, posted behind the scenes video from her rehearsals that went down at the Alario Center in Westwego, Louisiana recently. The Braxtons Are Back--Season 3 Of "Braxton Family Values" Premieres This March! Posted: 31 Jan 2013 08:51 AM PST Your favorite siblings are back!  Tamar, Toni, Towanda, Trina & Traci Braxton (and Mama Evelyn) will all be returning to WeTV this March for season 3 of "Braxton Family Values."  Deets inside... The Braxton fam is kicking off season 3 of their hit show with a Roman Holiday, and it premieres March 14th. The sisters and their mom Ev traveled to Rome, Italy together, and we already know that led to foolery. Everybody, except for Tamar, headed to Italy for the sister-bonding trip.  Tamar was busy back in the States on a whirlwind press tour promoting her WE tv spinoff “Tamar & Vince,” and her #1 hit single, “Love & War”.  And, of course, her sisters complain that Tamar has increasingly grown further apart from them since her career has taken off. Clearly this will be a season of Tamar defending herself against the masses of her fam once again.  Let Tamar live! Also what to expect this season, according to the press release: Toni, having landed her first starring role in a movie, tries to leave her personal drama behind to focus on work, which is much easier said than done. Trina and Gabe try to move past their infidelities of the past and re-build their marriage, while Towanda and Andre focus on their relationship and officially get back together. Traci has embraced a surprising newfound hobby, motorcycle riding, while Tamar, working hard in pursuit of her dream to build a name for herself in the music industry, fights back against her sisters’ resentment toward her relationship with her “husbanger” Vince. Issues from the past and the Braxton ladies’ ongoing competitiveness—especially when it comes to music endeavors—threaten the longstanding Braxton family fam like never before. "Starter Wives" Star Liza Morales REVEALS Lamar Odom Was Her FIRST And LAST Sexually, Says Khloe Doesn't Seem MATERNAL Posted: 31 Jan 2013 07:48 AM PST "Starter Wives" star Liza Morales opened about her childhood sweetheart, NBA Clippers star Lamar Odom, and his wife Khloe Kardashian revealing she's only slept with Lamar and doesn't see Khloe as maternal. Find out what else she revealed about Lamar inside....   On this week's premiere of the TLC series "Starter Wives" Liza Morales, the mother of Lamar Odom's three children, stepped in the reality tv spotlight where she revealed the backstory of their 10-year love affair. With Lamar being her first man sexually, they met when she was 16, and apparently her last, it's easy to see why she would have "feelings" about seeing the baller wife up reality tv starlet Khloe Kardashian after such a short time together. Liza says her relationship with Lamar was plagued by groupies and the traps of fame and excess, but it was the death of their third child from SIDS that completely shut the door on their romance.  She says that till this day (Lamar has been married to Khloe for three years) they have NEVER discussed the death of their child.  "Who abandons their lady?” she said. She added that she hasn’t had sex in four years.  And on the premiere, she confirmed Lamar was her first and last. *eyebrow raised*   “I’m not waiting for marriage, I’m just waiting for a good man. I will be like a caged animal out of the Bronx Zoo.”   And now that Khloe and Lamar often grace the pages of tabloids with talks of having children of their own (Khloe is stepmother to their two children), Liza said she doesn't really see Khloe being the motherly type.  She also told the NY Daily News, “I don’t know if she’s good maternally, I don’t know. As long as my kids are good, I’m good,” Morales says of Kardashian, who has desperately been trying to have a baby with Odom. “As long as my kids are taken care of and I haven’t heard anything negative, then I’m good.” And Liza also had to address the obvious resemblance she has to Khloe. But she prefers to say that Khloe looks like her....and not the other way around. “I’m 100% Puerto Rican and I was here first. I was here first, so she has a resemblance to me. I don’t see it. We both have dark hair. We both have a cherub face. I don’t think we look alike, but I have heard it. Imitation is a form of flattery!” And when asked why she joined the "Starter Wives" she told HLN news, "It's not a way of getting back at Lamar. It's a way of telling my own story. I feel like my story was being told for me in the media and the tabloids. So this show is a way of telling my story in my own words." The 49ers Are Pissed At Chris Culliver's "Gays Don't Belong In The NFL" Comments + NFLers Sing Their Fave Beyonce Songs Posted: 30 Jan 2013 08:10 PM PST The pre-Superbowl drama is on full throttle as folks are extra pissy about San Francisco 49er Chris Culliver's anti-gay comments that were said on media day.  Check out how his team responded this evening, plus some NFL players singing their fave Beyonce songs... Cornerback Chris Culliver...yeah, the dude pictured above...is against having gay men on his team.  And in the NFL period. The two Superbowl teams did their press day yesterday in New Orleans.  And there's always at least one person who's going to say some ignorant ish. This brings us to Chris Culliver, who went on an anti-gay tirade, that he though was pretty comical, while chatting it up with shoc jock Artie Lang. "I don't do the gay guys man," Culliver said. "I don't do that. No, we don't got no gay people on the team, they gotta get up out of here if they do." He then proceeded to pretty much say gays don't belong in the league at all, and should only "come out" after leaving for 10 years.  Check out the audio below: And after all of the internet was up in arms today after these words surfaced, the 49ers organization quickly put out its own statement condemning the comments: “The San Francisco 49ers reject the comments that were made yesterday, and have addressed the matter with Chris. There is no place for discrimination within our organization at any level. We have and always will proudly support the LGBT community.” How many loud boo's is HE gonna get on Sunday?   And in more lighthearted NFL news, NFL.com posted a cute video today of the players talking about (and singing) their favorite Beyonce songs while expressing their fan-dom.  It was all a nod to Mrs. BKC rocking the Pepsi Halftime show on Sunday.  Peep the vid above.

Mariah was all dressed up in a black cropped top, a black maxi skirt and heels while leaving out of her Tribeca apartment today.  She's been giving the classiest of shade on "American Idol" this season, and she has no probs baring her post-twins belly either.  Gotta love a feisty, no holds barred chick...who does what she pleases with a smile. Meanwhile, her ex husband and Sony Exec Tommy Mottola is making his promo rounds for his new memoir, Hitmaker.  And, of course, he's dishing a few things about the twosome's doomed marriage.  Entertainment Weekly reports about the 1996 Grammys that put the nail in their marital coffin: By February 1996, Carey was one of the biggest stars in the world and was nominated for six Grammy awards at that month’s ceremony. Kerry Washington Talks Imperfections Of "Scandal" Characters (So Stop Judging Olivia Pope's Mistress Activites) Posted: 30 Jan 2013 12:54 PM PST Kerry Washington, rocking a grey & white tweed pleated Fendi dress, made her way to "The View" today with her co-star Tony Goldwyn (President Fitz).  And she addressed the controversy behind her character divulging in mistress activities, despite being a powerful & successful woman.   Check it inside... While on a "Scandal" mini press tour today, co-stars Kerry Washington & Tony Goldwyn hopped from "GMA" to "The View" to "Katie" today to promote their hit show. Recently, people like Star Jones (who says she's actually a huge fab of the show) took "Scandal" and its fans to task about the mistress activities.  And proceeds to call her character a whore:   The show's creator, Shonda Rhimes, tweeted (after she asked fans why they felt Olivia chose a married President over a single Senator who loves her): OH! Just read the tweets. Here's answer: Because this show is not a fairy tale & Olivia is not a role model.... I am glad you are watching & that you have strong opinions. I hope these are topics people debate about." And with controversy spinning about Kerry/Olivia Pope's role as the President's mistress, Kerry explained on "The View" today that the beauty of the show's characters is just how imperfect they are. Zulay Henao -- "I'm NOT Dating Jermaine Dupri....And I Was NEVER Engaged To Terrence Howard!" Posted: 30 Jan 2013 11:41 AM PST Apparently, Terrence Howard wasn't engaged to who we thought he was a while back.  And despite their dinner date, actress Zulay Henao denies dating Jermaine Dupri. Deets inside... When pics surfaced of Single Moms Club actress Zulay Henao out at dinner with producer Jermaine Dupri, it had folks wondering if they were dating. And it seems like JD still hasn't fund a rebound chick after Janet Jackson.  Because, according to her publicist, the two are definitely not dating.  They are...you guessed it..."just friends " who had dinner. We're also told that Zulay was NEVER engaged to actor Terrence Howard.  Apparently, Terrance was engaged to someone else and everyone reported that it was Zulay...when they hadn’t dated in years. Oddly enough, Terrence never corrected anyone and actually gave interviews about ending the engagement after a few months.  The publication could have simply assumed it was Zulay. Oh wells.  There you have it.

RED CARPET FAB: Tia Mowry & Hubby Cory Hardict Hit The "Warm Bodies' Premiere + Zoe Kravitz Hits The "Bullet to the Head" Premiere With Jason Momoa Posted: 30 Jan 2013 10:39 AM PST How sweet!  Tia Mowry smooched it up with her husband Cory Hardrict on the red carpet of the Warm Bodies premiere.  And Zoe Kravitz had some quality time on the Bullet To The Head premiere with her mom's longtime boyfriend, Jason Momoa.   Pics inside...     Tia Mowry Hardrict and her husband Cory made their way to the Hollywood premiere of the upcoming semi-vampire movie Warm Bodies.  She rocked her new short coiffed hair at ArcLight Cinemas and a cute one shoulder silk crepe black & white maxi Issa dress. Tia and her twin sis Tamera Mowry Housley just wrapped the airing of their latest season of their reality show, "Tia & Tamera".  And now Tia's filming the Nick At Night TV movie Instant Mom and will also appear in the ensemble cast for the movie Baggage Claim. Cory co-stars in the Warm Bodies movie, and will also appear in the new movie Lovelace about porn star Linda Lovelace's tumultuous life. BREAKING NEW GIGS: Alicia Keys Named Global Creative Director Of BLACKBERRY! + Jay-Z Signs Timbaland To Roc Nation! Posted: 30 Jan 2013 09:34 AM PST Not only is she dropping hit after hit these days and performing at every big event possible, but Alicia Keys was just named as the Global Creative Director of Blackberry.    Plus, Timbaland just joined the Roc Nation family.  Pledge your allegiance inside.... Alicia and her husband Swizz Beatz love a "Creative Director" title don't they?  They have yet another one to add to their arson.  At today's Blackberry 10 launch event at Pier 36 in NYC (pictured above), RIM’s chief executive, Thorsten Heins, named the androgynous dressed "Girl On Fire" singer as the Blackberry phone company's Global Creative Director.  Likely a move to rev up publicity for the brand. As for BB's newest roll out, the Z10, (that the company hopes will save it from going into oblivion thanks to the takeover of iPhones & Samsungs), it's fully touch-screen, lots of hi-tech capabilities like video in BB messenger, and more than 70,000 apps.  It's set for a March 2013 launch here in the states, and Feb. 10th in Canada. According to Alicia's website, her new role is described as the following: In her new role, Alicia will work closely with app developers, content creators, retailers, carriers and the entertainment community to further shape and enhance the BlackBerry 10 platform, and inspire creative use through its remarkable capabilities and functionality. The BK rapper took to his own Life+Times website today to make the announcement with the above pic saying: "Roc Nation welcomes TIMBALAND to the family." Timbo also produced Justin Timberlake's new "Suit & Tie" track that Jay is featured on.  No word on if Timbo will simply be managed by Roc Nation or if he will be totally a part of the label.  But we're still wondering where Jay Electronica's and Willow Smith's albums are...
