After 17 long and painstakingly Don Draper-less months, Mad Men returned Sunday night with record breaking numbers! Mad Men's two hour long season five premiere drew in 3.5 million viewers, leapfrogging season four's debut by 21 percent. As a matter of fact, season four AVERAGED 2.4 million viewers, so this means very good things for AMC! Compared to the 925K who watched the first season, Mad Men has come a loooong way! James' Fifty Shades Of Grey that is EXACTLY how things panned out! After a reportedly long and crazy fight for rights, Universal Pictures and Focus Features won out in the novel-to-feature battle!! The super steamy best seller, full of S&M and bondage, has reportedly sold for a HUGE amount!!! Yes, Twihards, this means you will be seeing characters previously based on Edward and Bella on the big screen!! You'll just have to use your imagination to picture Anastasia Steele and Christian Grey as your faves! Though the film is not yet in a rush to be made and there is no guarantee for a trilogy, TEN studios including Warner Bros, Fox 2000, Sony Pictures, Universal and Paramount were all in on the bidding war. Talk about being SOUGHT after!!! Are U excited for this film to be made??? |

Maria Menounos is gearing up for week two of Dancing With The Stars, although she's already had a minor setback! Yes, it's already happened: The Dancing curse has struck again! The Extra host is allegedly nursing a injured rib cage after her Cha-Cha with Derek Hough got a little TOO steamy. But that hasn't stopped her from pushing the limits! A source says Maria is "excruciating pain" and that she may even be hiding a rib protector underneath those stunning outfits she'll wear on the show. Hang in there, Maria!!! "Molly" is slang for the active chemical in ecstasy, MDMA. Many times, the drug use is associated with electronic music and its concerts. Probaaaably not the best thing to say... Deadmau5 took to his Facebook this morning, stating:
Ouch!!! Guess that makes for one person not listening to MDNA today! LOLz. Joel Zimmerman (Deadmau5) was CLEARLY annoyed with Madonna's advocation of drug usage as well as it commonly being linked to the music he produces...something he's been trying hard to disprove. That's pretty understandable. While we don't condone drug usage, it seems to us that Madonna was probably just trying to "fit in" with the crowd. Though, with her 15-year-old just recently caught smoking cigs, maybe Her Madgesty should pay a little more attention to the messages she's sending out. Midlife crisis, Madge?? Thoughts?? |

We can't even fathom how anyone who can afford an accountant could let this happen, but there it is. Now, the government has apparently grown tired of twiddling their thumbs waiting for the rapper to pay his dues. Obama's crew have decided to take what's theirs and garner Nas' wages until the amount is paid in full. Basically, the next time you buy a NAS album, you are paying off his taxes. LAME. That being said, we have no sympathy for this renewed trend of tax-evading celebs...it is SO not Illmatic. You have the $$$ so stop being stingy! It's only fair! | Simon Cowell: Home Invasion! Did He Narrowly Miss Being Bashed With A Brick?? Posted: 26 Mar 2012 11:30 AM PDT What a horrible weapon of choice...on so many levels! Earlier today we informed you that over the weekend, Simon Cowell suffered quite the fright upon realizing there was a home invader in his swanky London abode. We have just learned that Leanne Zaloumis, 29, had somehow evaded Cowell's fort-like security measures and smashed her way into the house via an upstairs bathroom window armed only with a brick. Upon hearing the crash, Simon rushed to investigate, finding the woman simply chilling in his bathroom. Simon's rep Max Clifford has said about the incident:
Zaloumis is being charged with aggravated burglary with intent to cause grievous bodily harm. Hmm. We wonder if she just wanted to say hey to her ENGLISH Idol or if she legit wanted to bash his head in with a brick??? Well, she definitely scared Simon, that's for sure! CREEPY! | U.S. Senators Drafting A Law To Prevent Employers From Asking For Facebook Passwords! Posted: 26 Mar 2012 11:20 AM PDT Applying for jobs can be stressful in and of itself, but what if you were required to turn over private information in order to get hired??? No need to completely sanitize your online identity just yet. Two U.S. Senators have begun investigating a practice that's been occurring where bosses' ask for info, like Facebook passwords, in the hiring process. One of the lawmakers looking into this, Senator Charles Schumer, says:
Amen to that!! Talk about invasion of privacy! Both Schumer and Senator Richard Blumenthal think the practice might be violating computer fraud laws because of its invasiveness. They also believe it's just another way of finding out information, such as religion and marital status, which are illegal to ask about in a job interview. There have even been reports of employers having potential candidates scroll through their social networking profiles WHILE in an interview, on top of requiring them to turn over passwords to these sites!!! Facebook stands by their terms, stating the practice violates their policies and the two Senators currently have a draft in the works to outlaw this.
