Bobby Brown Responds To Rehab Reports + T.I. Releases "Go Get It" Video

We've got updates on two fellas who have had their fair share of troubles.  Check our Bobby Brown's statement, via his lawyer, about his state of rehab.  Plus T.I.'s new vid...

Last week, Bobby Brown entered a confidential rehabilitation center.  And it stemmed from his March arrest for using his cell phone on a public way without a headset and the suspicion of driving under the influence. So Bobby agreed with the State of California to pursue rehab in exchange for the level of charges he would face.  And now his lawyer is speaking for him:

“Mr. Brown takes his agreement very seriously and admitted himself three weeks after concluding his honeymoon in Mexico during a break from the New Edition tour,” said Christopher Brown, Esq. of Brown & Rosen LLC. “Bobby is doing well and receiving services that comply with his agreement with the State of California.”

Bobby's wife Alicia Etheredge-Brown said today, “Bobby’s children and loved ones are very proud of him. We appreciate his fans prayers and well wishes. Bobby is mentally in a good place.”

Interestingly, Bobby's daughter Krissy hinted that rehab wasn't going as well as folks are beong made to think.  Yet and still, Mr. Brown will continue on his concert dates with New Edition and his solo concerts which includes September 1, 2012 in Orlando, Florida.

Halle Berry Spends Her Birthday With Olivier, Heads To Court Over Moving Nahla To France

Halle Berry spent her 46th birthday yesterday at Little Door club with her fiance Olivier and good friend Salma Hayek and her husband Francois-Henri Pinault (not pictured.) But today, Halle is spending the day in court proving to a judge why she should be allowed to take her daughter Nahla to France to live with her.

Halle was led out the club last night by her man Olivier.  The twosome had some fun for Halle's birthday:

But today is a different story.  Reports say Halle will be in court to persuade judges to let her take Nahla to Paris to live with her and Olivier...which means Nahla will be away from her father Gabriel Aubry.

Gabe isn't feeling the move, of course.  But Halle is using the fact that paparazzi swarm her & Nahla constantly, which puts them in danger.

She has even subpoenaed paparazzo Andrew Deetz, the man who got way too close at Nahla's school back in May and she proceeded to pop off on.  Remember this?  So if Andrew say it's indeed his job to be ridiculously aggressive, Halle may just have a case on her hands.

BACK TO WORK: Rihanna Lands In TOKYO For Huge Stadium Performances

Rihanna's beach days are over--for right now---as she's officially back to work.  The "Only Girl In The World" just landed at Tokyo Narita airport ahead of a huge gig.  Pics & deets inside....

Rocking her airport casual look of jeans and a Versace "Palace" tee, sneakers, and her new Gucci USA GG Flag Collection Boston Bag ($895).  The pop chick is across the world gearing up for her weekend performance at the biggest stadium concerts--Summer Sonic In Tokyo & Osaka.  Rih is performing Saturday and Sunday.

She appears to be hopping another plane to Osaka as she tweeted just a couple hours ago:

And it's also her dad's birthday today as she tweeted:

Happy birthday Daddy!!!! Me and pops spent his entire bday on the plane!!! SMH!!

The fashion-based reality series she produced, "Styled To Rock," also premiered this week on Sky TV in the UK.  Nice.

Though fans can't tell from looking at her, gorgeous leading lady Angela Bassett turns 54 today.  Known for her grace on red carpets, at charitable events, and the big screen, she can indeed teach a few of these yongins a thing or two on keeping it cassy...and not trashy.

Angela also continues to use her high profile image to encourage others to be their best selves. She recently teamed with Virginia State University where she recorded a PSA about education.

"ATL Housewife" Kim Zolciak-Biermann Welcomes BABY BOY KASH KADE!

"Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Kim Zolciak just welcomed her 4th child into the world.  Get the deets on her and her hubby's new bumdle of joy inside...

Kim and her Atlanta Falcon husband Kroy Biermann let the world know that last night, their second child together (and Kim's fouth), made his debut.  And the couple kept up with the K theme of names, as their newborn's moniker is Kash Kade.

Kroy tweeted:

I'm so happy to announce that today we @kimzolciak and I welcomed our 2nd son Kash Kade, Mommy and baby are doing great!

And Kim's daughter Brielle tweeted:

'BABY KASH IS FINALLY HERE :)' she wrote.

Kim & Kroy also have a 1-year-old son named Kroy, Jr., who appeared on Kim & Kroy's spinoff show "Don't Be Tardy For The Wedding".

But the real question here is...will her co-stars and frenemies like NeNe Leakes congratulate her?  Word has it Kim's screen time has been cut for the upcoming season of "Housewives," because she was so busy being pregnant and chillin' with her husband Kroy during taping.  Time will tell....

VIDEO: Beyonce Talks To Anderson Cooper About World Humanitarian Day

Last Friday, before she took the stage to record her World Humanitarian Day version of her "I Am Here," Beyonce Knowles did an interview with Anderson Cooper about her plans.  Check out their talk, which just aired in full tonight, inside...

On CNN's "Anderson 360" tonight, Beyonce and Anderson's interview was all about Bey promoting positivity in honor of World Humanitarian Day.  About how her Diane Warren-penned song "I Am Here" fits with the theme, she said:

“It says, ‘I want to leave my footprints in the sands of time’ and it basically is all of our dreams, I think. And that’s leaving our mark on the world. I feel like we all want to know that our life meant something."

And about why she's working with the United Nations:

“We all have our purpose, and we all have our strengths...it feels so wonderful to do something for someone else. And I think for the U.N. to want to include the whole world was something important, and I feel like that’s what I represent."

NBA Wives Vanessa Bryant, Kimberly Chandler & Alexis Welch Give RARE Dish On Fashion Competition Amongst Them & RICH Lifestyles

We rarely, if ever, get to hear from actual NBA wives who are married to some of the richest and most well known ballers in the league.  Now we have a peek into how catty the wives are...or aren't...with each other, plus why the fashion game is so much competition amongst them, it's a pretty interesting thing to hear.

The ladies snapped some fab pics for New York Magazine for a piece posted today on the publication's website.  And for some reason, Vanessa opened up more than ever.  Many think she's just an ice princess--since she seems to never engage with folks--who keeps a stone face while her husband is lacing her finger with yet another umpteen carat diamond ring to apologize for his infidelities, but she says that's not the case.

Vanessa on why she stays out of the limelight

“I thought things would go away, if you don’t feed into the b.s., and no one would think about you.  Now I realize I do have to talk about certain things. Still, I don’t like the limelight. There’s a lot of good you can do with fame, like creating awareness for a foundation, but a lot of negativity comes along with it.”

On if her and Kobe's marriage is on the mend

“Um, yes. We’re working on things.”

On her luxe 25 carat diamond ring

“Everyone my jeweler talked to was afraid of tension-setting it for me, but he finally found someone who wasn’t worried about cracking the stone."

On no longer needing to collect Birkins and Chanel bags

“I’m not really a handbag person anymore.  I’ve collected Birkin bags, Chanel 2.55 jumbo flap bags, and the Marc Jacobs Stephen Sprouse collection for Louis Vuitton since I was a teenager. But now, as they say, everyone and their mom is buying a Birkin or a regular size 2.55 bag in black, taupe, or beige. I’ve been sticking to a magenta suede Proenza Schouler bag.”

 

On her fashion style (while packing for the Olympics with her Chanel, Alexander McQueen, Louis Vuitton, Rick Owens & J Brand clothes spilling over)

“I’m inspired by Ann Miller and Monica Bellucci.  My mom dressed so ladylike, with high-waisted knee-length skirts, nylons, and long tailored coats, always on her way to work.” (As far as Kobe’s style goes)  For the longest time I tried convincing Kobe that he should wear things a little more fitted. And for years and years he was like, ‘I don’t feel comfortable, I feel like they rise.’ And now all of a sudden the stylist says it, and it makes sense.”

On her typical day and having NO nannies

“I think people imagine that I sit at home with all the time in the world to do my hair and makeup, but that’s certainly not the case.  I’m up at 6:30 in the morning with my kids. I’m taking them wherever they need to go.  [I don't use a nanny.]  That’s the way I was raised.  [I've never missed a sports game or practice of my daughters.]

On dealing with portable nebulizers for her daughter's asthma and feeling uncomfortable about the meds doctors push on her

“I’m not sure where she got asthma from, but I’m really careful.  When their dad’s over and he sprays deodorant, I ask him to go into another room. My youngest daughter has allergies to olive trees. We had twelve olive trees on this property, and after we took her to an allergist, I had them excavated.”

On the rumored fight with Khloe Kardashian Odom and getting special privileges from the Lakers organization

“Everything is false.  Khloé was at my 29th birthday. I don’t get involved in the drama. I’ve been with Kobe since I was 17, so I’ve seen plenty of players, and plenty of wives, come and go. It wouldn’t benefit me whatsoever to have an issue with any of them, whether they were a girlfriend, or a wife, a person-of-a-month, or … you know. And I think that’s why the Lakers as an organization give me the access that I have, that other wives don’t have.

If you notice, I am the only one allowed in that tunnel.  I don’t like standing outside and giving him a kiss in front of all the cameras. So I stand in there to get away from them. But then the cameras end up following. And if the girls are there, sometimes, that’s their kiss good night for Daddy, and when he comes home, they’re asleep.”

On pushing Kobe to win

“I love basketball. And I know what goes on behind the scenes, so I have a different perspective on things, but still, I do. I certainly would not want to be married to somebody that can’t win championships. If you’re sacrificing time away from my family and myself for the benefit of winning championships, then winning a championship should happen every single year.”

On helping Amar'e win in New York

"We all want to encourage our men and support them.  This is a partnership. We’re going to get everything balanced, and that will be reflected on the court. I’m taking care of the household, making sure the kids are straight, the dog has his food, making sure Amar’e can be a dad at the end of the day, do something that has nothing to do with basketball.  Amar’e’s going to get on the grind, everything’s going to fall into place.  This year, we’re bringing a championship to New York.”

On how Tyson woos her like Julia Roberts got pampered in Pretty Woman (the movie she was watching when Tyson surprised her with a shopping spree):

“I’m on my way home,” he said. “I want you to pack a bag and be ready when I get there.” Suddenly, she was off to the Beverly Wilshire Hotel, where Roberts’s character fell in love with Gere’s businessman, and the next ­morning, a stretch limo waited outside to take both of them to Barneys. “I was like, ‘Hello, what are we doing?’ ” says Kimberly. “And Tyson said, ‘Just come inside.’ ”

It’s a family thing, the Chandlers’ interest in fashion, and Tyson probably had as much fun on the day he arranged at Barneys as his wife. When they arrived, they were whisked into a dressing room the size of a hotel suite, with racks of clothes throughout and shoes lined up along the perimeter, Stella ­McCartney frocks and Chloé pants and everything in her size. Tyson gestured around the room, saying, “Everything you want, you can have.”  Chandler said, “Okay, good! I’ll take it all!” Slow down, slow down, he said, try some of it on. She walked out with a bounty, like a Rick ­Owens jacket with a high collar and low sleeves—it’s probably her favorite Owens jacket. And the rest? “I don’t really remember,” she says. “I know I have some pieces still.”
 

On caring for their plush home and kids

“I wanted it to feel like a Southampton estate,” says Chandler as her polite kids (“I always say, ‘You must say, “I apologize,” not “Sorry,” ’ because the word sorry doesn’t mean anything anymore,” she explains) cartwheel down hallways. “My 6-year-old is like a 30-year-old. She’s always saying, ‘Mommy, your makeup is a-mazing!’ ”

 

And "Basketball Wife" Jennifer Williams, who was once married to ex-baller Eric Williams, dropped the tea about how the other wives size you up during the season:

“Everyone at games is looking at you to see what you’re wearing.  Makeup’s not that important, but hair and the clothes, oh, gosh! There’s 82 games a year, and even if 41 are on the road, there can be three home games a week, and that’s a lot of outfits to put together. There’s pressure. You walk into the arena, and people know who you are and who you’re with. The wives are looking.”

Rihanna CONFESSES Her CONCERN For Chris Brown + Azealia Banks' BANNED "Dazed & Confused" COVER

The OWN Network has just released a longer clip of Rihanna talking about the infamous altercation she had with Chris Brown. Watch it inside and see Azealia Banks banned Dazed & Confused cover and get deets on Chris Brown and Drake being sued by Greenhouse.

On this Sunday's episode of "Oprah's Next Chapter" Rihanna reveals her state of mind right after the controversial altercation she had with Chris Brown in 2009.  Although she was angry, she admits she was more concerned with his welfare than her own as she felt the world hated him.  She tearfully said in the clip,

"I lost my best friend... everything I knew switched -- switched in a night. And I couldn't control that. It's not easy to interpret on camera, not with the world watching.

I felt like the only person they hate right now is him. It was a weird, confusing space to be in.

Because as angry as I was -- as angry and hurt and betrayed -- I just felt like he made that mistake because he needed help. And who's going to help him? Nobody's going to say he needs help, everybody's going to say he's a monster, without looking at the source. And I was more concerned about him."

In other controversial news.....

Dazed & Confused has revealed the September cover of Azealia Banks which has been banned in several countries.  The Sharif Hamza-shot pic shows Azealia smoking a condom like it's a cigar with the headline, "Azealia Banks Blows Up."  Apparently this is too risque for shelves.

BONUS:

Entertainment Enterprises Ltd., the company that owns the "Greenhouse" brand outside of NYC is suing both Chris Brown and Drake for the altercation that went down at Greenhouse in NYC. In the $16 Million suit, the company claims Chris and Drake,

"shared a grudge against the other arising out of their romantic relationships with the same woman" and "began to fight violently with each other."

The suit continues with very dramatic language about the evening saying,

"Each arrived with his own small army of bodyguards, 'security' personnel, employees, friends and other members of their entourage consisting of at least 15 heavily built men trained and/or experienced in hand-to-hand and weapons combat."

It even adds, that the two groups "fashioned deadly weapons out of whatever materials they could find, including glasses, alcohol bottles and furniture."

We'll let you know if a judge takes the bait.

COUPLE QUICKIES: Gabrielle Union & Dwyane Wade Boo'd Up In Switzerland + Tamera Mowry-Housley Celebrates Hubby's Birthday & Her BABY SHOWER!

We've got cutesy couple snapshots of Gabby & D-Wade & a very pregnant Tamera Mowry-Housley and her hubby.  Check it inside...

The "Tia & Tamera" star may be about ready to pop with her new baby boy on the way, but twin actress Tamera still made time to host a cutesy 41st birthday get together for her husband Adam Housley in their new Napa Valley home.  And at the same time, having her baby shower.

The glowing mom-to-be gave her hubby a San Francisco Giants MLB themed vanilla, chocolate and caramel Cold Stone Creamery ice cream birthday cake.  Yum!

And it was also Tamera and hubby's baby shower day, hosted by her twin Tia Mowry Hardrict, her best friend and her cousin Jerome.  It was all taped for the twins' reality show.  Here's a few sweet pics:

And over in Switzerland, Gabby Union was swept to yet another country during her boyfriend Dwyane Wade's off season.  The twosome jetted from London over to Lake Geneva yesterday to attend a Hublot event.  And they looked happy as pie to be sipping champagne, looking fab and living it up.

Dwyane kept it dapper in his neutral two-toned double-breasted Tom Ford suit and custom designed DelToro shoes.  While Gabby kept it sexy in an Alexander Wang dress, Brian Atwood shoes and a Mulberry bag. Kissy kissy!

Rick Ross Talks Being A Correctional Officer With ROLLING STONE + Trey Songz DECLARES R. Kelly "King"...And ENDS Beef!

The biggest boss Rick Ross COVERS the latest issue of ROLLING STONE where he finally talks about being a corrections officer. And also his weed addiction, those seizures, and gay marriage. Find out what he said inside and get deets on Trey Songz putting his R. Kelly beef to bed.


It turns out the 50 Cent was right. At one point in time, there really was an "Officer Ricky."  In the latest issue of ROLLING STONE, rapper Rick Ross opens up about his past as a corrections officer.  The rapper with the #1 album in the country right now claims he used to "wash his hands" of past misdeeds after he saw his BFF go down with 10-years for drug dealing.  He revealed,

"This was my best friend, who I ate peanut-butter-and-jelly sandwiches with, and pork and beans with, my buddy, my partner, my number-one dude. Suddenly I'm talking to him over federal phone calls. Hearing the way it was building, I knew I couldn't take nothing for granted."

"My homey's father was a huge influence on my life, too . . . He was the one who was like, 'Yo, go get a job somewhere, man. Go be a fireman. Or go be a fucking corrections officer. Just go sit down somewhere."

Here are other highlights from the interview:

 On his seizures and smoking too much weed: "I'm most definitely an avid user, a pothead, however you want to look at it. I call it green caviar. It's like a short vacation – it helps me chill out. And people really love it when I chill out, because I can really be a dickhead."

On going to a small Christian school: "They wanted me to learn the Ten Commandments. I told them I didn't really have time for that right now," recalls Ross, who eventually made his way back to public school and excelled as an offensive lineman in high school football. "I got through high school on my popularity and shit," Ross says. "But my grades was never good. I was never good at math."

On the Colorado theater shooting: "Such a cowardly act.  I think we all have a right to bear arms, whichever amendment that is." (Even assault rifles? He shrugs.) "I got 'em."

On freedom of speech on gay marriage issue: "Chick-fil-A obviously took their stand. That's their right – the same way the pro-gay people are taking their stand. I believe everybody got the right to live their own life the way they want to." (So does that mean he'd support a Chick-fil-A boycott?) "Naw. I love that spicy chicken."

LOL!  The issue hits stands on Friday and his latest LP (which is the hotness by the way), God Forgives, I Don't, is in stores now.

 

 

In other music news.......

Trey Songz and R. Kelly have ended their "beef" as the Chapter 5 crooner declares him the a "king" of music. A couple years ago, Trey got a little big for his britches saying R stole Aaron Hall's whole steez.  Now, he's playing nice:

"I love R. Kelly. He recently said that he would love to work with me, said that he's a fan of mine and that's very special to me," Trey told MTV News. "I can't really explain how much that means to me. He's been an influencer and an idol for me for a long time. We had our differences and right now we're in a great place. No matter how well I do, [R. Kelly] is the king forever in my eyes."

Earlier, R. Kelly had his own positive words for Trey and warned young artists to avoid beefs.  He told MTV News,

"I feel there's a lot of talented guys out there when it comes to R&B, and what I urge guys out there to do, that's coming up under me, [aiming for] longevity, is to stay away from beef."

"Stay away from beef, stay true and respectful to music and to the ones that inspired you to do what you do. I think that's going to be the key to having longevity and it's also going to be the key to keeping R&B alive. You don't want R&B singers to get into beef. Leave that to the rappers, let them do that — R&B, be classy. That's for the ladies and having babies and having fun."

Kenya Moore & Porsha Stewart (Almost) OFFICIAL "RHOA" Castmates + Kanye Gets Served A Subpoena By Kris Humphries...In A Nordstrom Box!

It's (almost) official!  We posted pics of Kenya Moore and Porsha Williams-Stewart getting cozy with the current "Real Housewives of Atlanta" over the weekend at Wonderland Kids Safari fashion show.  We've been saying for motnhs now both ladies are rumored to be the castmates.  Now, we hear they've officially signed a contract with Bravo. 

 

Deets inside, plus how Kris Humphries just served Kanye West papers to get back at his estranged wife!

Porsha and Kenya were schmoozing front row at the fashion show this weekend with current 'Housewives" NeNe Leakes & Phaedra Parks for a reason.  According to In Touch Weekly, the two have officially signed their contract with Bravo to become the new additions to the cast.  It's officially Bye Bye Marlo!

Porsha is married to retired football player Kordell Stewart (New Orleans!).  And beauty queen Kenya...well I guess we'll just have to find out how she will fit into this since she mainly lives in L.A. (but calls Atlanta her second home and has been staying there during taping) and is single.  In Touch reports:

Bravo has signed on former Miss USA Kenya Moore. The 5’10” beauty has lots of experience in front of the camera, with roles in Waiting to Exhale, Deliver Us from Eva and I know who Killed Me with Lindsay Lohan.

Porsha Williams-Stewart, who is married to football player Kordell Stewart, is also joining the cast. She was recently spotted attending castmate Cynthia Bailey’s launch party for her new P.T. Rose Moscato in Atlanta.

Filming has already begun, a source says, and the fresh blood comes just in time. “Kim Zolciak and NeNe Leakes are still not speaking,” an insider tells In Touch. “So these two will add some very needed new drama and storylines.”

Bravo had no comment about the new developments, but other reports also claim that Kim’s role on the show will be cut down significantly because of her new pregnancy.

What we already knew is being confirmed....kinda.

Speaking of reality stars, Kim K.'s estranged husband, NBA baller Kris Humphries, just dropped a doozy on her new boo Kanye West.  Disguised inside of a Nordstrom box (Kris knew exactly how to get Kim or Kanye to open something), Kris' lawyers served Kanye a subpoena to appear in court for the divorce proceedings.

Why?  According to TMZ, Kim's lawyers claim they don't know what it is Kris wants exactly, but he is stuck on "putting reality tv on trial" because he feels their whole wedding was a sham.  And Kris wants to bring Kanye into the mix since he and Kim started dating 5 minutes after she filed for divorce.

Looks like Kanye is already gonna end up in court over his "perfect b*tch."  Good luck with that...
