Mel B.'s youngest cute little munchkin accompanied mommy to work on Sunday. Instead of chillin' during the weekend, Mel had a business meeting in Sydney for her show "X Factor Australia," which just premiered today. So she brought 11-month-old Madison along. And left her hubby (Madison's dad) Stephen behind as it was a day for the girls.

Working a figure hugging pale pink and black mini dress and sky high heels, Mel B. managed to balance her baby girl and work yesterday in preparation for today's "X Factor Australia' premiere. The newest judge for the fourth season of the Aussie spinoff show brought her cute little girl to a business meeting on Sunday at Sunrise Studios. Madison had her blankie and Winnie the pooh stuffed animal in tow to keep her company. Awww. Mel did a guest judging stint on the "X Factor UK." So now that she's a mentor and a judge for the Aussie version, she says she's muc more involved with the contestants. No days off for her. Here's a little sneak peek of Mel in action. Nicki Minaj used Twitter to lash out at her Barbz who are upset she had to cancel her upcoming European performances. See what she said inside....
Following the advice of her doctor, Nicki Minaj pulled out of shows at Britain's V Festival & in Dublin at the last minute due to bruised vocal chords. And apparently, many of her fans got a little pissy. Nicki wasn't too happy that people attacked her for focusing on her health so she cussed them out on Twitter this morning saying:

| Rapper Juvenile ARRESTED...Again Posted: 20 Aug 2012 08:48 AM PDT
Rapper Juvenile was arrested once again last night in Miami. The mugshot and deets on the foolery inside... After performing with former Hot Boys member Lil Wayne at LIV nightclub last night, Juve was arrested around 7am this morning at the Fontainebleau Hotel (home to LIV) where a "disturbance" was taking place. The 37-year-old was booked for disorderly conduct after reportedly, he was involved in a brawl with approximately 100 people that started inside the club and then spilled over outside. He is being held on a $500 bond. This makes Juvenile's, government name Terius Gray, fifth arrest in the last 11 years. One of those arrests was a 2001 incident where he cracked a champagne bottle over someone's head....in Miami. By the way, there was a warrant out for his arrest in New Orleans this past February for failure to pay child support for his 13-year-old son. Reportedly, he hasn't paid in five years. The judge ruled that if he paid $50,000 (of the $160,000 owed) immediately, he could avoid jail time. No word on if that happened or not. Dude is too damn old to be fighting at the club... It was a night for do-gooders as VH1 hosted the 2012 Do Something Awards at Barker Hangar in Los Angeles last night. Pics of KeKe Palmer, Draya Michelle, Nicole Murphy, Ne-Yo and plenty more hitting the blue carpet inside... The awards, which have been an annual event since 2007, honor those under 25 who are trying to make a difference in the world. But you don't have to be under 25 to cop an award. Do Something Award nominees and winners "represent the pivotal "do-ers" in their field, cause, or issue," according to the website. Actress/singer KeKe Palmer kept it chic in a simple white knee-length form fitting dress and a pair of black pumps for the occasion. Loves her.
Nickelodeon's "How To Rock!" star, Cymphonique Miller, hit the carpet with her dad Master P.
will.i.am may still be looking for his missing car, but he found time to hit the carpet for a good cause.
Nick Cannon was there to receive his award.
"Basketball Wives: LA" star Draya hit the carpet in a flowing white dipped hem dress and strappy heels. Not loving the look honestly, but her new hair color is cute.
VH1's "Hollywood Exes" stopped by the carpet and looked fabulous while doing so. Mayte Garcia, Nicole Murphy, and Sheree Fletcher all held it down nicely.
Nicole just looks ridiculously amazing these days.
Flo Rida hit the carpet before performing on the awards. Of course, his girlfriend Melyssa Ford was his date. Interesting.
Miami Heat champ Chris Bosh received an award last night and had his wife Adrienne on his arm:

After receiving mixed reviews, the film Sparkle grossed $12M at the box office over the weekend. Get the deets on what place it finished in the top ten inside.....
Sparkle, the Whitney Houston & TD Jakes-produced remake of the 1976 classic bowed into the box over in 5th place this weekend with $12M in ticket sales. Though the flick was out-grossed by films like The Expendables 2 and The Bourne Legacy, SONY only spent $14M to make it. So the film should make the company's money back and then some. By the way, Sparkle was shown in close to 1500 LESS theaters than many of the movies in the top 5. Movie insiders added that the film's audience was skewed toward an older female demo, but it reportedly met box office performance expectations. Singer Jason Derulo tweeted his girlfriend, star Jordin Sparks, about the film saying,

In a custom snakeskin dress with a deep plunging neckline and a slit up to the high heavens, Laura Govan showed off her even sleeker bod for all to see last night in L.A.:
She paired her sexy dress with a pair of nude studded Louboutins. The busy reality chick is set to release a workout DVD soon geared for working moms, a feature film in the works (with Anthony Cherry, Draya, Ester Dean & Mechelle Epps), writing a new low carb/low calorie cookbook, and season 3 of "BBW LA", which is currently being filmed, starts September 10th on VH1.

Rihanna's much anticipated sit down with Oprah aired Sunday night on OWN. In case you missed it, check out the full interview inside... The pop star looked more comfortable than ever as she had Oprah chillin' on her home island of Barbados. The twosome talked about everything from career, to what growing up in Barbados was like, to that fateful night in 2009.
