| Rep. Gabrielle Giffords Shooter Expected To Plead Guilty To Charges This Tuesday. Posted: 05 Aug 2012 12:20 PM PDT It's about time that justice was served for this. Jared Loughner - the man responsible for the Tuscon, Arizona shooting that left six dead, and 13 others, including Rep. Gabrielle Giffords, injured - is expected to plead guilty to the charges against him this Tuesday. Apparently, the 23-year-old has so far been deemed mentally incompetent to stand trial, but according psychiatric experts, he is now sane enough to comprehend the nature of his crimes and will enter the plea, most likely in bid to avoid the death penalty. We sincerely hope that he is ready to face the consequences of his horrific, devastating and senseless actions. |

Scary Movie 5 has secured itself a built-in audience by officially signing both Lindsay Lohan as the franchise's new replacement for Anna Faris, and bringing back alum Charlie Sheen, who previously appeared in the third and fourth editions! Oh yeah, and Ashley Tisdale is in this one, too! MAYBE SHE'S THE NEW BRENDA?! We hope not! We want Regina Hall back again! Sources close to production reveal that shooting is expected to begin soon, as to make a January 11th, 2013 release date, fresh off the heels of Paranormal Activity sequel it's expected to spoof!
