Welcome to Sunday morning's wrap-up of all things Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes. Fortunately, there wasn't a huge news dump on Friday or Saturday, although there are these new photos of Katie entering and exiting her New York lawyer's office. Sources ("sources") told the tabloids that Katie was seen crying and looking kind of sad and rough on Thursday while she was out with Suri… this would have been two days before these photos were taken. According to Us Weekly, Katie was out to lunch with Suri and some friends but Katie had to take a phone call on her cell. Sources say Katie seemed "flustered and upset" and she was seen wiping away tears. Then, on Friday and Saturday, Katie was spotted at her lawyer's office (the photos in this post):
Yes, there has been movement as far Tom's potential divorce filing in California. Radar claimed last week that Tom wouldn't be able to file any divorce paperwork in CA because Katie had already gotten the ball rolling in New York. TMZ reports that Tom and his team now know that they're going to have to "fight" Katie on her own turf, in NY, and TMZ makes it sound like Tom and Katie are now trying to negotiate this thing quietly:
People Magazine had a more sympathetic version of this (sympathetic to Tom) too – their sources claim Tom "doesn’t want his family dragged through the mud… They both love their daughter.” One of People Mag's sources also says that Tom could be open to Katie having primary custody of Suri but "any agreement would have to include generous visitation for Cruise." The source says, "There’s no world where Tom won’t be seeing Suri.” UGH!! While I think it's good that Katie and Tom (and their lawyers) are discussing everything like adults, I would like to see Katie stay strong on custody. Sure, Tom has a right to see Suri (I do believe that) – but that right should come with court-ordered restrictions about Suri's potential CoS education (no go) and Suri's potential time with Scientologists. Is there a way to do make that kind of agreement? Because there's still a very real possibility/probability that Tom could still brainwash Suri even if he only has limited access to her. People Magazine also spoke to an LA family law attorney named Steve Mindel who says, "I’m sure Tom Cruise’s attorneys are doing all they can behind the scenes to negotiate with Katie’s side to calm the situation. Ultimately, neither side would want a messy public case to avoid bringing emotional harm to their daughter. Don’t be surprised if Katie quietly retracts her divorce filing and they eventually agree to an amicable divorce and settlement." See… I don't think Katie would mind a messy custody dispute. As we keep saying, she's got nothing to lose. This is her fight, and I hope she doesn't get talked into negotiating away her upper hand.

These are some new photos of LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian taking a "ride" on his Harley yesterday. Should I even bother analyzing the body language in these photos? Eh. As always, LeAnn looks like she's trying to prove something, like, "OMG, my husband is such a badass and I'm his sexy biker babe!" Her outfit is particularly horrendous – does her shirt really say "Crème de la crème"? Ugh. FALSE ADVERTISING. I checked LeAnn's Twitter to see what she's been tweeting about lately, and I was surprised to see that she's been keeping her tweets to a minimum over the past week. That's so surprising – even during holidays, LeAnn finds a way to make, on average, about 20 tweets a day. She did telegraph her intentions to be a biker babe though, tweeting on Friday night, "Night beauties! Gotta get these crazy allergies to go away. Got a Harley ride to enjoy with my baby tmrw. Sweet dreams!!!" She also tweeted about getting a sushi lunch with "Eddie and the boys. The boys made up for this morning cause they sat like little angels at the dentist office for an hr. They even came in to check to make sure I was ok. They are smooth She tweeted this video of Eddie and her BFF Darrell “rocking out” in the front of an SUV while she sat in the back. She’s not allowed to sit in the front with Eddie? LOL. In other LeAnn news, she's going to make an appearance on The Talk tomorrow, Monday. I don't know why? Maybe something about an album. And did you know? All of this time, I didn't know she had a Pomeranian puppy named Virgo! It's true – Virgo has been around for years, apparently. She tweeted a photo of him a few days ago too:

First of all, I appreciate that Angelina Jolie never changes. She loves a sack dress, always and forever. No matter the occasion – awards season red carpet or just an international flight – there's always a sack dress to fit the mood. These are photos of Angelina arriving in Sarajevo on Saturday. She brought Shiloh, Pax and I think Zahara (is that Empress Z behind Jolie?) to Sarajevo from England, where Angelina is filming Maleficent in a series of cow pastures (???). Angelina made the trip with three of her kids – and no Brad!!! – because In The Land of Blood and Honey was being screened at the 18th Sarajevo Film Festival, and Angelina was designated a "special guest". She was also in town to receive her honorary citizenship! Lest you think that Angelina merely arrived in her long, black red carpet sack and didn't bother changing for her appearance at the film festival – you're wrong! Angelina did change. You can see the photos of her appearance here. She also flashed her giant engagement ring which… I'm sorry, I still don't really like. Maybe it's just the lighting, but the diamonds in her ring consistently photograph as a really weird/ugly yellowish color. Us Weekly reports that during Jolie's appearance, she spoke with "young actors, directors, screenwriters, producers and film critics from the region about her own writing and directorial debut." One of the students said they were "impressed" and Angelina even fielded questions about her work with the UNHCR. I saw this story last week but I didn't cover it because I thought the quotes were old and I was sure we had already covered it. Turns out, not so much. Turns out, Tom Hardy can't stop talking about what a needy bastard he is, and he uses the same kind of wording in different interviews. Previously, I covered an interview in which Tom said:
[Via previous Celebitchy story] At the time, I discussed how this kind of statement – especially from TOM HARDY – was a turn on. A lot of you yelled at me for getting turned on by Tom's emotional vulnerability and neediness, but you know what? I'm still going to own it. This turns me on. You can yell at me – I know I'm really f—ked up about men. This is one of the many reasons I'm not married. This kind of thing really does it for me, though. UGH!!! HARDY!!!!! Anyway, Tom has a new interview in Company Magazine in which he's talking about being a "Skype father" and once again, he brings up his neediness. Jesus Christ. Tom Hardy could take me roughly wherever he needs me. Bless it. Some highlights from the interview:

Not only does he use similar phrasing to talk about his neediness, but he also asks the rhetorical (or not so much?) question, "That sounds worthy, doesn't it?" Basically, I get the feeling from these interviews that Tom is dealing with his own issues and he worries that the people he loves – his fiancée, his son – won't think he's "worth" the trouble. I give him credit for honesty – when was the last time a major actor talked publicly about being a needy bastard? Don't say Chris Evans!! He's neurotic, true, but he talks about himself in a completely different way. Tom talks about himself like… he's been through the program. Which he has – this is a man who is in recovery from his addictions. That's a particular kind of self-awareness, and Tom wears it well. SO HOT.

Did you know that Justin Bieber owns a $100K chrome wrapped, Fisker Karma electric car? True story. I'm including some photos of the car in this post – it's actually a really beautiful sports car and I would love a ride in it, in general. If I had The Bieb's money. I would drop $100K on a fancy sports car too, and bonus points for getting an electric car too. I think the problem I have is that it's all chrome? It's pretty to look at, sure, but it seems so impractical. I had a white car once and you could see everything, every little ding and scratch and speck of dirt. Is it the same on a chrome car? Anyway, The Bieb has his fancy chrome car. And he uses the car whenever he's in LA, like he was at the end of last week. The Bieb was in town with his still-on girlfriend Selena Gomez, although there are rumors that they're having problems. The Bieb was driving around – with a bodyguard, it seems – on Friday during the day when he was pulled over by a California Highway Patrol officer. Guess how fast Justin was going? 100 MPH!!! On the 101, which is… what? What's the speed limit on the 101? 65 MPH? Probably, something like that – Google says it might be 55 mph in some places. Allegedly, Justin told the officer that he was "evading the paparazzi" but no one knows if there were paparazzi tracking him at the time. The Bieb was cited for speeding and given a ticket. Apparently, it was such a weird/awful situation that people were calling 911 to report Justin's driving antics:
Yikes! Bieber is lucky he only got a speeding ticket, although I guess if he was a pretty white female crackhead with a nice rack (see: Amanda Bynes, Lindsay Lohan), he probably would have just gotten off with a warning. If that. Oh, well. It's nice to see the state of California try to bring at least one celebrity to justice.

Last year, Lily Allen was finally able to carry a pregnancy to term and she and her husband Sam Cooper welcomed a daughter they named Ethel Mary Cooper. Lily became pregnant with Ethel after she had a devastating miscarriage when she was six months the year before. Ethel was also born just five months after Lily wed Sam in a lively country wedding. Which means that Ethel is… about seven and a half months old right now. And that Lily and Sam have been married for a little more than a year. Anyway, British gossips are now saying that Lily is pregnant again. Lily and Sam haven't confirmed it yet, although they seem to be operating in some sort of weird half-private/half-public hybrid in which any outlet talking about them could be publicly slammed, so God knows:
If she's already three months along right now, that means Lily got pregnant only about four or five months after giving birth. I mean, I understand that she loves being a mom and she wants another baby. But I'm also growing more and more concerned about the state of her poor body. This is the third pregnancy for Lily in two years' time. After this baby, I hope she takes a break and gives her poor body a rest. I know that sounds concern-troll-y, but I swear it's genuine concern. My heart broke for her when she miscarried and I do wonder if her system can handle another pregnancy so quickly. I hope for everybody's sake that everything goes well.
