Travis Barker Opens Up About Fatal Plane Crash, Fear of Flying

Travis Barker is terrified to fly!

And can you blame him?

His plane crashed a few years back and killed everyone onboard except for him and DJ A.M.

It's nothing to hang his head over. There are a TON of phobias, and the Blink-182 drummer doesn't suffer from the majority of them.

Aichmophobia, for example, is the fear of needles but Travis is stained with more ink than Gutenberg's printing press!

Still, he wants to conquer his fear because it'll set an example for his kids and even make his impending tour easier.

Travis recently said:

"I'm contemplating getting knocked out and getting on a plane to Australia. I want to overcome that eventually. When I do, I think it's going to be Qantas. They never had a crash, never had a fatality."

Those are drastic measures but we understand the sentiment.

Katie Holmes: Divorce Mastermind!

Oh, she's good!

We have MORE proof that Katie Holmes had been planing her escape from Tom Cruise for well over a year!

We've heard that the secret agent actress had already settled into her new apartment, changed her phone number and hired a new Cruise-free staff by the time the divorce papers were filed!

Obvi, that shiz doesn't happen over night -- but it may have taken longer than we previously thought!

New reports suggest Katie started scheming her split back when she started hanging out in NYC.. TWO years ago! Our source says:

"She spent part of every month for the last two years in New York, possibly as a precursor to filing for divorce in that state, where residency is required."

It's clear Katie filed in NYC because, unlike Cali, the state of New York can look into the issues causing a need to file for divorce and use those in judgement.

If she decided to do her paperwork on the East coast over a year ago, AND was able to hide it all from Tom, we are srsly impressed!

Nice! This is the kind of news that is going to make our whole week!

While earlier this week there were murmurs that Khloe Kardashian is in strong talks to host the newest edition of X Factor in the U.S., a FOX insider has told PerezHilton.com EXCLUSIVELY that Khloe has nothing in the can yet. In fact, there is another gal WAY further ahead in the running and we think, if all goes well, she'll end up being the network's choice!

Sources are reporting to us that Kelly Osbourne is FOX's top pick to host the show, explaining that her years of experience on television AND in music give her the edge against the Kardashian sis.

Our insider reveals:

"Everyone loved Khloe, but honestly, she doesn't have enough hosting experience. Kelly, on the other hand, is pretty well-versed. Production is definitely leaning towards Kelly."

That's sounds VERY promising to us -- and we couldn't be more THRILLED!!!

Our fingers are crossed for you, Kell. What an amazing opportunity for one of the best and brightest in the biz! OMG! Kelly, Demi AND Britney! AN OVERLOAD OF WONDERMENT!

Courtney Love Is In MORE Legal Trouble: Sued By Her Ex-Assistant

Courtney Love's former lawyer, Rhonda Holmes, is in the process of suing her for libel, but now the singer's ex-assistant is getting in on the legal action too!

Jessica LaBrie is claiming that Love withheld her salary after she refused to "commit fraudulent, unlawful, and unethical acts."

Those acts include hiring a computer hacker and counterfeiting legal documents. The former assistant also alleges that she often worked 60 hours a week while employed by Love between June 2010 and July 2011, but wasn't even paid her full salary!

Aye ye ye! Why does everyone in this woman's life turn against her?

It may be time for Love to adopt some form of professionalism because she scorned Ms. LaBrie so badly that the assistant is also shopping around a tell-all book about her former boss titled Get Me a Xanax.

Catchy title. Ha!

One Direction To Go Rock For Second Album??

The boys of One Direction want to stay Up All Night...and rock out??

Sounds like the boyband is looking to shed some of their boyish charm and get a little edgier on their second album!

As we reported previously, now that they've wrapped their sold-out North American tour, the guys have been in the studio recording the follow-up to their massively successful first album!

One Direction plans to drop the album by the end of 2012 -- just before embarking on their global 2013 tour dates -- and soon, will be working with US soft rock group, Boyce Avenue!

Boyce Avenue's Daniel Manzano revealed:

"We're meeting up to see what they think of some ideas we've got for them. We've got a studio right by the beach, so it's a cool place for bands to come and write with us."

Very cool!

Though, don't think Boyce Avenue will give One Direction their best songs -- they want to keep those for themselves! Ha!

We are interested in hearing what kind of tunes they'll come up with for the boys!

Kris Jenner Is Playing With Fire! Marriage To Bruce Could Crumble…

Remember the scene in Sex and the City 2 when Carrie (now married to Big) meets up with ex-fiance Aidan... AND THEY KISS!?

Well... it looks like Kris Jenner might just be taking a page from Michael Patrick King's fictional betrayal.

For everyone Keeping Up With the Kardashians, you already know her marriage to Bruce Jenner is strained. And honestly, as much as we love the momager for her fierce work ethic, it can be heartbreaking to watch Bruce sometimes (fake or not).

But even though they've shared their ups and downs, nothing compares to the latest trial they've faced -- animator Todd Waterman.

Todd was the man she cheated on Robert Kardashian with. And now he's back... and he's causing havoc for Bruce's state of mind!

The National Enquirer apparently has a photo of the two in a "clandestine hug!" The latest issue details the heart-wrenching tale, with sources revealing:

"Kris told no one, but she did go out with Todd, and it was an electrifying date. Kris walked out of the restaurant where they'd met looking like the cat that ate the canary. It's so obvious that she still carries a torch for him. I don't think [Bruce] can believe that Kris has had the audacity to keep it up with Todd when their marriage is on the line. Bruce would feel totally betrayed if he actually knew the length and breadth of Kris and Todd's current relationship. They had continued to feverishly e-mail each other, flirt and text. I think Kris is covering up a lot of secrets and lies… Bruce's feelings are still raw. I don't think he can take much more, and will be wondering what else Kris is up to behind his back."

Oh shiz!

We hope this is all FALSE! FALSE! FALSE!

Look. Everybody makes mistakes. There's no judgement here. But if this is true, and Kris is looking for something else, we hope she handles Bruce's feelings in delicate hands before going any further!

And also -- we've looked him up. Todd worked on movies like Mulan. That's pretty impressive. But Bruce is an Olympic god! We need Bruce around. Who else is gonna play comedic relief golf with Scott?

Daniel Tosh Angers Audience And Fans After Rape Joke

The Laugh Factory seems to be a dangerous place for a lot of comedians that have a tendency to stomp past the line of decency.

Back in 2006, Seinfeld's Michael Richardson went on an infamous racist rant at the club while responding to a heckler. More recently, Dane Cook received backlash from fans and comedians alike after a "vicious, misogynistic, cruel, and arrogant" set, but now it's Comedy Central star Daniel Tosh's turn to feel the heat.

The comedian apparently made some VERY insensitive comments about rape jokes always being funny last Friday and one woman spoke up by saying, "Actually, rape jokes are never funny!"

A Tumblr account, which details the offended woman's experience at the El Lay comedy club, explained:

"After I called out to him, Tosh paused for a moment. Then, he says, 'Wouldn't it be funny if that girl got raped by like, 5 guys right now? Like right now? What if a bunch of guys just raped her…' and I, completely stunned and finding it hard to process what was happening but knowing i needed to get out of there, immediately nudged my friend, who was also completely stunned, and we high-tailed it out of there. It was humiliating, of course, especially as the audience guffawed in response to Tosh, their eyes following us as we made our way out of there. I didn't hear the rest of what he said about me."

Yikes! If that account is accurate, those comments are pretty awful!

The Tumblr spread like wildfire throughout the web and has since prompted the Tosh.0 star to issue some sort of an apology on Monday, when he tweeted:

He also clarified his intentions behind the "joke" by adding:

We think it's safe to say that some awful things in the world just shouldn't be made fun of.

Britney Spears & Demi Lovato: We Stormed Off X Factor Because…

This is going to be the greatest season of any musical competition show ever!

Not only do they have Britney Spears, they have her storming off the set -- with Demi Lovato too! And LA Reid!

Just yesterday, we heard all about Britney's latest get-up-and-go during a Greensboro X Factor audition. Our beautiful princess just couldn't stomach it anymore after a hopeful botched You Drive Me Crazy.

After the bedazzled man gave his, um... intriguing tribute, the three judges just got up and left... leaving Simon Cowell alone to tell the man she didn't quite understand his gesture.

But they're all explaining their actions now. And to our pleasant surprise, they're being completely honest! According to them:

"It was just horrible. The truth is he was horrific. We just couldn't take it anymore. But Simon has a little more tolerance and more patience than we do."

Demi

"I was really uncomfortable because I was like, 'Oh my gosh, he's on the floor crying because he thinks he's done such a good job.' I felt so bad. I laughed at first, but then I felt bad."

BRITNEY, B*TCH

"I was following [Demi]. I was taking her lead. She was like, 'Let's go!' And I was like, 'Okay.' It was our dinner break, anyway. I usually can't look when they're bad."

LOL!!

Has Kris Humphries' Bootycall Girl Screwed Kim Kardashian In Divorce Battle?

Uh-oh!

It looks like Kris Humphries' ex bootycall girl's fake pregnancy may be a problem for Kim Kardashian!

At least legally, as the reality starlet's lawyers had subpoenaed Myla Sinanaj in hopes that her testimony could have compromised her soon-to-be ex's claims that she had defrauded him in their 72-day-marriage!

According to a source:

"Myla had absolutely been telling her friends that she was pregnant with Kris' baby. Everyone in Kris' camp, including the NBA star, thought Myla was indeed pregnant. No one could get a straight answer from her. Kim's lawyers are certainly going to have to re-think their strategy to determine if they still want to depose Myla. Myla would easily be impeached under questioning from Kris' lawyers. Yes, Kris did hook up with Myla, but they were never in an exclusive relationship."

And it certainly doesn't help her credibility that her own LAWYER even fired her due to her inability to tell the truth!

Guess it's back to the drawing board for Kim and her legal team!

It will certainly be inneresting to see how this whole divorce battle develops now, won't it?

We'd be lying if we said weren't excited to watch the claws come out!
