Has The X Factor Driven A Wedge Between Britney Spears And Jason Trawick?

Oh no! We seriously hope that this isn't true!

While part of Britney Spears' deal with joining the judges panel of the second season of The X Factor garaunteed her fiance, Jason Trawick, a producing gig with the reality competition, the couple have reportedly realized that being together AND working together may not have been the best call...and now, their relationship is on the fritz!

According to an insider:

"Their relationship has been majorly rocky ever since she started filming The X Factor. They are constantly fighting about everything, and it isn't good. When Jason left his job at William Morris Endeavor in May 2011, it was under the impression that he was going to be managing Britney's career, but that hasn't happened. Now he feels like he is the househusband and errand boy in the relationship, and that isn't what he signed up for. Part of his role as co-conservator is to be with Britney every second that she is on the set of The X Factor, and he is getting fed up with it. He is constantly having to discipline her because of her erratic behavior on the show, which is creating major riffs in their relationship as well, because Britney doesn't like to be scolded or told what to do. The mixing of business with pleasure has really damaged their relationship, and they are both really unhappy at this point."

Aww! Poor things!

It certainly isn't always easy to be involved with someone on both a personal and professional relationship, we just seriously hope that they can keep their work problems on set and focus on their relationship off of it!

They've always seemed like such a happy couple!

We wouldn't want to see that destroyed because of a show!

Jon Stewart Bashes ABC News For Falsely Linking Colorado Shooter To The Tea Party

Jon Stewart may be an outspoken liberal, but he doesn't let his political views get in the way of pointing out ignorance.

During ABC's breaking news coverage of the tragic Dark Knight Rises shooting in Aurora, Colorado, George Stephanopoulos shared with millions of viewers that investigative reporter Brian Ross found something that "might be significant."

Ross then told the anchor that the alleged gunman, James Holmes, has a page on the Colorado Tea Party website.

First of all, we're not even sure why that "might be significant." Unless, of course, Ross wanted to create an unnecessary link between the conservative political party and a mass murderer.

Secondly, it wasn't even the same guy! Ross at least noted that "we don't know if this is the same Jim Holmes," but then again, WHY would he bother reporting it then!?

The Daily Show caught the slip and did not take it easy on the veteran newsman. Watch the clip (above) to see Stewart skewer Ross for his lazy reporting and not even having the decency to apologize for it!

Caroline Manzo: Teresa & Juicy Joe WILL Divorce!

Caroline Manzo says Teresa Giudice and Juicy Joe are donezo!

The redhead Real Housewives of New Jersey matriarch claims Teresa has pushed her husband to his limit, leaving the couple short on options and doomed to divorce.

According to Caroline:

"Teresa wants it all, and I think that the demands she put on him led him to make decisions that weren't the best. And I think he resents her for it, and he's going to pay the ultimate price for it."

And by "ultimate price," Momma Manzo means Juice Joe is going to prison!

If that DOES happen, Caroline has bleak expectations for his and Teresa marriage:

"Prediction: Something may happen where someone has to go somewhere. Teresa's going to have to pull herself up on her bootstraps and take over. She'll say, 'You know what, I tried. I stood by him, but I have to divorce him now. And I'm gonna show my daughters what it's like to be strong and independent on your own and survive. You heard here first."

Her prediction may be correct!

Even Bravo has low expectations for Joe and Tre's future! We heard the network has offered Teresa a spinoff show -- barring that Joe actually is sent to the slammer.

Poor Tre! She's been through so much this year, it would be heartbreaking to see her life fall even further!

Estate Executors Support Temp Guardian For MJ's Kids After Video Leaks Of Janet's Scuffle With Paris

With each new development, our hearts break for the children in this family a little more.

Surveillance footage from the Jackson family compound in Calabasas was just leaked and now we understand why cops were forced to intervene!

Paris and her brothers arrived to hugs and smiles from Janet and Randy Jackson, but things got ugly real quick.

Janet lectured her niece about using Twitter to air the family drama and we can only imagine that Paris responded with something like:

"You kidnapped my grandmother and haven't allowed me to speak with her for over a week. And you did it for a piece of my Dad's estate. Perhaps you shouldn't lecture me about the moral obligations one has to family."

But, hey, we're only speculating!

Whatever words were exchanged after that, Janet felt the need to grab for Paris's cellphone.

She swiped, she missed. She swiped again! She missed again!

Paris and her aunt Janet were likely seconds away from fisticuffs when Randy thankfully stepped in and pulled Janet away!

Now we're learning that Michael Jackson's estate executors are seeking a temporary guardian for Paris, Blanket, and Prince.

We really can't blame them!!

Nine days is a very long time for children that young to be unsupervised.

We realize Katherine Jackson was whisked away to Arizona, in all likelihood against her will, but these children are victims of neglect and it's time for outside intervention.

Orlando Bloom And Miranda Kerr Are A-Okay!

Phew! This had us worried yesterday!

Despite reports circling yesterday that Miranda Kerr had been spotted not wearing her wedding ring and her relationship with Orlando Bloom was on the rocks, the Victoria Secret's model's rep has said that the couple are in no way splitting!

They say in a statement:

"There is absolutely no truth in the headline or story."

Thank goodness!

They always look so happy when they're out with their adorable little Flynn!

But ultimately, we hope that whatever happens between them, they just ensure that it's with their child's best interest at heart!

Bomb Scares & Law Suits: Dark Knight Shooting Aftermath

The Dark Knight Rises mass-murder orchestrated by former neuroscience student James Holmes has gone down as the most excessive shooting in recent American History.

After such a disturbing and tragic incident, anxiety across the nation is at a peak, and ANYTHING that could lead to residual violence is being taken VERY seriously.

Yesterday, two 'suspicious' parcels elicited a bomb scare at the University of Colorado Anschutz medical school, instigating hysteria and immediate police action. The campus was evacuated, and haz-mat experts, along with a specialized bomb-disarming robot, inspected the packages - one slipped under a professor's door, the other in the school's mail system. Thankfully, it was discovered that both packages were harmless.

Neither package is believed to be connected to Holmes, who was in the process of withdrawing from the school at the time he chose to open-fire on a packed movie-theater, killing 12 and wounding 59.

Now, Torrence Brown, an unharmed eye-witness who watched his best friend get fatally shot in the chest by Holmes, is seeking compensation for the extreme trauma he suffered early Friday morning.

Torrence has quickly gotten legal aide and is targeting the Aurora, CO Century 16 Movie Theater where the shootings occurred, claiming it was negligent for not having more secure exit-doors.

He is also suing Homes' doctors, as Holmes was allegedly on a cocktail of prescribed drugs during his rampage.

Lastly, Torrence is turning his sue-happy gaze on to Warner Bros. because of the excessive, violent nature of The Dark Knight Rises, which his lawyer is claiming fooled the audience into thinking Holmes was simply part of the show.

Hmmmm.

We're sorry, but how can Torrence believe that by suing all three of the aforementioned parties, it will somehow rectify, or prevent happenings of this nature...

There is one man and ONE man only who deserves blame here, and his name is James Holmes.

Boston Rejects Chick-fil-A! Supports Rights For Gays!

What wondrous, inspirational news!!

Major props to the city of Boston, who dismantled plans to introduce the ig'nant, no-homo, fast food joint Chick-fil-A into their cobblestone surroundings!

The execs of the super popular restaurant were hoping to bring their waffle fries and special sauce to a spot near Boston's famed and historic Freedom Trail...

But only SOME are free to eat the crispy chicken, right guys? Ha!

The Atlanta-based chicken-sandwich chain is notorious for supporting anti-gay groups, and Chick-fil-A's president Dan Cathy recently said gay marriage is "inviting God's judgment on our nation."

In response to this hateful statement, Boston's Mayor Thomas M. Menino expressed Thursday:

"Chick-fil-A doesn't belong in Boston. You can't have a business in the city of Boston that discriminates against the population. We're an open city, we're a city that's at the forefront of inclusion. That's the Freedom Trail. That's where it all started right here. And we're not going to have a company, Chick-fil-A or whatever the hell the name is, on our Freedom Trail."

Boston has joined the likes of numerous celebrities AND The Jim Henson Company, who have publicly stated they do NOT support Chick-fil-A's prejudice practices.

As much as we miss ourselves a spicy, peanut-oil fried chicken sandwich, standing up for equality, respect, and tolerance is infinitely worth it!

Hooray for gay! Down with Chick-fil-A!

Kendall And Kylie Weigh In On Kimye!

And it appears that they APPROVE!

That's right, when Kendall and Kylie Jenner were recently asked about their half-sister Kim Kardashian's relationship with Kanye West, they had nothing but just LOVELY things to say about the rapper...although they didn't seem to be sure if wedding bells would be in the pair's future anytime soon!

Kylie revealed:

"He is very sweet. We've known him for a long time. Kim and him have been friends forever. He's been nothing but nice."

While Kendall elaborated:

"He's amazing. Kim is so happy. I don't know [about a potential wedding]. If that makes Kim happy."

Well, gurl, if she's happy with Yeezy now...we would think that a possible union would make her even MORESO! LOLz!

But why rush when things are already going so well?

Either way, we're just so happy to see that Kim's got the support of her family behind her!

Now all she has to do is focus on getting that pesky divorce finalized so she can focus on her future!

Jennifer Hudson & Family VINDICATED! William Balfour CONVICTED Of Murder Charges! Will Serve THREE CONSECUTIVE LIFE SENTENCES!

Justice has finally been served.

In a Chicago courtroom this morning, William Balfour was denied a bid for a new trial and was officially convicted of the murders of Jennifer Hudson's mom Darnell Donerson, her brother Jason Hudson, and nephew Julian King.

Jennifer was present at the hearing, where the judge looked at William in the eyes and said, "Your soul is as barren as dark space."

He then decreed that William will serve THREE CONSECUTIVE LIFE SENTENCES in prison for his crimes, despite William's pleas of his innocence.

There isn't a soul alive who believes you, buddy -- and while it will never bring Jennifer's love ones back, at least you will really PAY for what you did to her and her family.
