Janet, Jermaine & Randy Jackson BANNED From Their Mom's House!

This Jackson family drama is really getting rather sad...

It seems as though the mess of a family feud has taken yet ANOTHER turn for the worse!

Reportedly, Janet Jackson and her brothers Randy and Jermaine have been BANNED from even entering their mother Katherine Jackson's home!

Just last week, we mentioned how Janet and MJ's daughter, Paris, got into a scuffle outside Katherine's home, which led to police being called!

And of course, that argument all started when Katherine reportedly went "missing," as she took a little breather in Arizona.

Can you really blame the poor woman??

Now, with Kim Kardashian's teenage dream the kids' cousin, TJ Jackson, as their temporary custodian, he's been "advised by Michael's estate representatives to keep certain members of the family away."

A letter given to Momma Jackson's security, written by TJ's attorney, reads:

"As for the family members who are on that list, they were either at the house on Monday, July 23, 2012, or in some way participated in the events surrounding that date.

In addition, Mrs. Jackson is completely free to talk to whomever she chooses and is free to come and go from the house with anyone whom she chooses."

The letter is supposedly "in compliance with Judge [Mitchell] Beckloff's order."

It's all such a shame, seeing as the Jackson family matriarch is 82 years old and all of this added dramz and stress cannot be good for her...!

Not only that, but we're sure this is just about the LAST thing Michael would have wanted -- his family fighting over his estate after his passing.

In the words of MJ..."with such confusions don't it make you wanna scream??"

We hope everything gets settled soon...life is far too short!

Dick Cheney Calls Sarah Palin 'A Mistake' For Vice Presidential Nominee

This week, Sarah Palin heard what no child of a political party ever wants to hear -- she was "a mistake"!

During his first interview since receiving a heart transplant, former Vice President Dick Cheney expressed unmistakable regret for John McCain's decision to pick Palin as his running mate in 2008.

He explained:

"That one. I don't think was well handled ... The test to get on that small list has to be, 'Is this person capable of being president of the United States?'"

Ouch! Clearly, he doesn't feel that she could be capable of fulfilling the duties of the POTUS, but wasn't trying to attack her personally -- he was simply being honest! George W. Bush's right-hand man continued to explain:

"I like Governor Palin. I've met her. I know her. She – attractive candidate. But based on her background, she'd only been governor for, what, two years. I don't think she passed that test…of being ready to take over. And I think that was a mistake."

For his part, Senator McCain has defended his decision after hearing Cheney's comments and told Fox and Friends:

"Look, I respect the vice president. He and I had strong disagreements as to whether we should torture people or not. I don't think we should have. But the fact is, I am proud of Sarah Palin, I am proud of the job she did, I am proud of the job she continues to do. So, everybody has their own views, and I respect those views, but I am proud of what we did."

Even Cheney's daughter, Liz, stepped forward in support of Palin and tweeted that she was "more qualified than Obama and Biden combined."

For the record, Joe Biden was a U.S. Senator for 36 years before he became the Vice President of the United States. Sarah Palin was a governor for two years before becoming a vice presidential candidate.

Emma Stone Switches Spiders For Cameron Crowe!

Now isn't this some sort of animal conflict of interest?!

Fresh off of promoting the sh*t out of The Amazing Spiderman, AND securing multiple trophies at the MTV Movie Awards, Emma Stone is ready to LEAD in Cameron Crowe's forthcoming love-themed flick!

Mr. Crowe has directed contemporary-classic films Almost Famous and Jerry Maguire, so we are vurrrry intrigued as to what subtle, emotional, humanistic movie-juice pours from his clever noggin!

Hmmm we wonder who Emma's leading lover-man will be? It would be TOO convenient to cast Andrew Garfeild, and she's played Ryan Gosling belle-beau on a few occasions...

Maybe it's time her and Jonah Hill to reunite so it feels so good? Ha!

One Direction And Ed Sheeran To Play In The Olympics

One Direction has qualified to represent Britain at the Olympics!

The boy band will perform in the games' synchronized singing competition MASSIVE closing ceremony!

So far, nothing has been officially confirmed. Howevs Ed Sheeran, who is rumored to be joining the band on the international stage, certainly didn't deny the rumors. Ed told reporters:

"If I was to play the closing ceremony, I might be playing with quite a big rock band and I might be playing one of their most famous hits. Might be. And if I was doing that, it would feel quite fun, I think, and it would be quite a moment for me. But that's if I was doing it."

So.... that's a "YES!"

And it's absolutely fitting! There is no one (other than Adele) who could better represent British music of the moment.

With The Who, Queen and even the Spice Girls already set to perform -- the closing ceremony is shaping up to be BIGGER than the main event!

Hopefully Niall Horan recovers from his illness before Aug 12! We'd hate for him to miss the band's biggest gig yet!

Michael Douglas And Matt Damon Are In Love On The Set Of Liberace Biopic

Matt Damon sure can be a pretty man when he wants to be!

The former Bourne franchise star was spotted sporting a wig while getting cozy with Michael Douglas on the set of the HBO Liberace biopic, Behind The Candelabra.

Damon plays the fabulous pianist's lover, Scott Thorson, in Steven Soderbergh's film which chronicles their rocky relationship. The couple had a five-year romantic relationship that eventually led to Thorson filing a $113 million lawsuit against the entertainer.

Although 41-year-old Damon is a little old for the role of Liberace's lover, who was only 17 when they met, we're excited to see his performance opposite of Douglas!

Jury's still out on whether or not we're going to enjoy watching them make out though....

The first sneaky peek at the set of American Horror Story season two and it's so... scary SEXY! Ha!

Show co-creator Ryan Murphy tweeted this bone-chilling snap (above) of newbie cast-member Adam Levine getting all sorts of intimate with a character splattered over the brick wall, appropriately named Bloody Face.

Adam recently tweeted his OWN feelings about shooting the second installment of the horror anthology, tweeting:

AHS' sophomore season is set during the 1960s in a mental institution for the criminally insane, and Adam is playing one half of some romantically-bound duo called The Lovers...

How erotically eek-inducing!

Robert Pattinson Finds Sanctuary In California, NOT In London!

What a disappointment!

We were totally gonna use that as excuse to book a flight back to London town!

Monday, we discussed the surprising sighting of Robert Pattinson on Brick Lane. But as it turns out, that's just a rumor (or at least that's what his sources want you to think.)

According to a 93 Feet East staff member, Robert was nowhere to be seen in his supposed post-affair cave:

"I've checked with bar staff, security, door staff, promoters and no one saw Rob at the club. No one. The website said he was in a cap and with his sister, so I guess he would have looked like anyone, but someone would have seen him. The club was packed so someone would have seen."

Multiple sources say he's keeping low in the Golden State...

Hmm... inneresting, inneresting. But we do find it a bit shocking that the paps have yet to spot him if that's the case.

Better for him, though! He's getting all the rest he needs while he cocoons post-heartbreak. Soon he'll emerge as the strong, sexy butterfly we all know and love!

Cameron Diaz THREATENS Jessica Biel's Relationship With Justin Timberlake!!! (Wait, Huh?!)

A new rumor has come to light regarding the HIGHly anticipated wedding of Prince Justin Timberlake and Lady Jessica Biel.

As you know, we've been looking forward to this royal union for quite some time now, so you can imagine the eye-rollage we gave when we heard Cameron Diaz was posing a threat to Lady Jessica!

You seeee, Cameron has admitted in the past:

"Justin and I had a journey together and still do. It changed, but I'm fine with that and so is he. I will always love the man in so many different ways."

And according to the rumor, poor Jess hasn't felt secure since! One source says:

"Jessica has always been threatened by Cameron's close relation­ship with Justin. And she believed Cameron was saying that if Justin was having second thoughts about the wedding, she would be waiting for him with open arms. Jessica was deeply concerned that Justin could be getting cold feet about marriage, she basically told him [in Puerto Rico] that if he didn't cut contact with Cameron, he could forget about marrying her."

Nope! Not believin' it!

Cameron has never seemed like the type to sully something as beautiful as JT+JB.

She's about as drama-free as you're gonna get in Tinsel Town!

One Direction & Alicia Keys To Slay The VMA Stage!

Earlier, we mentioned just which of your favorite music artists got honored with some nominations for this year's MTV VMAs!

While the ceremony isn't until September, fans can start to get amped for performances from One Direction, Alicia Keys and others who will soon be announced!

The upcoming VMA performance is a pretty big deal for the Brit boy band especially, seeing as it's their very FIRST time taking the stage at the show!

1D member Liam Payne stated:

"We're really looking forward to the VMAs. It's quite nerve-racking as well, because obviously there's been so many historical moments and stuff that have happened at the VMAs. Now we want to make a moment ourselves, but who knows?"

Definitely exciting! We wonder what the boys have stored up those tailor-fitted sleeves of theirs?!

Liam continued:

"I think performing at the VMAs is such a huge occasion. I think it ranks up there with one of the best performances we'll do so far."

Heartthrob Harry Styles added:

"It's a big occasion to perform at the VMAs, and we're here for our fans. So this one's for our fans."

Big, indeed...or shall we say, MASSIVE? LOLz! Though, we hope Liam doesn't jinx it!

Still, the What Makes You Beautiful crooners have much to celebrate regardless, seeing as they are also up for two Moonmen, including Best Pop Video and Best New Artist!

We're sure Directioners will be voting away until the polls close on August 24, to ensure their Brits take home those awards on September 6!

And of course, you know we'll have ALL the best moments covered here!!
