| The Democrats Are Adopting Same-Sex Marriage As A Party Platform!!! Posted: 30 Jul 2012 01:40 PM PDT This is AH-mazing news!!! Word on the street is that the Democratic party is joining together to ENDORSE same-sex marriage in its official platform at the upcoming convention. Even better is that officials unanimously agreed on the new stance which "not only backs marriage equality, but also rejects DOMA and has positive language with regard to the Employment Non-Discrimination Act." Although LGBT activists have been pushing toward this for DECADES, the wheels really started turning once Vice President Joe Biden dropped this nugget of support:
The rest was history because Barack Obama came out in full support of same-sex marriage soon after and now he has led his entire political party to do the same! The doctor convicted of killing the world's most famous pop star busts out by performing a science experiment for the judge! Oh, wait. This is real life?! LOlz!! Conrad Murray, the doctor convicted for the manslaughter of Michael Jackson, has a new cockamamie scheme he hopes could get him exonerated! In 2011, the courts sentenced Conrad to a four year jail sentence after determining he was the man responsible for the King of Pop's Propofol overdose. The now former doctor still insists they've got the wrong man, though. And he's convinced chemistry is his key for an early release! In a new petition to the judge, Conrad's lawyers claim forensic testing on old evidence should reveal Michael injected himself with the fatal dose. He may be calling on deaf ears, however, as his two similar appeals were already denied. Does Conrad make a fair point or is he trying to connive his way out of punishment? [Image via WENN.] |

| Fan Shot Outside Of Jason Aldean Concert!! Posted: 30 Jul 2012 11:50 AM PDT Oh no! A concertgoer was shot in North Carolina after a Jason Aldean concert ended Friday night! The victim was transported to a nearby hospital for medical treatment when a gunman opened fire in the parking-lot post show. This is horrible!! At this point, it's unclear exactly how the event unfolded though Jason claims it involved traffic at the venue. On Saturday, the singer expressed his sentiments via Twitter. He said:

We guess in ending her talk show, some doors that had remained closed since 1998 -- with her role as Sethe in Beloved -- have FINALLY reopened!! Check out the Mighty O (above) on set in New Orleans! Werk that wig, Mz. Winfrey! Oprah will be playing the role of Gloria Gaines, in the film which tells the tale of a former White House butler who worked over the course of THREE decades! Other stars featured alongside Oprah? Liam Neeson, Robin Williams, Nicole Kidman, Lenny Kravitz and Oprah's on-screen hubby, Forest Whitaker...just to name a few!! Of course, the one thing on everyone's mind is...what's going to happen when KStew and Robert Pattinson have to promote Breaking Dawn - Part 2, come October?! Well clearly we aren't the only ones stressing about the TOTALLY impeding awkwardness! Reportedly, Rob and Kristen are required to make joint appearances for the Twilight flick, including attending the movie's premiere together! So, how's RPatz feel about it all? A source revealed:
