Things are getting INSANE!!

Unless you're just waking up, we're sure you're well aware of Kate Middleton's topless photo scandal!!!

Angry and upset, the Palace has already commenced legal action against the French magazine that's publishing said photos.

But the Closer editor stands behind the mag's actions, and now she's even saying there are MORE, RACIER pics she hasn't published!

Laurence Pieau explains:

"I won't hide the fact that there are more intimate pictures that exist that we haven't published and will not publish. These images are full of joy, not degrading."

Umm... what's "more intimate" than the future Queen of England being topless with her charming Prince???

Sex photos!?!

Her statement has everyone buzzing with curiosity! Like why did she even bring it up???

Will she use them as the carrot to dangle in front of the Palace's lawsuit???

Though the two have been a rumored item for months now, Mario Lopez got the goods when he just straight-up asked her about it on Extra!

Seemingly somewhat shocked but joking, she replied:

"You're an asshole! Mark and I are fine. We're happy just dating."

Of course, Mario and Eva are good friends, so no harm with the profanity!

Kate Middleton All Smiles Following Topless Photo Tornado

She might be fuming on the inside, but gurl's still graceful on the outside!

After finding out that photos of her topless time with Prince William was being published by France's Closer magazine, Kate Middleton finished eating breakfast and went about the rest of her plans with head held high.

Not only did she and Willz want to visit a mosque in Kuala Lumpur, they had a Diamond Jubilee tea party to attend with Jimmy Choo!

And through it all, Kate is all smiles. William, on the other hand, looks a lil' pissed every now and then. But hey, his wife was majorly disrespected.. so who can blame him???

As one source explains:

"These photos are clearly a blatant invasion of privacy. They are obviously taken with a very long lens and capture Kate and her husband relaxing, on private property, where they had every expectation of complete privacy."

"This is not the same scenario as Prince Harry who basically set himself up for the fall. Kate has done nothing wrong and it is disgusting that a magazine, which is published in a country with some of the strictest privacy laws in the world, is allowed to go ahead and publish this rubbish."

"It doesn't go without note that this is the country where William's mother was chased to her death by overzealous photographers, it seems inconceivable they should be allowed to get away with this."

Though the cover of the magazine has already been published on Closer's website, the physical issues won't go on sale until Saturday.

But now that the Palace is pursuing legal action against the mag, who knows now!! Maybe the four-page-spread will never see the light of day. Slim chance, though...

The indie film star on set of the the big budget flick Thursday -- looking VERY intense.

Perhaps Jena is using "method" acting to play the role of District 7 victor and total lunatic, Johanna Mason! Though, we wouldn't advise it -- 'cause bitch is crAAAzy!

Mz Malone wasn't the only Tribute on set for the first day of filming!

We also spotted Peeta Josh Hutcherson having some chit-chat with some other Hunger Games newbies. Aaaaand got our FIRST glimpse of Sam Claflin, as Finnik Odair!

Kate Middleton's Topless Photos Published; Editor Defends Magazine's Stance

Kate Middleton is furious enough!

But just wait until you read this statement from Closer France's editor! It's only gonna add fuel to the fire!!

Kate's boobs are everywhere now, thanks to some nosy paps who saw her sunbathing on a private estate, and Laurence Pieau defends the magazine's actions.

After publishing the photos of a topless Kate and Will (on the cover and in a four-page-spread), Pieau says:

"These photos are not in the least shocking. They show a young woman sunbathing topless, like the millions of women you see on beaches."

Not shocking?? Then why did the magazine publish the photos with the headline that translates to "OMG! THE PHOTOS THAT WILL GO AROUND THE WORLD!" ??? Hmm??

Also, it's the royals! Of course it's shocking! C'mon now...

Meanwhile, the UK edition of the mag has released the following statement in vague opposition to the French edition:

"Closer magazine UK is published by Bauer Consumer Media. The French edition meanwhile is published under a licence by a totally different company, an Italian business called Mondadori."

"Closer magazine UK would like to make it clear that the two publications make entirely independent editorial decisions. In this respect the comments made by the Editor of the French edition which have reported in the media today do not reflect the opinions of Closer magazine UK."

"Closer magazine UK was not offered any pictures of this nature and certainly has no intention of publishing the photographs of the Duchess of Cambridge which have been published in France this morning. Closer magazine UK takes its obligations under the PCC Code extremely seriously and would never publish topless images of a member of the Royal family on its cover or otherwise."

Classy!

Obviously the Palace is super upset over all of this. And according to Kate's rep, legal action will be pursued! You can bet on that!!

UPDATE: The French editor now says there were even MORE "intimate" photos she refused to publish. Things just keep getting saucier by the minute!
