With Tameka Raymond hoping to reopen their child custody battle that she lost recently, singer Usher has filed a motion that he hopes will prevent that from happening. Deets inside... According to TMZ, Usher Raymond has filed a motion he hopes will stop Tameka Raymond's bid to get a new trial in their child support case. Tameka is claiming that since Usher's lawyer previously gave campaign contributions to the judge in their case, his ruling was biased. So she wants another shot at proving her case. Usher cried foul claiming that her motion was "an assault on the integrity of the court." He argues that it would be time-consuming for every judicial case to be reversed simply because of campaign contributions. He added that the motion "constitutes a continuum of [Tameka's] vile and unsupported claims that every person who dared testify against her ... is biased and tainted." Goodness. We'll see how this turns out...... |

The Obama girls aren't the only ones growing up gorgeous. Aoki & Ming Lee Simmons were spotted arriving to the Lincoln Center for NY Fashion Week shows last night, and we can't help but notice how much they're taking after their modelicious mom, Kimora Lee.

Rocking her shades and a sequined black jacket with jeans, Russell Simmons' youngest daughter Aoki Lee (who just turned 10 a few weeks ago) stepped into Fashion Week like she owned it. And we love it! A slim & trim 37-year-old Kimora accompanied her daughters (no Kenzo), and is looking more gorge than ever. Papa Russell was on hand too to accompany his ex-wife and both his daughters to the shows:
Wouldn't be surprised if we see Aoki and her 12-year-old big sis Ming walking the runways in a few years. Fab family!

Last night in L.A. was a huge night in music for the industry folks. Check out the YBF celebs who made their way to the BMI Urban Awards at the Saban Theatre in Beverly Hills, and honoree Mariah Carey doing what she does best: Look glam, love on her husband Nick, and accept tons of praises from her celebrity friends.

Before Mariah accepted her BMI ICON Award, which recognized her prolifically successful and influential songwriting career, she received a hot tribute from producer Jermaine Dupri, gospel singer Karen Clark Sheard, R&B crooner Joe rocking “We Belong Together,” Eric Benet, who offered “One Sweet Day,” and "American Idol" alum Fantasia belting out “Hero.”
Fanny even took it to the audience to belt it out to the icon.

"BBW LA" stars Draya Michelle and Malaysia Pargo are in NYC for Fashion Week. And they stopped by Power 105.1's The Breakfast Club where they dished on Draya's reputation and "ho deletion." Watch the interview inside....
The ladies spent some tie chatting it up about season 2 of their show and their private lives. As Angela Yee remarked that Draya's character on the show has become more likeable, the subject of her past reputation came up. When asked if she was a "ho," Draya said,
So she admits she used to be a ho? Interesting. But when she is with someone, Draya revealed that she is the jealous type. She joked that she is a crazy, jealous girlfriend who stalks her boyfriends. "I act like everybody's baby momma." And when asked if she does threesomes with ex-boyfriend Chris Brown and Karrueche Tran, she shut down the rumors saying, "To clear everything, Chris and Karrueche are in a relationship; there are no three-somes. Her and I are friends." She added, "If you know Karrueche and you know how they run their relationship, she is not an insecure person. She got her man." While talking about relationships, Malaysia said that she is very secure in her marriage to NBA hubby Jannero...but don't expect to see it on the show. She's keeping that private saying, "My career standpoint is mine, and his and his. You’re not gonna see me on the basketball court." She also announced that since her Three Beats jewelry collection for kids is doing so well, she plans to create a new women's line.

Wiz Khalifa must be riding on a natural high today as he turns 25-years-old and is living his dream. The rapper is deeply in love with fiance Amber Rose and just announced he's becoming a father in a few months (like he always wanted). And with his career in music taking off (despite his newest album getting pushed back to a TBD date), we can expect to see a lot more from Wiz as he's got a new mouth to feed. Jenny served as a celebrity guest for the show's finalists who were showing off their finale collections. Jennifer looks amazig...and divorce has done Heidi GOOD.

Daylight didn't stop fashion loving Olympian Sanya Richards Ross from dressing super sexy in bedroom lace at the Peter Som show. Something kinda hot about this look though. Loving her hair too.
Sanya's actually got her sexy together for several shows. Not mad. She instagramed, Was looking forward to @rebeccaminkoff's show all week and she didn't disappoint! The collection was breathtaking! Can't wait til' Spring! Sparkle actress Carmen Ejogo also attended the Peter Som show.
Tika Sumpter posed for the paps outside of Lincoln Center. Loving her fashionista look for the shows. In between shows Adrienne Bosh tweeted, A girl starts playing dress up around age 5 and never really stops! Love it :)
Selita Ebanks was also spotted posing on the steps of Lincoln Center. Nothing like a simply chic and sexy little black dress for any ocassion. She worked it perfectly.

Chris Brown is all about staying on the straight and narrow these days. And as part of his judge ordered community service (and because it's good for the soul), Chris spent some quality time with the kids over at the Jenesse Center, a domestic violence intervention program, in LA. Breezy was spotted spending some quality time with the kids at the Jenesse Center in LA recently. The center is the oldest domestic violence intervention program in LA. And the 2012 MTV VMA winner was there to cheer up the kiddies:
Chris provided the kids with back-to-school materials and also sponsored The Change Youth Conversations series this summer. CEO Karen Earl spoke about his involvement saying, "It is our focus on family violence and its impact on youth that compelled us to open our hearts and our doors to Chris Brown and his mother, Joyce Hawkins. Chris and his mom have spent many quiet hours at our facilities, no cameras, no special attention or entourages – they just came to learn. Jenesse is thankful to Chris for spending time with our youth and celebrating the end of summer and returning back to school.” And Chris spoke about the center and domestic violence saying, “It's in my heart to show my fans, my friends and family and the families at Jenesse who stood by me, that they were right to give me another chance," says Brown. "I'm working hard to make them proud.” Famed actress Halle Berry is also involved with charitable efforts around the center. Nice! |

Evelyn Lozada appears in the latest issue of PEOPLE--with a photoshoot and all--where she breaks down her relationship with estranged husband Chad Johnson. And she reveals that abuse had happened BEFORE the headbutt as well. Get the deets inside.....
In the latest issue of PEOPLE, "Basketball Wives" star Evelyn Lozada revealed that she was ready to settle down and be a wife and mother when all -ish went left. She says that she was unloading groceries from the car for a big dinner she was about to make when she found a receipt for condoms. "I'm not naive. I didn't think he was going to be perfect, but three weeks after we got married? I felt like he was not even trying." She says at the point she was done and demanded a divorce....she didn't want to try to work it out. And that's when it happened. An enraged Chad headbutted her, "I had blood in my eyes. I was tasting it." Interestingly....this wasn't the first time "something" like this happened, according to Ev. The reality chick told the magazine she wouldn't go into detail because of Chad's kids, but some other situations jumped off previously. She added, "I always knew (to back down) when he got that look in his eye." Hmmm..... She ended by saying she'd always love him but, "I don't care what the argument is, or who the man is, this should never be tolerated." Chad hasn't responded to the article yet but earlier this week, he posted, “Divorce? Child please ... that’s my WIFE." Um Chad.......we really think the marriage is over. After the 2012 MTV VMAs, Lil' Wayne rocked the mic at Playhouse where he celebrated the released of his Dedication 4 mixtape and his new line of headphones for Beats By Dre. Deets inside.... Last night at Playhouse in Hollywood, Lil' Wayne hit the stage to debut his new custom red Beats by Dr. Dre Pro headphones. Yep, they are the ones he was rocking and jamming to DURING the VMAs last night. He also performed tracks off his Dedication 4 mixtape alongside his YMCMB crew.
Drake was in attendance and got the crowd hyped.
Dre, Forbes' #1 Hip Hop Cash King who banked over $110 in cash off his line of headphones last year, and DJ Drama were both at the performance.
Bad Boy Machine Gun Kelly gave the glossy red headphones his approval.
LMFAO's Sky Blue was there too.

Tamar & Vince took their "Meet The Herberts" reality show to London last night as they filmed at the Audley Bar. The blonde and banged Tamar looked cute and casual in her snakeskin leggings, grey & black shirt and leather biker jacket. All while carrying her fave black Birkin bag.
She even took time to snap pics with some fans. Sweet. The couple's show premiere son WeTV on September 20th, by the way.
Back in L.A., "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star NeNe Leakes was also spotted out with her (former) hubby Greg: She flashed a huge ring while zooming away in her vehicle last night. NeNe's been living the Beverly Hills life more and more as she's starring in the new NBC show "The New Normal."
