In what seems to be black leather chap-like pants over her denim shorts, singer Cassie rocked the combo with her blue & white Nikes, turquoise Birkin bag and a grey/neon yellow tee and leather hoodie. Cassie can pull off pretty much anything, but did she pull this one off? DO WE LOVE IT?!

And the YBF chick continues the fab work with new promo shots for her upcoming Two Eleven album. Check 'em inside, plus see what she had to say about almost giving up on music... Looking simply stunning in a colorful satin belted robe dress and showing those legs in bright blue pumps, Brandy serves it up for her newest promo shoot for her upcoming album. And we love it. She looks grown, sexy and more sure of herself than before.
As her "Put It Down" single featuring Chris Brown reached #5 on the Billboard charts yesterday, B Rocka revealed to her Twitter followers that she previously thought her music career was done:
This is her first time in the Top 10 since her "What About Us?" single featuring Kanye West a decade ago. Two Eleven drops October 16th. And the 33-year-old couldn't appear more ready. Brandy's also gearing up for a special concert for her album on November 11th in D.C. It goes down at 8p at the Howard Theater....and it's standing room only. Work.

Rapper Young Jeezy is kicking off his birthday celebrations extra early. He's not turning 34 till October 12th, but he got the ish started last night in Atlanta with a black tie event at the Biltmore Ballroom. Pics inside of Usher, the "R&B Divas," and more who all came out to celebrate... Your fave rapper who still keeps it all the way real brought out the black tie power for his birthday bash last night. With Funkmaster Flex DJ'ing, celebs and locals partied it up with the Snowman himself, Jeezy.
Usher came through to wish his homie a Happy Birthday.
"R&B" Divas star KeKe Wyatt (with her husband of course) hit up the party looking fabulous post-baby.
She kicked it with her co-star Syleena Johnson and her hubby.
Former "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Lisa Wu made a golden appearance. She still looks great. Comedian Tony Rock hit up the blue carpet.
And tweeted a pic with who he called his "new friends." We're sure...
Tyler Perry's "House of Payne" actress Demetria McKinney looked pretty in orange for the party.
And a 4-tier cake fit for a king was delivered with sparklers and more. Fab times. Jeezy's having his second birthday bash this Saturday in Atlanta....hosted by party kingpin Diddy.

This time, it's boxing champ Floyd Mayweather and his "Money Team" homie Ray-J hitting up Diamonds of Atlanta last night. Stacks on deck....and replacement strippers (so they seemed) in the mix. Floyd & Ray-J rained a reported $50,000 on these chicks last night in the ATL. All because they just needed something to do, and apparently showering thousands of dollars on ass is hip hop's #1 past time. Peep the pics:

Rihanna rocked a pajamas inspired look on the red carpet of her former Island Def Jam boss Jay-Z's Grand Opening VIP party at the Barclays Center last night in Brooklyn. In a currency printed blouse and pants from the Acne Resort 2012 line, Rih Rih and plenty of celebs made their way to Jay's 40/40 club inside the arena.

Nicki Minaj just landed herself a trilogy of specials on E!. It's not the reality show series that was reported by other sources yesterday. But E! gave the official word today that Ms. Minaj will indeed be featured on the network this November.
Deets inside... It's not a full reality series, but you can expect a few specials around Nicki Minaj to air on the E! network this fall. According to the network,
The pop chick and sometimes rapper will likely be doing a special very close to her 2010 MTV special "My Time Now". Will you be watching the inside look into Roman, Roman's mama and all Nicki's other multiple personalities? |

Alicia Keys, pictured above in London today visiting Capital FM radio for promo of her new Girl On Fire album, is featured in an official President Barack Obama campaign video released today. The singer and activist Alicia Keys offers a behind-the-scenes look of a day on the campaign trail and encourages those supporting the President to get involved. The vid features Alicia’s recent trip to Philadelphia, PA where she discussed what’s at stake in this election and the importance of getting off the sidelines. The video is below: And Sam Jackson is also in a new Obama campaign video where he's telling folks to WAKE THE F**K UP. If you get past the language, it's pretty funny and some real talk:

And it's am 18-year-old co-ed dressed in denim-on-denim with a popped collar and looking cute outside Pyne Hall dorms on Princeton's campus. The Princeton alumnus was the topic of an article by the Princeton Alumni Weekly where old friends of the First Lady were asked about who she was back then. Shaquille O'Neal was on daddy duty yesterday as he took his kids to The Grove in L.A. We've got pics of celeb dads spending time with their kiddies--even doing some controversial ish--inside....
Shaq's kiddies (who he shares with ex-wife "Basketball Wives" star Shaunie O'Neal) got a shopping spree form daddy yesterday. Shaq and the kiddies hit up The Grove, and the whole crew was in tow--Myles, 14, Shareef, 12, and Shaqir, 9, and daughters Amirah, 10, and Me'arah, 6. Now that he and girlfriend Hoopz have broken up, and the NBA season is on a break right now, he's got a lot more time to spend with his brood of kids. By the way, he copped the Father of the Year award by the National Father's Day Council last June.
These kids love the cameras.
Diddy is in L.A. making his publicity rounds. So the mogul took some time to shower mani-pedis on his twin daughters, D'Lila & Jessie. Cute! He posted the above pics saying:

After these pics surfaced online of Snoop and his 18-year-old son Corde sharing bongs and blunts, folks were outraged. But Snoop has defended his decision to smoke out with his son. He tells The Hollywood Reporter in his new cover story:

Check out the custom pink crystallized sneakers one of Beyonce's fave shoe designers, Ruthie Davis, created for Blue Ivy..... Popular shoe designer Ruthie Davis created a special treat for one of her biggest customer's daughter. Check out the pink leather sneakers covered in purple Swarovski crystals and purple laces designed specifically for Blue Ivy...and their called the Jamie:
The shoes are worth a good $800. And when you know your baby is going to outgrow these joints in a matter of weeks, that's a lot of dough to toss out. But it was all a fabulous custom gift to Blue from the designer herself. Ruthie posted a pic of the sneakers on the company's Facebook page saying, “Take a look at the Baby Ruthie’s I made especially for Beyonce and Jay-Z’s daughter Blue Ivy…so sweet, right?” Blue can now add these kicks to her already fly collection of sneakers--like her Marc Jacob and Jeremy Scott x Adidas sneakers. Miami Heat champ Udonis Haslem is on his way to copping another ring....a wedding ring. Check out the 32-year-old baller's new engagement pics featuring him, his fiancée Faith Rein, and that pretty ring of hers... Photographer April Belle--who seems to be every Heat wife/girlfriend's choice of picture taker--snapped a cute engagement photo session of Udonis & Faith recently. The twosome, who have one son together, met back in college at University of Florida. Faith was a track star and, of course, Udonis was a b-ball star. They've been together for years and have finally made it official.
Faith tweeted the images saying she's "excited" and revealed, "My fiance and me. On the way to official status." I'm glad he got rid of the braids and all, but couldn't we also get a better haircut for engagement pics? And if you're wondering if Faith could be the next addition to "Basketball Wives," that doesn't look like a possibility. Check out her interview with Ballertainment last year saying Udonis would never go for that. Good call. Congrats to the couple! |
| Tyson Chandler & His Eyebrow Raising Outfit Hosts New York Photo Exhibit Posted: 27 Sep 2012 12:26 PM PDT NY Knick Tyson Chandler hosted "A Year In A New York Minute" photo exhibition at Canoe Studios in NYC last night. But while this was all for a good cause, his outfit stole the show. And not in a good way.
Pics of his foolywangery inside... We're not sure if there was miscommunication between the tailor and stylist about Tyson's measurements, or if this was done intentionally. But the Knicks baller rolled up on the red carpet last night of a photo exhibit hosted by his website and UNICEF, rocking capri leggings, an oversized black tee and a scrunched sleeve blazer. The black shoes and socks were also baffling: Yeah, we get Kanye West and others have guys thinking skinny capris are A-OK for men, but no. Hopefully we'll receive a letter of explanation so we can stop our random guesses about what this look was supposed to be.
Tyson's wife Kimberly rocked a cute look from Stella McCartney and her embroidered Louboutin pumps.
She kicked it with stylist June Ambrose.
Who looked pretty fab herself.
And Chef Roble was on hand to cook the yummy eats and was filming for his new season of his Bravo show.
Tyson's teammate Amar'e Stoudemire hit up the event with his fiancee Alexis.
Carmelo Anthony was there flying solo. And he's on the border of getting asked if his look was inspired by Where's Waldo. We love Melo though!
The newest Knicks baller Jason Kidd was there with his wife Porschla Coleman.
Michael Strahan was there flying solo. Cutie Knicks baller J.R. Smith (left) hit the carpet with his little brother Chris, who was also just signed to the Knicks.

Rapper Wiz Khalifa and his 28-year-old model fiancee Amber Rose just gave their unborn baby its first cover shoot. Check out the couple covering the October 2012 issue of XXL magazine inside, and dishing on their all natural no-medicine water birth plans... In the October/November issue of XXL mag, Pittsburgh's golden boy is covering the pages with his own tattoo covered body and his fiance Amber Rose. Oh, and Amber's uncovered baby bump.
The 25-year-old "Work Hard, Play Hard" rapper has been extra vocal about the love for his gal, and vice versa, so it's no surprise he's touting her on magazine covers with him while he does promo for his upcoming O.N.I.F.C. album. Inside the cover story, the two gush about their love for each other, the no-medicine water birth Amber plans to have, and Wiz moving his recording sessions to his house just to care for his woman and his baby-on-the-way. And her newest drop is the Clarence Fuler-directed video for "Luxury" off her most recent mixtape.
