Tyler Perry's "Alex Cross" Screening With Tika Sumpter, Gayle King, Nicole Ari Parker & More

Tyler Perry is set to make his debut as psychologist/detective Alex Cross this weekend in theaters.  So last night, the star of the Alex Cross flick and his celebrity friends hit up The Cinema Society & Grey Goose Screening in NYC.

Over at the Tribeca Grand Hotel last night in Manhattan, Tyler Perry hobnobbed with his fave celebrity friends at the screening for his new flick Alex Cross.  And after his big screening, he sent out a letter to his fans saying:

I know you may not know this, but there is a lot riding on this film. This is the first time that I have ever been considered for a role like this. Hollywood has never even offered it to me. I've done my best and I've done all I can. It's in your hands now.  I feel like a little kid in church about to do my first solo! :-)

Both his and Oprah's bestie, Gayle King, was there to offer up her support.

Tyler and author of the Alex Cross novels, James Patterson, snapped a few pics on the carpet.

Pretty lady Carmen Ejogo, who plays Tyler's wife in the film, was there looking red hot.

She snapped pics with her Sparkle co-star Tika Sumpter.

Tika's hair, skin & makeup was flawless as usual.  And she rocked a leopard sheath dress with lace tights and red pumps.

Actress Cicely Tyson was there in her usual black & white suited-with-a-flare look.

And the lovely Nicole Ari Parker was there showing off her slim and trim figure in black skinny jeans and pumps.  Chick always looks fresh and young.

Alex Cross hits theaters today.

KISS THIS: Kanye West & Kim Kardashian Get PASSIONATE Over PASTA In Rome!

Kanye West whisked Kim Kardashian off to Rome for her 32nd birthday and the couple was spotted kissing passionately during dinner.  Check out the couple in "The Eternal City" inside.....

 

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian were spotted in Rome yesterday where the couple is celebrating Kim's 32nd birthday (it's actually this Sunday).  The twosome, who seem to be attached at the hip, dined at II Bolognese in the H'Errys Nar in Via Venet (which is famous for its bolognese pasta).

During dinner, they shared a passionate and playful kiss for the awaiting cameras. It was a rare moment where the couple wasn't playing to the cameras and seemed....wait...nevermind.

 

While Kanye wore his daily leather trousers, Kim stepped out in a green long sleeved peplum dress for the night.

 

Though he had an incident with a camerawoman recently, 'Ye seemed comfortable this particular night.  Apparently, no questions about his girls' ex were asked.

Then Kim turned her cameras on the photographers as they zoomed away in their van.  Oh the life....

Vincent Herbert & Tamar Braxton COVER "ROLLING OUT" Magazine, Tamar Talks Keeping It Sexy In & Out The Bed

Vincent Herbert and Tamar Braxton, one of reality tv's favorite couples, posed for a lovey-dovey photoshoot in ROLLING OUT's latest issue.  See the pics and find out what Tamar says about her upcoming album inside.

 

Tamar Braxton and her husband Vincent Herbert, who star in the hit reality show "Tamar & Vince," chatted it up with ROLLING OUT Magazine about keeping the spark alive and what's going on with Tamar's music project. Here are the highlights:

Vince, you have a proven track record in music. Tamar is ready to put her album out now. So what’s keeping her album from being released?

Vince: There is no big thing holding us down. I just think when you’re making any record, you want to make sure you did the best job. So when we put the record out, it represents what she stands for, what my record label stands for, and make sure she puts her best foot forward. You want to make a great album and you want to take your time and really make sure that you choose the right songs, and try to make sure that it’s something that your fans will love. You don’t want to throw something together and throw it out there and it’s horrible. That’s not representing myself or her. I wanted her to really have a good shot at what she is trying to accomplish.

Tamar, you have been doing music all your life. What’s going to make your album really stand out?

Tamar: I really don’t think about anybody else. That’s not because I want to be cocky or because I think I’m better than anybody else. I don’t want to get caught up in what everybody else is doing. I just make sure I do the music that I’m proud of, and music that I feel like I want to portray. … You know the music that I believe in, and it has nothing to do with anybody else. I don’t look at my music career as I want to be better than Brandi or Monica. We are all great singers in our own right. We’re talented and that’s just the bottom line. They do what they do, and I do what I do.

Tamar, how can couples prevent things from becoming dull in the bedroom and what keeps that spark alive?

Tamar: Vince and I are really good friends and we keep our lives and communication open. On top of that, I just feel like it’s important to remain a lady. I don’t think you should always have your head in a do-rag and a scarf. You should remain the girl they saw [on] date night. There’s nothing wrong with going to bed looking pretty or just as good as you do during the day. The communication is the really sexy part of a relationship. Because when you feel like they can just talk to you, it’s very attractive. … You don’t have to dress up, but don’t go to bed looking crazy.

Also in the mag, Vince talked about redesigning his life and getting healthier.  He said, "At the end of the day, my health comes first and I really think a lot of times it took me a minute to realize that. I just take my time and make sure that I go to my doctor appointments and eat right, and really just take my time and put that first before anything else."

Christina Milian rocked an eye-catching outfit while hitting the ATM in L.A. yesterday.  Decide if we love her furry cut-out sweater & hair chain look inside...

 

Singer/actress Christina Milian threw on her vintage style skinny jeans and sneakers to hit the ATM yesterday.  But it was her over sized cut-out sweater made of mohair-like material and hair accessory made of chains that made us raise an eyebrow.

The newest Baggage Claim actress brightened up her gold & white themed look with an eye popping red Celine bag.  So...

Vivica Fox Makes Her NYC Promo Rounds + The Weeknd's New "Wicked Games" Video

Vivica Fox has been making her brightly colored rounds in NYC today.  After hitting up Wendy Williams' show to talk about her funny new Lifetime show "Prank My Mom," she rolled to CNN to chat up Zoraida Sambolin.

She told Wendy she's very single these days.  And that's mainly because she doesn't have much time to date in between her new series "Prank My Mom" and her other new CW series, "Mr. Box Office."

So she was spotted leaving the CNN Building today in her blue watercolor Elie Tahari dress and matching two-toned blue YSL pumps and Stella McCartney bag:

Nice.

 

And in other news, The Weeknd, who we love around here, just released his new video for "Wicked Games" today.  The Toronto-born crooner, who can credit Drake & a few of his tracks for getting him mainstream shine, is combining three of his past mixtapes for his Trilogy album coming out November 13th.  "Wicked Games" is originally from his first mixtape "House of Balloons", and will appear on Trilogy.  Now check out the brand new video:

 

There will also be a video for "The Zone" that will feature Drake.

Ne-Yo PARTIES IT UP For His SURPRISE 33rd BIRTHDAY PARTY With Fabolous, Emily B. & Estelle

Ne-Yo celebrated his 33rd birthday in New York City last night with his celeb friends Fabolous, Emily B. & Estelle.  See the pics inside and listen to his latest track "Forever Now."

 

Last night, Compound Ent. and Malibu RED threw a surprise party for superstar Ne-Yo at NYC hotspot ACME.   He was presented with a birthday cake to celebrate turning the big 3-3, and it featured artwork from his upcoming R.E.D. disc.

He partied with friends like Estelle, Bridgett Kelly and Tyson Beckford. 

Rapper Fabolous attended with long-time girlfriend and reality star Emily B.  Guess these two are still going strong.

Ne-Yo thanked fans for the well wishes and tweeted, "Thanks for the birthday wishes! I can't wait for y'all to hear the new album. "R.E.D." November 6th!! RT"

UP FOR SALE: Tamar & Vince Put Their New $7.5 Mill Mansion On The Market....Amidst Rocky Marriage Rumors

It was like they just moved in to their new mansion yesterday.  Well, it was last December to be exact.  Tamar Braxton & hubby Vincent Herbert have just listed their palatial pad on the market for $7.5 million.  Deets inside...

 

The funny and oh-so-real reality couple who star in "Tamar & Vince" about to make a major change.  The loaded duo just put their new Hidden Hills, CA mansion on the market....and they've barely lived in it a year.

Reports state that music producer/Lady Gaga's manager Vincent Herbert and his sassy wife Tamar are unloading their 12,402 square foot mansion for $7.5 mill.  That's $500K more than they purchased it for.  Hoping to make money off the fact the McMansion was filmed on their show?  Not a bad idea.

The gorgeous French-style two-story mansion has five bedrooms and seven-and-a-half bathrooms, and is located in a gated community.  But it's pretty safe to say the $34,000/month payments weren't an issue.  And during their show, we learned that the two barely had time to decorate their place and truly feel at home.

The bickering between the two, while funny to watch, is rumored to be taking a toll on their marriage.  Could this have anything to do with the surprising listing of their new home?  Time will tell.  "Tamar & Vince" is tonight on WeTV.

Rapper Nicki Minaj and singer Cassie get a little frisky with each other in the Colin Tilley-directed video for "The Boys."  The eye-popping video features Nicki's trademark wigs, pink polka dots, cotton candy and both ladies in revealing bikinis.
