Memphitz threw his wife, Toya Wright, a big surprise 29th birthday party in Atlanta last night. Check the photos of T.I., Phaedra Parks, Rasheeda and the lovey dovey twosome inside.....
Last night, Toya Wright walked into a huge surprise party for her 29th birthday at Ocean Prime in the Buckhead area of Atlanta. And her hubby, daughter Reginae, and all her ATL friends were there to party.
The party was put together by Toya's adoring husband Memphitz, of course. So she offered up her sexy hubby some kisses.
Though Toya had been celebrating all week, even having a party in Miami, she didn't expect this one she said. She tweeted, "My husband and my princess threw me a surprise bday dinner with my ATL family and friends. #thiswasthebestbd"
She rocked a detachable leather peplum belt, a black dress and black booties for her big night.
Her girl, "LAHH ATL" star Rasheeda, was there.
T.I. also attended the party. Not sure where Tiny was.
And cutie Reginae got in on the fun.
"RHOA" star Phaedra Parks was also spotted at the party where she posed it up with Rasheeda and friends. Happy birthday Toya!

Chrisette Michele is back on the scene...and she's got a brand new look to boot. The "Be OK" singer calls her new look--which she styled herself for this fresh photoshoot--"Rich Hipster".
TheYBF.com has the first look at her brand new Derek Blanks photoshoot, and we've got her new track "Charades" inside... The Grammy Award winning artist recently shot w/ famed celebrity photographer Derek Blanks, flaunting her new Audrey Hepburn-inspired style which she calls "Rich Hipster".
The 29-year-old revealed that she was inspired during her Summer travels to London, Brussels, Paris and Amsterdam, retracing the footsteps of her favorite fashion icon. So she also created her new mixtape project, Audrey Hepburn: An Audiovisual Presentation, featuring a collection of photography and video by Derek Blanks, docu-shorts and music fusing together the sounds of Hip Hop, R&B, World Music and Jazz. Kelly Rowland hit the streets of L.A. yesterday to have lunch with a friend. Check out one of our fave YBF chicks looking cute & casual with her lollipop, plus Kimora Lee Simmons Hounsou on mommy duty as she hit the pumpkin patch with the kiddies....
Rocking her coral skinny jeans and a white tee and wedges, Kelly Rowland hit up Jack N Jill's restaurant in L.A. yesterday with a friend. And the lollipop chick looked glam & casual as the same time while grabbing a bite. Loving these shades.
She rocked her MCM leopard bag and her hair up in a bun. Such a cute look for her. And by the way, the new video she's featured in with Ludacris, "Representin'", dropped last night. Check it out HERE in case you missed it.
Elsewhere in L.A., Kimora Lee Simmons Hounsou took the kids to the pumpkin patch--without papa Djimon.
The chic mom kept it glam in leather pants and a biker jacket and leopard top and booties. Her daughter Ming Lee put on a scary face, Kenzo rocked his Spiderman costume, and Aoki Lee apparently said she was too grown for this costume foolery. Gotta love those kids. Pics: Splash/WENN |

Stacey Dash is "fighting the good fight" y'all. Check out the extra awkward pic the actress just tweeted with VP candidate Paul Ryan inside... The Clueless actress is back to campaigning for the Romney/Ryan ticket. And we're back to waiting for her to give one actual reason--like a policy she actually knows about that they want to enforce--as to why. So in an odd pic posted on her Twitter account today, Stacey posed it up with Paul Ryan at some type of press conference....and Ryan looks like he just found out her name an hour ago. Stacey tweeted:
Why do we get the feeling Stacey is the Varsity cheerleader accidentally cheering for the team that just made a touchdown and she didn't realize her school was actually on defense? But do you boo.

The E! Network has released a photo of Terrence J posing alongside E! News co-host Giuliana Rancic for their first promo shoot. See the photo inside and find out the good news about Queen Latifah's upcoming talk show.
The E! Channel has released the first photo from E! News hosts Giuliana Rancic and Terrence J recent promo shoot. Terrence J poses in a suit jacket and jeans while rocking sneakers. Meanwhile, Giuliana wears a gold cocktail dress. Their first show together is Nov. 12. In the meantime, Terrence J will be hitting the big screen next year in the comedy Baggage Claim with Paula Patton and Derek Luke.
In other tv news....
We told you earlier about Queen Latifah and Shakim Compere’s Flavor Unit closing a deal with Will Smith and James Lassiter’s Overbrook Entertainment for a new talk show....and now the show has been picked up. Distributed by Sony Pictures TV, the show will launch in the fall of 2013 and will be carried by 16 CBS Owned & Operated stations.

Rapper Kurupt has released a statement about the passing of fellow rapper and Blaque member Natina Reed, the mother of his son. The two share a 10-year-old son named Tren. He said,

And Natina's parents have reached out to fans to ask for more information about what happened. Her mom, Tamara Goodridge said, "We're not looking to be victims. We're not seeking to be angry, but we do need a resolve." Her father Paul Reed revealed Natina's cell phone was possibly a contributing factor to her death. "She was on the phone. She was walking across the street on the phone, and the next thing she's on the floor." No scary ghosts & goblins here. Diddy had some playtime with his twin daughters Jesse James and D'Lila Star at the Pumpkin Patch in L.A. yesterday. After partying it up earlier this weekend, seems like Diddy is full recovered from hsi recent car accident.
He had fun pulling the twins around the patch in a wagon with his son Christian.
He posted on Instagram "I'm having more fun than the kids :) #halloween". Cuteness!
And later that evening......
Christina Milian joined a few of her celebrity friends at Greystone Manor's "Very Special" Hennessy Halloween party. She dressed as The Queen Of Hearts.

Oh hey Karrueche. Chris ex girlfriend who he's spending the same amount of time with as he did BEFORE he announced their break up, was spotted hitting a Halloween party with him dressed as a Geisha girl.
The twosome partied together, but purposely left separately. As if we wouldn't notice they were indeed together last night.
Yeah we're not sure about your vampire baseball player "costume" either Breezy.
But before those two hit up the party scene together, Rihanna was spotted going to the studio Friday night:

Zoe Saldana was given a "good talking to" in an open letter recently thanks to her Nina Simone role in an upcoming film. Folks have something to say about the implications her casting makes about dark women of color and prejudices in Hollywood. Decide where you stand on the issue inside and find out how Halle Berry's Cloud Atlas performed at the box office.
An interesting open letter to Zoe Saldana, posted on For Harriet, articulates for many African Americans the anger stirred up by the casting of Zoe Saldana in the upcoming film Nina, and what those actions say to Black actresses and the Black community as a whole. Unfortunately...all of this seems to fly right above Zoe Saldana's head as her recent retweet about the criticism seems to assume the anger is simply about reverse racism and her light skin.....but it's actually much deeper more about keeping true to the whole purpose of Nina's legacy.
A portion of For Harriet's letter said,
And when Zoe makes comments in interviews like, "..why the f— would I sit down and talk about how hard it is for Black women in Hollywood when there’s a Black president in my country?” it does very little to win her support. As an artist, Zoe has the right to accept whatever roles she offered, but does she also have a responsibility to acknowledge the deeper issues that her casting raises? Speak on it...... Meanwhile.....
Zoe was spotted rocking one of Nina Simone's signature looks, the head wrap, on the set of Nina in Los Angeles yesterday. Though Nina Simone was most famous for her voice and poltical activism, it looks like the film will also showcase Nina as a fashionista.
For a second look, she wore a burgundy maxi skirt and white top which she paired with some Afro-centric jewelry on her neck and in her hair. This makeup though....
She's also wearing a prosthetic nose and has darkened her skin for the role.
She was photographed with her one of her adorable little co-stars in between scenes.
Nina is set to hit the big screen in 2013.
In other movie news...
Movie goers didn't show up to watch the Halle Berry/Tom Hanks flick Cloud Atlas over the weekend. It landed in a disappointing third place at the box office. Though the film had a budget off $100M, it only collected $9M in receipts, which couldn't have made Halle very happy. Hopefully, she'll have better luck with her next movie outing, The Hive, which she stars in with Morris Chestnut. Good luck with that. That Oscar curse may have some legs to it.
