Season five of True Blood is promised to be the show's "most controversial" season yet. Judging by this promo, they're telling the truth! | Michael McKean Is Already Joking About His Injuries Posted: 24 May 2012 01:10 PM PDT This is Spinal Tap star Michael McKean was the victim of a serious car accident on Tuesday when a vehicle struck him in Manhattan. He was hurt pretty bad, but his signature sense of humor has remained intact. Sources are reporting that the actor is already joking about the accident and told the producer of his latest Broadway show:
McKean suffered a broken leg and facial lacerations as a result of the accident, but we're glad the car didn't put a dent in his positive spirit. In response to all the kind words from his friends and followers on Twitter, the actor wrote:

| American Idol's Finale Flopped! Posted: 24 May 2012 12:50 PM PDT Sorry Phillip Phillips! Last night's American Idol finale was the show's lowest rated finale in... FOREVER! 20.7 million may sound like a large number -- but in terms of people watching the season finale of American Idol, that's LOOOOW! On the bright side, Idol's still pulled in 3 million more than viewers than Dancing with the Stars got for their finale Tuesday night. AND, Idol's 6.1 demo score beats the shiz outa DWTS's 3.2 demo. Actually, no shows did great last night! Modern Family's season finale was down from last year's, with 9.9 million amazing viewers. ABC's other finale of the night, Revenge, stayed stagnant with 7.7 million people still interested it's thickass plot. So Phillip, you're off the hook. |

| Andy Samberg's HIGHlarious Speech To Harvard's Graduating Class Posted: 24 May 2012 12:20 PM PDT Mark Zuckerberg, Mark Wahlberg, and Nicholas Cage all spoke at Harvard's 2012 Commencement Ceremony. And by "spoke at" we mean, Andy Samberg did impersonations of them speaking... during his speech... so yeah. Okay, it wasn't the greatest thing ever (aka Arron Sorkin's commencement speech), BUT Andy did a great job! Andy's sense of humor is probs a bit lowbrow for the fancy-shmacy Harvard undergrads / further world leaders. But srsly, they should have known what they were getting when they asked him to come. (After all, they're suppose to be geniuses!) Despite the lack of enthusiasm for the crowd, we think Mr Samberg did a fantastic job! | Casey Anthony Is 'Annoyed' That She Has To Testify In Civil Trial Posted: 24 May 2012 11:50 AM PDT Casey Anthony has been forced back into court by an angry woman named Zenaida Gonzalez and the acquitted murderer isn't happy about it. Back in 2008, Anthony claimed her 2-year-old daughter was kidnapped by a babysitter of the same name, which turned out to be false, so now Mz. Gonzalez is suing her for defamation. Anthony has been in hiding for the last 10 months and was hoping to leave the country in September to start a new life. However, she's been subpoenaed to appear in Florida court and take the stand this coming January. As anyone could have guessed, Anthony "doesn't want to testify" and is "annoyed that she has to." A source close to the situation explained:
We can think of OTHER events in the 26-year-old's life that may have "ruined everything," but the bottom line is that she needs to take responsibility for throwing out blatant lies about another human being. | Watch The Dark Knight Rises' First TV Spot! Posted: 24 May 2012 11:40 AM PDT The end of Christopher Nolan's Batman trilogy is near, but at least we're going out with quite possibly the best Batman movie yet! July 20th is getting closer every day, so Warner Bros. has finally unleashed the first TV spot (above) for The Dark Knight Rises and we're assuming there will be a few more to follow. Nothing too new or exciting in this one, but at least we get some insight into the back story. It sounds like Bruce Wayne has been taking it easy since he stopped the Joker from destroying Gotham and now that big, bad Bane has showed up, he needs to get "back in the game." Suit up, bro! |

With bottles of $390 whiskey and cigars all over the place, Brad had himself a late-night de-light!
