Ciara Snaps Back At Rihanna...Again? Posted: 16 Apr 2013 09:19 AM PDT In the wee hours of the morning, Ciara caught wind of some alleged twitter foolery from Rihanna.  And she made some comments of her own about it.  See what's going on now inside...   Ciara said previously she doesn't know why Rihanna seems to have a beef with her.  And she's not going out of her way to fix it either.  She said whatever she's on...she's on. So recently, Rihanna has been on Instagram (guess she's not too sick to still cause social media drama) "liking" certain fans' pics and comments that diss Ciara, like the one above comparing their careers.  It must have gotten back to Ciara, because she tweeted this early this morn: I am baffled. The obsession really makes no sense. This is getting out of hand... Somebody please point her in the right direction, cuz she clearly needs love and affection..:) She quoted Rihanna's "Love Song" track with her boyfriend Future.  So we all know who those tweets were about. Meanwhile, Ciara just changed the name of her upcoming album from One Woman Army to just Ciara.  Her brand new album cover artwork is above.  And it's pretty hot. Hopefully this works out for her...

REALLY DUDE?! Coolio's Girlfriend Claims He Beat Her & Brought Another Chick Home... Posted: 16 Apr 2013 08:45 AM PDT Coolio is acting out y'all.  Not only is his hair upsetting us to no end, he allegedly beat his girlfriend and baby's mother after bringing another woman home to the house they share.  Details inside... This past April Fool's Day, Coolio--government name Artis Ivey, Jr.--was arrested after a domestic violence incident with his girlfriend, Anabella Chatman. Allegedly, Coolio punched her head into the ground and literally ran over her with a car while trying to flee with their toddler.  TMZ reports: ...He allegedly pushed Anabella Chatman to the ground and punched her in the face. And to add insult to injury ... according to the police report, Coolio then hightailed it out of there with their toddler son and the other woman. Actually ... he didn't get out clean. Anabella says Coolio struck her with his car as he beat his hasty retreat -- in fact, cops say she had tire marks on her leg. Pretty compelling evidence. Tire marks??  Now that's cause for calling up your male family members to come whoop his ass.  ESPECIALLY a dude who doesn't see the blaring issue assaulting us all that's on top of his damn head. FIRST LOOK: Jamie Foxx GETS SCARY & Suits Up As ELECTRO For "Amazing Spider-Man 2" Posted: 16 Apr 2013 08:14 AM PDT Onlookers got their first glimpse of Oscar-winning actor Jamie Foxx in his new role as the villain of The Amazing Spider-Man 2 yesterday.  Find out who he'll be playing inside.... Yesterday, comic book fans in Times Square got their first look at Jamie Foxx in his upcoming role as the villain in the next Spider Man film.  In the Mark Webb-directed action flick, The Amazing Spider-Man 2, Jamie will star as Maxwell Dillion alongside Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone. Jamie's character is an electrician who gets struck by lightening and develops the ability to control electricity.  As a result of the "shock", he emerges as the super villain Electro. When asked how he developed the character, he said, 'I'm going to keep it close to the chest but I followed the Spider-Man comic books. He added, "And I would watch the television show growing up. It's a blessing." And while Jamie's gearing up to play a villain on the big screen, he discovered that the internet is full of "villains" as he was viciously attacked on Twitter for wearing a T-shirt paying tribute to Trayvon Martin & the Sandy Hook school shooting victims to the 2013 MTV Movie Awards.  Unnecessary and sad. So far, Jamie hasn't addressed the slew of racial insults sent his way, but he did tell MTV, 'We're just thinking about the children... we're just protecting our kids.' INSIDE The "Love & Hip Hop Atlanta 2" Premiere Party: Newbies Introduced...Joseline Says Stevie J's "Big D**k" Keeps Her Coming Back....Erica & Scrappy On The Rocks? Posted: 16 Apr 2013 07:37 AM PDT TheYBF.com was on the scene for last night's "Love & Hip Hop Atlanta 2" private premiere party.  And we've got what went down inside...including Joseline's non-surprising admission, the new cast members, and why MiMi & Erica's relationships may be on the rocks... While K. Michelle, Karlie Redd and Scrappy were M.I.A. for this premiere party, the rest of the obviously tipsy cast made sure to still bring the foolery.  It's a lot going on so keep up: Joseline Hernandez has confirmed what we already suspected about why she can't seem to leave her co-star Stevie J. alone.  Aside from lacking self-esteem, she told the crowd at the cast's season 2 premiere party at ATL's Cream Ultra Lounge last night, "It's his big d*ck.  I'm just going to keep it real. I love it." Classy. Jos and all her tackiness tooted it up on the carpet before the press event.  She also revealed she thinks Stevie is a great person (for now, until her next rant where she calls him gay and tears him down in every way possible).  And he's helped her to change her life.  In true pimp situation form, Jos praises Stevie for "upgrading" her saying she's 26 (side eye) and just a year ago she was a stripper. And now, she's doing music and traveling and is forever thankful. Of course. Joseline says we can expect an album in August.   And Mimi Faust, who suspiciously didn't want to talk about her new boyfriend Nikko, says Stevie's D-game was never "it" for her...there was more to it.  We're sure.... Mimi is currently working on a children's apparel line, a book, and a home accessories line. Names of the lines will be revealed on the show. We also saw during the screening of the premiere that MiMi & Joseline get into it (again), but this time over comments Jos made about MiMi & Stevie's daughter.   And we get to meet the newbies for season 2.  Chris Brown's deejay, DJ Baby Drew and his baby moms Traci Steele have been added to the cast.  We'll see what they bring to the mix. Lawd Momma Dee!  Scrappy's mama let go of the Aquanet long enough to make her way tot he premiere.  And interestingly enough, she steered clear of Erica Dixon, her son's fiancee.  Instead, he was glued to Buckeey's side all night and still in her ear about Buckeey being the RIGHT choice for her son.  Oh the ATL delusion.... Meanwhile, Erica hit the capet looking gorge...and without her engagement ring.  When we asked her about it, she avoided the question and simply said she didn't know why Scrappy wasn't there tonight.  Does it have anything to do with all the money he's getting stuck for lately?  Seeing that the people he owes are now garnishing his LAHH checks? By the way, in he premiere episode we see Erica going to get her ring appraised.  And it may be a Trina/Gabe from "Braxton family Values" situation...meaning that mug may be CZ. And about how Erica feels about Momma Dee, she tells us that she really has nothing more to say to her at this point saying, "You can't beat a dead dog, ya know?" Benzino is some type of way still in the mix.  When someone asked during the event where his girl Karlie Redd was, Stevie shouted, "She's dead!"  Damn homie.    MiMi's bestie Ariane was there looking cute.   Rasheeda brought her baby bump and her hubby Kirk to the carpet.  Is this her way of snapping back at the haters calling her "grandma" and "old"?   Creator Mona Scott Young was there of course.     Buckeey's still trying. Co-host of Rickey Smiley's show, Eboni Steele, showed up. Shawty Lo made a random appearance.  Maybe to figure out how his "All My Baby Mamas" show could get picked up again. And Bambi of "Basketball Wives" flaunted her ASSets on the carpet too. For now, the single isn't expected to appear on his the new album, but since it relies heavily on the chorus from the Destiny's Child song "Say My Name", it's sure to be a hit with Beyonce stans. Rihanna Cancels Another Tour Date Due To Illness Posted: 16 Apr 2013 06:25 AM PDT Rihanna cancelled for the third time during her Diamonds World Tour last night.  Check out why Rih Rih had to skip out on Houston inside... LiveNation once again contacted ticket holders yesterday telling them that Rihanna would not be performing.  She had to skip last night's tour stop in Houston. A source told Hollywood Life that it was due to another bout of Laryngitis.  And apparently she's been told to slow down her partying and such while on this tour. She didn't address her cancellation on Twitter like she did in the past, but she did send her condolences to the people of Boston after yesterday's explosions. Earlier, a photo of Beyonce rehearsing for her upcoming "The Mrs. Carter Show" World Tour in Belgrade emerged on her Tumblr page.   And later....... The first shots of Beyonce and her new stage show, which kicked off tonight in Belgrade, surfaced online. And there's a SPOILER ALERT! See Taye Diggs, Regina Hall, Terrence Howard, Sanaa Lathan and more inside... "Got Milk" spokesman Taye Diggs (shown above with co-star Sanaa Lathan) was spotted on the set of the film The Best Man Holiday yesterday.   Sanaa Lathan, who was sporting what appears to be a baby bump (spoiler alert?), was also seen on the film's Toronto, Canada set.       Think Like A Man star Regina Hall, who plays Candy, was spotted on set filming multiple scenes.   And Harold Perrineau will be returning as Julian Murch.  Terrence Howard was on set filming as well.   The film is expected to hit the silver screen November 15, 2013.   Photos via Sean O'Neill/INFphoto.com/John R. BREAKING: Explosions At Boston Marathon--Casualties & Critical Injuries Reported (UPDATE) Posted: 15 Apr 2013 02:01 PM PDT Tragedy struck today's Boston Marathon.  Details inside on the horrible explosions that have caused injuries and casualties this afternoon... At today's Boston Marathon, double explosions occurred near the finish line that have, so far, injured 28 people critically and have killed 2.  The bombs exploded as the first of 27,000 runners crossed the finish line around 2:45p ET, CNN reports. The blasts occurred a few seconds apart on opposite sides of the street, CNN Producer Matt Frucci reported. There's no word on any clues that are leading officials to who/what caused the blasts.  But officials have said that teams are working to disassemble other bombs plated around Boston at this time. Massachusetts Gov. Deval Patrick says “this is a horrific day in Boston" in a statement: "My thoughts and prayers are with those who have been injured.  I have been in touch with the president, Mayor Menino and our public safety leaders. Our focus is on making sure that the area around Copley Square is safe and secured. I am asking everyone to stay away from Copley Square and let the first responders do their jobs.” CNN has a gallery of photos from the scene that are pretty graphic.  We wil not be posting, but you can view here at your own risk to see the real effects of what has happened.  People have lost limbs and the scene is bloody.  It's almost sureal. REALLY RATCHET FOOLYWANGERY: BACKSTABBING Leads To FISTS OF FURY On "Married To Medicine" Posted: 15 Apr 2013 01:07 PM PDT Members of Atlanta's elite class showed there's also a foolywang side of Buckhead after fists flew and weaves were pulled during last night's "Married To Medicine" episode.  And even somebody's mama hopped in it.  Decide if there's ever a "right" time to be "ratchet" inside.... Though BRAVO seemed to maintain an air of dignity (well, as of recently and relatively speaking) while other networks blatantly played up fist-fights among its reality tv stars (see BBW or Bad Girls Club), last night....the game changed. If you turned on the bourgeoisie doctors and doctor's wives of BRAVO's latest hit "Married To Medicine" last night, you saw several women drinking, cussing, and carrying on...in ball gowns.  To be honest, most of these chicks seemed like they were only one neck snap away from going back to their hood ways they seemed so desperate to cover up for the show.  Like our fave Countess said, money can't buy you class. So, there was a huge weaving-pulling, table flipping fight on last night's episode which could only be rivaled by the "Real Housewives of New Jersey".   To make a long story short, there was a major brawl between Toya Bush-Harris and Mariah Huq. Toya was gossiping about the paternity of Mariah's daughter.  She'd been making comments about Mariah's daughter being adopted (although this information HAD NOT been shared with Mariah's daughter).  The "alleged" issue is: Toya and her husband chose to share, for BRAVO's tv cameras, a family secret that Mariah told Toya two years ago. In her own BRAVO blog, Mariah said, The sad truth of the matter is, Toya could not find anything else to criticize, so she decided to hit me way below the belt. She and Eugene knew that was the one thing in my life they could use to make me uncomfortable. We were not ready to discuss this subject with Lauren. Toya and Eugene took this option away from us. Telling my daughter with an audience around was the last thing I wanted to do. For her side of the story, Toya responded to rumors that she gossiped about the paternity of Mariah's daughter by saying "that" conversation never happened....in public. I will address the lies and slander. I have never discussed Mariah's daughter except for agreeing with my husband, Eugene, in a private conversation (meaning no one but he and I were around) when Eugene complemented Aydin for being a man's man by stepping up and adopting HIS daughter (see Episode 2). I agreed that this statement was true to him in a private conversation. She continued, Mariah's venomous overreaction to hearsay and gossip from a salon is not only absurd, but also illegal. You can not assault people for what you "think" they might have said. This speaks volumes to Mariah's character. As professionals we need to hold ourselves in a higher regard than the common street thug that runs rapid within society. Unfortunately, I was forced to defend myself in this situation when I was attacked. As for Lake scurrying to tell Mariah her juicy gossip that she concocted, I will get that to very soon.   So there you have the basic groundwork for the brawl that blew completely out of proportion once Mariah's mother (yes....her mama jumped in!) confronted Toya. Now here's the question...is there ever a just cause for being ratchet and going off in public?  If someone insults your mother and your child...do they deserve to get their weave yanked & dealt with?  You decide....was this fight ratchet or right?

Posted: 15 Apr 2013 11:35 AM PDT In the "Did you really have to do this ish?" news of the day, JoJo Simmons is speaking out about how and why he got snatched up by a member of Juelz Santana's crew.  And his SNATCHING was caught on camera and blasted on Instagram.   The pic of the shook up JoJo and what the fight that has gone from interview beef to JoJo getting paws put on him in the streets inside... Is it just us, or is JoJo (Russell Simmons' nephew & Rev. Run's son) constantly catching L's?  First he tries his damndest to embark on a rap career and his little brother outshined him, then he gets caught up with a transsexual, and now, he gets snatched up on the streets by another rapper. A while ago, JoJo released a diss track called "Holy Water" (But...WHY JoJo?) going in on Juelz Santana for his verse on his song "Soft."  Jo said ont he track: “Now how you gonna mention my uncle Russell / Then disrespect his nephew / The industry forgot you / Fucker, you nothing special/ These niggas hate to love you / Simmons will not let you / Compare your money to my money, boy that’s disrespectful.” So the other day, one of Juelz's Skull Gang (Bloods gang) homies, Hynief, rolled up on JoJo in Queens and snatched him up in the middle of the street and made him call Juelz to apologize.  Hence, the pic of a shook up JoJo above.  Hynief said: Guess who I caught y'all Lil punk ass Jo Jo that made the diss track look at his face when he ace! #facts shouldn't pop shit if u not bout that life real niggas don't care who u related too fuck nigga First off 2 everybody hating u can suck my dick 2nd I could of did the boy greasy I let him live its the principles don't run ya fuckn mouth But...y'all are really mad over a JoJo "diss"?  Really?  REALLY?  Enough to really physically put hands on him?  Boredom and the internet do NOT mix. Anywho, JoJo has now spoken out about the incident today in a video... with goons behind him bucking his head up while he "explained" the situation and tried to act as hard as possible.  Don't feel like this was necessary either.  While one of his goons screamed out JoJo "rolls with the Blue Umbrellas (Crips)", JoJo said he's not with all the violence.  He said he's been around money all his life, so all he does is "count money & f*ck b*tches."  Oh? JoJo decided to keep up the foolery by posting on his Twitter today: I was at a video shoot. I answered a question in an interview.... It was An interview at a video shoot. Didn't even wana answer the question. Especially with all those people behind me.Interview was random. Before Diddy, Jay-Z, Baby, Master P, Jermaine Dupri or any other hit-making record label owner you can name check....there was Berry Gordy.  And last night, Mr. Gordy watched his life come full circle as the story of him turning Detroit aka The Motor City into "Motown" made its debut on Broadway at the Lunt-Fontanne Theatre in NYC. "Motown: The Musical" is about the history and love-story style legacy of Motown AND the musical acts it turned into international superstars. Though reviews about the musical have been mixed, there's no denying the contribution of Motown and acts like The Supremes, The Four Tops, The Temptations and others and beyond.  So it's best you go see it for yourself!   On the red carpet..... Fashion hottie Tracee Ellis Ross came out to support both Berry and her mom.  And she looked amazing...even though we're trying to figure out that bra(less) situation up top... Berry Gordy proudly posed on the red carpet with his former muse Diana Ross (who's also the mother of his daughter Rhonda Ross) and his new muse  and arm candy Eskedar Gobeze. Diana, whom most folks would call was Motown's First Lady, also posed with Berry and Stefan Kendal Gordy (Berry's son and a part of LMFAO) and Jada Grace (one of Stefan's new artists). Then Miss Ross posed with cast members from the musical.   Mary Wilson (who was one of the original members of The Supremes) posed on the red carpet.   Motown Legend Gladys Knight, who's a judge on "Apollo Live", looked amazing in her black and silver suit. Motown Legend Smokey Robinson (who wrote many of Motown's biggest records) posed with wife Frances Gladney. TV personality and author Star Jones was there. Cuba Gooding Jr. and Vanessa Williams, took time off from their own Broadway play, The Trip To Bountiful, to walk the red carpet. Tony Award winner, Melba Moore, a Broadway Legend in her own right, paid tribute to Berry. Boxing's knockout legend, Evander Holyfield, paid tribute to a fellow legendary man.  Berry hugged Smokey, who has been dubbed The "King Of Motown" at the premiere. "TODAY" show anchors Hoda Kotb and Kathie Lee posed together.....without their wine glasses.   Rhonda Ross Kendrick (the daughter of Berry and Diana) posed with her husband Rodney. LA Reid posed with wife Erica. Jesse Jackson Jr. posed with son Yusef Dubois Jackson. Spike Lee posed with his kids Stachel and Jackson.   And inside.... Smokey posed with "The Early Show" anchor Gayle King.    And the photographers caught Jesse, Berry, Diana and Rhonda sharing a laugh.    Stevie Wonder took the stage for the cast's final bow where he posed alongside Berry, Smokey, Diana and the others.  A legendary night indeed.     Photos via Getty

SPEAK ON IT: Jada Pinkett Smith Clarifies OPEN MARRIAGE Comment, "Will And I BOTH Can Do WHATEVER We Want" Posted: 15 Apr 2013 10:01 AM PDT Jada Pinkett Smith has used her "open marriage" comment to spark a wider discussion about love and trust, which some folks might find controversial and thought provoking.  Speak on it inside.....   For the past couple of years, Jada Pinkett Smith and her marriage to Will Smith has been scrutinized in the public eye and the media.  Folks question how they've managed to make it in Hollywood for so long, if they're really happy or headed for divorce and if they are "allowed" to have extramaritial affairs.  But out of everything associated with the couple, from hit movies to super-talented kids Jaden and Willow,  it's the "open marriage" conversation which seem etched in the minds of fans and gossips.   On her Facebook page, Jada talked about the "open marriage" issue yet again, but decided to deconstruct her previous "Will can do whatever he wants" statement to ask her followers how they define love & trust within their own "grown" relationships. She said, Open marriage? Let me first say this, there are far more important things to talk about in regards to what is happening in the world than whether I have an open marriage or not. I am addressing this issue because a very important subject has been born from discussions about my statement that may be worthy of addressing. The statement I made in regard to, "Will can do whatever he wants," has illuminated the need to discuss the relationship between trust and love and how they co-exist. Do we believe loving someone means owning them? Do we believe that ownership is the reason someone should "behave"? Do we believe that all the expectations, conditions, and underlying threats of "you better act right or else" keep one honest and true? Do we believe that we can have meaningful relationships with people who have not defined nor live by the integrity of his or her higher self? What of unconditional love? Or does love look like, feel like, and operate as enslavement? Do we believe that the more control we put on someone the safer we are? What of TRUST and LOVE? Should we be married to individuals who can not be responsible for themselves and their families within their freedom? Should we be in relationships with individuals who we can not entrust to their own values, integrity, and LOVE...for us??? Here is how I will change my statement...Will and I BOTH can do WHATEVER we want, because we TRUST each other to do so. This does NOT mean we have an open relationship...this means we have a GROWN one. Siempre, J Hmmm....Mrs. Smith sure said a mouthful. And from her statement, it's plain to see that she and Will are connected on a spiritual level that every person in general public may not grasp.  But it sounds like she's saying you shouldn't have to TELL your partner what they can and can't do. If they love you the way you want to be loved, then they will do right.  But the real question here is, would she leave if Will really did what he wanted....and it was something she wasn't feeling?
