It seems Amanda Bynes - Hollywood's newest spiraling starlet - refused to let authorities take a blood test during her April 6th DUI arrest, even though she blew a 0.0 on a breathalyzer. One source has said that if Amanda is convicted she could be in "a lot of trouble". The source goes on to explain:
Nothing official has come out about Amanda having any substance abuse problems, but with the constant clubbing/barhopping and the repetitive bad-driving incidents, we would be surprised if something wasn't amiss in the child star's life.
