Her hit NBC reality prank show, Off Their Rockers, performed as the network's best audience for a Wednesday lead-off in four months! 7.2 million tuned in to see those sexy seniors prank the youngins... that's in-sane! But Betty wasn't the only one livin' it up Wednesday night... One Tree Hill ended their 9-year-series with 1.4 million of their most loyal viewers. That's up 4 and 14 percent week to week! | Nicollette Sheridan Demands A Retrial! Posted: 05 Apr 2012 11:50 AM PDT Nicollette Sheridan's wrongful termination lawsuit against ABC for killing off her character on Desperate Housewives has resulted in a mistrial, since the jury was deadlocked in an 8-4 vote on the matter. While ABC and Touchstone Television are asking El Lay Superior Court Judge Elizabeth Allen to grant a verdict in their favor, Sheridan's lawyers are demanding a retrial. Since eight jury members voted in favor of the actress receiving punitive damages and they needed nine, her legal team thinks they can win a retrial and filed papers that state:

Since things are getting serious for Michelle Williams and Jason Segel, it's best if she's cautious... at least she seems to think so anyways... Having recently said one of her favorite things is to imagine is Heath Ledger alive and with her, Michelle definitely wants to make sure none of the mistakes from that relationship carry over into this one! She's already told one friend she loves Jason, a source says, but seeing as how she's "had a lot to recover from," the source adds:
