Although it was being reported that she was in denial about her very obvious issues, Demi Moore has apparently checked herself into the Cirque Lodge addiction treatment center in Sundance, where she's been dealing with her eating disorder and substance problems for the past week. An insider explains:

Drake is NOT happy about the lawsuit being filed against him by Ericka Lee over claims that she was not compensated for co-writing and providing vocals on the track Marvin's Room from new album Take Care - especially the part where she says he told her that he had "people" to take care of "issues like her" - and the rapper has responded, and is calling bullshit! His rep says:
Furthermore, other sources close to him are asserting that he is adamant that he and this chick never even had a relationship! | Newt Gingrich SUED For Assault And Battery! Posted: 04 Feb 2012 10:00 AM PST Exactly what we like to hear our potential presidential nominees involved in! Edward Dillard, a man from Florida, has filed a lawsuit against Newt Gingrich and his security team after they apparently roughed him up outside the Florida Republican Presidential Primary on January 31st - for supporting Ron Paul! According to the legal documents, Gingrich and his wife, Callista, approached him outside the polling place and shook his hand, but when he noticed Dillard wearing a shirt expressing his support for Paul, the nominee "immediately turned his back" and went to greet other people. His security team then apparently approached him and tried to "intimidate him into moving from the spot." When that didn't work, he asserts that one of the agents "lifted his heeled shoe over Dillard's right foot and dug the back of it into his skin, twisting it side-to-side like he was stomping out a cigarette, causing a fracture to Dillard's right foot," and then shouted to other members of the team, "Everyone step on his toes!" What on EARTH?! What is this, a group of schoolyard bullies running a political campaign?! If true, this is absolutely DESPICABLE - and shameful! | Drake's Ex-Girlfriend Wants Credit For Writing His Hit Marvin's Room Posted: 04 Feb 2012 09:20 AM PST Give credit where credit is due, but if there is any truth behind a lawsuit against Drake, the rapper doesn't really like to do that. A woman named Ericka Lee dated the hitmaker from 2010-2011 and says she helped him write his hit single Marvin's Room. She was reportedly offered $50,000 by Drake "to go away and not file a lawsuit against him," instead of given a credit as a co-writer. Well, now she's suing for that credit, along with unspecified damages, attorney's fees and punitive damages after alleging in court documents:
To make her case, she's even got text messages from the music star which appear to recognize she had a part in writing the song, reading things like, "U basically made that song," and "it's s**t without you." So far the song sold over half a million downloads, while accumulating 38 million views on YouTube. What's the deal, Drake?
