As reported earlier, Sullivan has been in a brutal legal battle with his former employer over $50,000. As Tommy's assistant, Sullivan alleges he slaved away for the drummer for no extra pay and was charged RENT for being forced to stay with him.

Now, Sullivan and Lee have settled and the Motley Crue-r will pay $400K!

The courts ruled that Sullivan deserved a bump in compensation, even though he only asked for an eighth of what he's getting.

Lee also agreed to issue a public apology to Sullivan.

That's a lot of dough but we don't think it was worth the six years of abuse!

Despite some rumors that most of the girls could get the axe, we're hearing strong reports that most of them are actually coming back!! Yay!!!

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills saw cray cray ratings leading up the finale of season two (when Taylor Armstrong confessed she was a victim of domestic abuse).

So Bravo knows the dynamic between the girls is definitely a selling point and they want to capitalize on the most entertaining ones!!

Unfortunately, we're still hearing that Camille Grammer may not be returning.. but that's only because honey badger is aiming for higher things!!

So to replace that fierceness, Bravo is definitely on the hunt!

A super saucy source says:

The network is actively looking for new cast members for the third season. Taylor, Lisa Vanderpump, Adrienne Maloof, Brandi Glanville, and Kyle Richards will all be asked to return.

Bravo would love Camille Grammer to return too, but she might want to move on to other projects which she has expressed interest in.

Kyle's sister, and fellow housewife, Kim Richards, has made it known she doesn't want to come back. Kim is still very fragile after her latest stint in rehab.

So OK.

Brandon Routh just landed his next gig in the upcoming CBS pilot, Partners. The actor will play Michael Urie's boyfriend, a former alcoholic model turned vegan nurse.

Talk about a 180!

The show will come from Will & Grace creators Max Mutchnick and David Kohan, who Routh has worked with before during a guest spot on Will & Grace.

We wonder if he'll have super vegan powers like in Scott Pilgrim! Ha!

Simon Cowell "Flattered" By Janet Jackson And Britney Spears' Interest In Joining X Factor!

He shouldn't just be flattered! He should be having them sign the dotted line!

Simon Cowell is once again discussing the upcoming cast changes for his second season of X Factor, and while confirming that they are looking for two ladies to fill the open spots on the judges panel and a man and woman as co-hosts, he's keeping quiet about potential replacements Janet Jackson and Britney Spears, who have both expressed interest in the reality competition!

He explains:

"I couldn't comment on it. Are we flattered that there could be interest? Yes. Other than that, there's going to be a lot of twists and turns over the next few weeks and a lot of things we're going to announce."

And on the hosts:

"It's almost impossible to have one person doing this hosting job. You've got so much information now on telephone lines, the integrations of the sponsors -- [the hosts are] like newscasters now. I think you can see a very different chemistry with two people. I always wanted a boy and a girl to host the show. I think that's definitely going to happen now. I think we've learned how we can make the show better. I like the fact that it's got very competitive now [against The Voice and American Idol]. It's kind of exciting."

Ha! We think that they only person getting super competitive over the other singing competitions is you, Simon!

But that's okay! We love a good challenge - and we would LOVE Brit Brit and Janet as judges on X Factor!

Whitney Houston's Attorney Clarifies How And Why Bobby Brown Left Her Funeral!!

Ahh... it's all making sense now!!

After hearing Bobby Brown left Whitney Houston's funeral because his entourage wasn't let in and then hearing his side of the story -- that he left because security made him move three times -- Whitney's attorney brings the most objective side of the story to light!!

According to the attorney, Bobby was assigned to sit with the family before the funeral. His children from other relationships were not to sit with the family in the first threw pews. Instead, they could sit with their uncle a few rows back.

Then, when they had all sat down, Bobby told the girls to come join him prompting security to act.

The statement reads:

We had a number of discussions prior to the service and a very clear understanding as to exactly what was supposed to take place. Bobby was always invited to sit with the family at the outset. This was a very full, packed congregation…and there literally wasn't a seat available. So this was not about anything other than practical space considerations.

When [he invited his children to his pew], security discreetly, politely, respectfully said, 'Bobby you're welcome to stay here but we need to ask the three children to go sit with their uncle given space limitations.' That was the deal and there shouldn't have been any problem at that point. But for whatever reason, he took offense at that.

For whatever reason he decided he just wanted to leave the service. So he got his three children, went up and kissed the casket, and they walked out of the service. It had to be a difficult time for him. None of us exercise our best judgment when we're under that kind of emotional strain. So I certainly don't stand in judgment of him.

So sad!! Such a shame!!

We guess we can see how Bobby may have interpreted the security's actions as offensive in the heat of the moment, but we still wish he would have complied with the original seating arrangements if everything in the attorney's statement is fact.

The-Dream Says Birthday Cake Remix Was RiRi's Idea

As reported earlier, Rihanna and Chris Brown blew our minds with their remixes. You know, the ones that they sing on TOGETHER. The pair have been getting a lot of slack along praise, but to the naysayers, we say this:

RiRi WANTED this to happen!

Super producer and singer The-Dream gives all the credit to RiRi when it comes to her Birthday Cake remix.

The-Dream takes a laissez-faire approach to the RiRi-Breezy affair, saying he just shows up for his friend, Rihanna, and gets it done.

He said the following about Rihanna's mindset:

For me, it's just music -- two talented people doing a record together, doing two records together, and that's what it was. It wasn't about an incident that happened. The true thing really is to forgive, and… you want to believe in people.

This is about her. If she can forgive, that's where she is mentally. As a friend, it's like, 'Okay, cool. Let's roll.

It's just business as usual for The-Dream!

RiRi and Breezy do work well as a team, even if it can be volatile at times.
