Ish just got even uglier on the upcoming fourth season of "Basketball Wives." We've got the first look at the almost 5 minute supertrailer. And guard ya grills...Jennifer Williams gets SLAPPED and Evelyn Lozada is on a mission to whoop ass.
Check it inside.... As I've said plenty of times before, I still don't fully understand why there is beef in the "circle" between Evelyn & Jen. Maybe it's because I can't get through a full episode as my foolywang tolerance is only so high these days. The only comparable thing that comes to mind are dogfights....but that would be mean. But still, Jen finds herself defending her face...yet again...from people attacking her. After she got a drink tossed in her face and being involved in several fights with her co-stars on previous seasons, this season we see Jen get pimp slapped in the face by Evelyn's assistant Nia Crooks. Yes, THIS is where that recent lawsuit stems from. And if that wasn't enough, Evelyn jumped on the huge table to attack Jennifer herself directly after the slap. Aside from the slap ups, F bombs, and screaming matches--Royce Reed is trying to get her theater career off the ground in NYC, Evelyn is trying to plan her wedding to Chad (while fighting with newbie Kenya Bell who calls Evelyn a ho), newcomer Kesha Nichols is trying to defend herself against the "ladies," and Shaunie O'Neal is still sitting around with the "OMG I'm in shock" face while doing nothing about the foolery. Halle Berry recently asked a judge for permission to relocate to France with her daughter Nahla and boyfriend Olivier Martinez. And of course......baby daddy Gabriel Aubry is not happy. Get the deets on the drama inside..... Halle Berry just took her custody war up a notch as she has asked a judge for permission to move to France with Nahla. Although Halle could argue that France is safer than Hollywood or that maybe it "could" be for her career, one has to wonder if this isn't just a way for her to put some distance between Nahla and baby daddy Gabriel Aubry. Well damn. Halle has filed papers with the court and the hearing is pending. We'll keep you posted... |

The uber fab Kelly Rowland was honored last night, along with music executive Sylvia Rhone, at the 3rd annual ESSENCE Black Women in Music event. Pics of all the YBF chicks who came out to support the ladies inside.... Kelly reunited with her Destiny's Child groupmate Michelle Williams last night at the Belasco Theatre in Los Angeles. The invitation-only event celebrated the accomplishments of the most influential movers and shakers in the music industry. So kely was front and center in her tangerine one-shoulder flowing gown. Kel did a special performance and Eve did as well. MC Lyte, who by the way was the first female solo rapper to ever be nominated for a GRAMMY, DJ'd the night.

Last night, Aisha Tyler, LaLa Anthony and Chaka Khan were among the high profile women who walked the runway for "The Heart Truth," a campaign for women about heart disease. See their pics and fab gowns inside.....
The Heart Truth Red Dress Fashion Show was held at the Hammerstein Ballroom last night in NYC to raise awareness about heart disease. And to kick off NYC Fashion Week 2012.
She told us of the event, "I was honored to participate in this fashion show to raise awareness for heart disease. I didn't even know that heart disease is the #1 killer of women. We can prevent this by eating healthy and exercise. Tonight marked the 10 year anniversary of the Red Dress event which made it even more special."

The legendary Chaka Khan looked amazing in her Chris March gown as she posed with the designer and hit the catwalk.

The usually hard Ice-T is showing off his cutesy side in the new promo pics for his "Ice Loves CoCo" E! reality show promo pics. Check out the twosome being more covered up than usual inside...
53-year-old "Law & Order: SVU" star Ice-T is all about his boobie & booty flaunting wife Nicole "CoCo" Austin. And they must be making something work as they've been married for 11 years as they enter the second season of their reality show. On the premiere episode, CoCo gets disappointed about not being pregnant and her body going through changes.
CoCo rocked a fitted hot pink dress with pink and blue multi-colored pumps.
And even had their funny bulldog Spartacus on hand.
Still keepin' it pimpin' in his hot pink suit and hard bottoms.
The couple recently returned from the Sundance Film Festival to promote Ice-T's film documentary The Art of Rap, which centers around the processes that rappers like Snoop Dogg, Eminem and Kanye West go through to produce their music. And by the way, CoCo will be making appearances on "SVU" this season. Season 2 of "Ice Loves CoCo" premieres February 19th. |

Mo and Kita are finally speaking out and sharing THEIR side of the story regarding their "former" friendship with distressed former NFL star T.O. But most importantly, they want you to know they DO NOT steal. Deets inside.....
We all remember when T.O. went on "WENDY" to discuss the GQ article where he revealed he was broke, lonely and felt betrayed by a few friends. Although he did mention that he is no longer friends with Mo and Kita, he kept mum about the name of a friend who stole from him (so some people thought it was Mo and Kita). Now the ladies are speaking out to clear their name and share their side of the story. TheInsider.com: How did all this start? Terrell says you double-crossed him. Kita: He's mad at everybody. We were friends first. People forget that. We were friends for 12 years. Terrell is the only client we had where we had a friendship first. The GQ article didn't bother us (T.O. recently did an interview with GQ where he stated he was broke and had no friends). Terrell is typically known for running his mouth, he says things off the cuff, he's mad at the world. It didn't bother us, that article we knew about. CNN commentator Roland Martin's "viewpoints" have gotten him suspended as the network clamped down on him for a series of tweets he sent during the Superbowl. Many considered his statements "homophobic." And now the network has taken action. Decide if CNN was right to suspend Roland inside... Roland is well known for his comedic, no holds barred, sarcastic remarks about anyone and anything he feels the need to discuss. During the Superbowl, one of the most popular commercials that aired featured soccer star David Beckham modeling underwear for H&M. Roland Martin tweeted, If a dude at your Super Bowl party is hyped about David Beckham’s H&M underwear ad, smack the ish out of him! #superbowl He also alluded to one of the players needing to get a "beating" (not literal) for rocking head to toe pink before the game. His tweets set off a firestorm as many folks, including GLAAD, claim the tweet was basically gay bashing. Roland denied he meant it "that way" and he issued a statement saying, "Let me address the issue that some in the LGBT community have raised regarding some of my Super Bowl tweets yesterday. I made several cracks about soccer as I do all the time. I was not referring to sexuality directly or indirectly regarding the David Beckham ad, and I'm sorry folks took it otherwise." Did that squash the fire? NOPE. CNN suspended Roland today and issued THEIR own statement saying, "Roland Martin's tweets were regrettable and offensive. Language that demeans is inconsistent with the values and culture of our organization, and is not tolerated. We have been giving careful consideration to this matter, and Roland will not be appearing on our air for the time being." So it seems like Roland could have lost his CNN gig.....for good. Rumors are swirling that Rihanna and Chris Brown has some behind-closed-doors quality time during Grammy rehearsals yesterday. But it may not be what you think.
Deets inside... The folks over at Rumor Fix received inside info that the newly blonde Rihanna and comeback kid Chris spent several hours together at the Grammy rehearsals. And they didn't mind that it altered the schedule:
Hmmm. Reportedly, Chris' male friend was also with him in Rihanna's dressing room. Some folks are speculating some type of surprise duet effort will take place since this is Chris' first time at the Grammys since ChriannaGate. Others says they are just working on their friendship. Chris' rep shot down rumors weeks ago the two are romantically involved saying, “He and Rihanna are just friends. He [Chris] is with his girlfriend, Karrueche [Tran], and is not cheating.” Alrighty then.
And here's a sneak pek at Rihanna's upcoming ELLE magazine cover spread. This is the shoot in which she went bleach blonde. The Randomness: 1. Kanye West will return to Paris Fashion Week this season with his eponymous collection, his spokesman at the Karla Otto agency confirmed.
