Kim Kardashian Is NOT Her Sex Tape Mystery Buyer

Shocker!

Kim Kardashian is NOT the mystery buyer who's trying to get her sex tape off the market.

Vivid's Steve Hirsch, who currently owns the tape and doesn't know who's trying to buy the tape, confirmed that a rep for the buyer is NOT Kim. In fact, he or she is not even "remotely associated" with Kim.

Steve says, "It made sense the entire time it would be Kim, but it appears it's not."

So, then, WHO IS IT??

Nobody knows, but Steve says that the mystery buyer will reveal him or herself once the deal is done. AND, they will explain WHY they wanted to take the video off the market.

Unfortunately, it's nowhere near done because the buyer is still several million dollars short of the $30 million asking price that Vivid wants for the tape.

Kim has been said to be VERY interested in who would do such a thing. And you know what?? So are we! That's a hefty price tag so someone must really be a fan of Kim's or a real hater of sex tapes to want to pay so much to have it gone forever.

JT Gets His Shop On In NYC

Justin was spotted strutting his stuff down 5th Avenue in New York as he and a couple pals went shopping at Bergdorf Goodman on Friday.

JT was looking like a mighty fine hipster as he toyed with the paparazzi, pretending to shoot them with a gun.

Wait, is that really funny? That seems kind of um, violent, Justin.

We get it, though. You're trying to have a fun and relaxing day and they're in your way.

True Blood's Kevin Alejandro: Eyebrows Will Be Raised!

We know, we know.

We can't believe we waited a whole 'nother damn year for it to almost be over again too.

BUT! As much as it pains us to wait around for these True Blood seasons, it's so worth it!

Bon Temps is full of surprises, but this season we've been surprised every single episode it seems like. So we're super sad to see another season end, but we're soo ready to watch the finale.

Will it answer questions? Will we be left hanging?

Thankfully, Kevin Alejandro (who plays witch Jesus Hernandez) has dished on everything from the cast's reaction to the finale to what ours will be!

On hanging out with the cast:

We all have our own things going, but we all really, genuinely, enjoy each other's company. We'll go to a party together or people will come over to my place and we'll just kick it and have a drink. There's a genuine friendship between a lot of us.

On the cast's reaction to the season finale:

Well, actually last weekend's episode read as a season finale. It could have very easily been the season finale. It was so good. We all thought when we saw it, and then all of a sudden they gave us the script for the actual season finale and it blew us out of the water.

On what OUR reaction will be:

You can expect to be completely surprised in all different angles of the show. It's more captivating and will leave you on the edge of your seats. And I guarantee you, eyebrows will be raised. Some things will get resolved and a lot of stuff is going to be left hanging in the air, where you're just going to be like, "What the hell?"

Ahhh! Why can't Sunday be here now!?!

Kim Zolciak's Ex-Husband Sentenced To Prison For Molesting A 15-Year-Old Girl!

Many may not have agreed with her relationship with Big Poppa, but we imagine ANYONE would be better than this guy!

Thank goodness she got away!

The father of Kim Zolciak's daughters, her ex-husband Daniel Dominic Toce, has been sentenced to 10 years in prison for pleading guilty to a single count of felony sex abuse against a minor - because he molested a 15-year-old girl!

After he finishes 2 1/2 years at the MacDougall-Walker Correctional Institution, the rest of 7 1/2 year sentence will be suspended, but he'll be on probation for 10 years and will be required to register as a sex offender.

And Kim - who divorced Toce in 2003 - is now attempting to permanently terminate his parental rights, and rightfully so!

A source close to the reality star explains:

"Kim is consulting her legal team to see if she can permanently terminate Daniel's parental rights or at least severely restrict them. She doesn't want him anywhere near her two girls when he gets out of prison."

And his most recent ex-wife, Mary Toce, agrees:

"[I want him to] rot in prison for what he did. That creep stole the girl's innocence and robbed her of her childhood. He's a monster."

We couldn't have said it better ourselves!

That man has NO business being around teenage girls, or any children for that matter - EVER!

We're just glad that Kim was smart enough to get her daughters away from them - it makes us sick to think of what could have happened if she hadn't!

Stay strong, gurl! You and your kids are in our thoughts!

Paul McCartney & His Future Bride Have Wedding Plans Underway!

And it sounds like the ceremony could be any day now!

Paul McCartney and his girlfriend of nearly four years, Nancy Shevell got engaged over the summer, but it sounds like they aren't waiting very long to tie the knot.

According to sources who have spoken to In Touch, the couple plan to wed in an intimate ceremony in front of close friends and family at Paul's palatial English estate. Planning for this occasion has become a prioroty for the pair and with most of the details pretty much set, the wedding could be taking place in the next few weeks - if not sooner!

Boy! What's the rush, huh? Just because you can throw a lavish wedding together in a few weeks doesn't mean you should!

Then again, this is Paul's third time around. He knows what he is doing at this point.

So bittersweet to see her looking so healthy and happy before her tragic passing.

Although a brief clip of this was presented during her tribute at the MTV Video Music Awards, please check out an extended behind the scenes look of the late Amy Winehouse performing Body & Soul with Tony Bennett, and discussing her history with the song (above)!

Tony Bennett later said:

"What I love about Amy Winehouse is that, of all the singers since the Beatles, you automatically check everyone out who's a lot younger, but there's been such a big walk away from jazz. Some people think that anyone could sing jazz, but they can't. It's a gift of learning how to syncopate but it's also a spirit that you're either born with or you're not. And Amy was born with that spirit. She was very nervous to perform, but I said, 'You know, it sounds like you're influenced by Dinah Washington.' And all of the sudden, her whole life changed. She said, 'How did you know that Dinah Washington is my goddess?' She did some Dinah Washington licks, and from that moment on, she just relaxed. And it came out wonderful. She was like, 'Tony understands me, you know?' Jazz is a wonderful art. Listening to it, I compare it to watching the greatest tennis player who's so intelligent about where he places the ball, it becomes effortless. The great ones that are very talented know just how to turn jazz singing into a performance that's unforgettable. And Amy had that gift. The fact that she died at 27 years old is just horrible to me. If she had lived, she would've been right up there with Billie Holiday and Dinah Washington. It's just a tragedy."

It truly, truly is.

But we're so happy to know that she got to perform such a beautiful song with one of her idols. It eases our heartache to see her in this video.

This is exactly how she should be remembered.

50 Cent's Supa Serious Dramatic Acting Debut Is Getting Closer

Is it getting hot in hur or is it 50 Cent's acting career (in 2012)??

It feels like it's been 1000 years since we saw pics of skinny Fiddy filming All Things Fall Apart (aka that movie 50 Cent lost 80lbs for). Despite all the early buzz the film never got a theatre release date and was only shown around festivals in early 2011.

We've got the first scoop on the movie since we saw the unofficial trailer for the movie in March!!

Image Entertainment has bought the rights to All Things Fall Apart and is planning "for an early 2012 theatrical opening."

Ugh. Finally!

We're not sure what's taken so long. Perhaps film isn't exactly as good at rapper actor was hoping it would be. Oh, but how could anyone possibly screw up up the "story of a Heisman-bound college football star whose career hits a wall when he is diagnosed with a tumor only inches from his heart??" LOLz

Why do U think it's taking forever to see dramatic actor Curtis Jackson in theatres?
